This is the only building of its kind, and the only “half skyscraper” outside of downtown.

Introduction:

Based on its form-sake building in Basel, Switzerland, this construct is another prime example of the Inisfreeans’ (ICVs’) uncanny ability to make architectural clones (and vastly superior versions) of even the most uniquely and complexly shaped buildings and other structures from around the world and across the Verse.  This Inisfreean B.I.S. is not used for non-monetary banking and other settlements as its form-sake used to be, however; it is just another interesting and pretty piece of Inisfree’s landscape, with office-sized suites open for high-rise apartment living.

Dimensions & Layout:

This is one of the few cases of nearly identical construction between an Inisfreean building and the Outlands building which inspired it.  Like the original B.I.S. tower, this Inisfreean one is 24 stories tall, with the same dimensions as its form-sake for every floor, as well as its foundation.  It includes 6 spacious multi-windowed apartments/suites per floor, all arranged around a central A.I.O.W..

Capacity:

24 floors x 6 suites per floor, each big enough for ~5 people to live comfortably in = room for ~720 human-sized residents.  During parties and other events here, there is still space to squeeze in perhaps double or even triple that.  There are also always ICVs on staff here, plus kajirae to help with simpler tasks.

All told, this building usually has ~1,000 people in it, then up to ~2,000 during lots of partying or building-wide events.

Roughly every 21 years, 1 more guest of Inisfree makes this building his/her 2nd/vacation home.

  1. 2013:  the first guest or resident here
  2. 2034:  2nd person living in this neighborhood/structure
  3. ~23000 A.D. and beyond:  ~1,000 at capacity
