Dimensions & Layout:

Bora Tiki spans ~three quarters of a mile along Inisfree’s largest beach, with piers and suites stretching out up to a couple hundred feet over the shallow lake waters of this attraction.  There are a range of “hut” (suite/house) sizes and options/amenities.  All of the water under/around them is wading-depth; just a few feet deep, perfect for viewing and swimming, but not diving.

Overall:

  • 3,894′ wide
  • 264′ from beach/shore out toward the middle of the lake
  • 1,028,016 square feet over/on the water/lake
  • 198′ up on the beach/sand
  • 771,012 square feet on the beach
  • 1,799,028 square feet, total

Lodges:

  • Each of the Outlands inspiration-resorts numbered in a following section on this webpage has its main lodge as an architectural copy/clone here.
  • Each lodge has a wide archway facing its beachside, which is its main entrance/exit.
  • Lodges have dozens of suites if not more, depending on how many floors/levels the lodge has.
  • The lodges are all on the shore, and double as the gateways to their respective piers.
  • Each lodge has one pier on its lakeside.
  • 1 café/restaurant per
  • toilet-rooms with nice stalls
  • capacity per lodge:  dozens to a couple hundred human-sized guests (not including those dining in their beach-level / ground-floors)

Piers:

  • ~264′ long
  • ~10′ wide

Each Hut/Suite:

  • ~20′ x 20′ for the building itself
  • 10′ per story
  • 1-3 stories per hut (counting the rooftop hangout areas; none have an enclosed 3rd floor)
  • centered in a ~40′ x 40′ area of water; ~40′ between the outside walls of adjacent huts
  • wraparound balcony/porch on at least one level –with a hammock-like netting rectangle away from the pier
  • walk-in showers (inside)
  • outdoor shower/s (stalls)
  • 2 jacuzzis; 1 inside, 1 outside
  • walk-in closets
  • open-air kitchen-bars with outdoor/porch serving-islands
  • waterslide from the roof (if 1-story) or 2nd floor (if 2-story)
  • capacity for ~3-5 human-sized guests comfortably, per floor

All Huts/Suites:

  • arranged/grouped in 2 parallel rows; alongside each of 62 piers
  • ~9 huts per side
  • ~18 total per pier
  • ~1,116 for all of Bora-tiki
  • neighborhood guests-capacity:  ~3,348-11,160 (just for the lake-level (first floors) of the huts; not counting the lodges)

Capacity:

Between the lodges and the individual huts/suites of this neighborhood, some ~20,000 guests can stay here at a time.

Staff:

Like all Inisfreean establishments, ICVs are the managers, hostesses, and head chefs, while kajirae assist them in every way, taking care of the vast majority of cooking and cleaning.

As always, all of these girls are available any time for full use –and they’re always eager for it; that’s just how they are wired and raised.

Special Features:

Guests here can walk down spiral staircases directly into the Caribbean-colored waters which flow right under their suites.  There are also hammock-like nets hanging in porch inlets just a few feet over these waters, and jet-skis and other small watercraft can be parked (moored or anchored) a foot or two away.  You’ll almost always see playful swimming mermaids here, all of them always nude.

62 tropical resorts evenly copied across this Bora-tiki area = ~29,000 square feet for each of them; a ~170′ x 170′ area, if square (but the distance from the up-shore edge of Bora-tiki to as far out in/on the lake it goes… is 462′, so each of these 62 subdivisions measures 462′ x 62′; enough room for a central pier-like walkway with two parallel rows of huts/suites).

Starting with #1 above, they are placed on the map from left to right; west to east.

Each of the 62 has 1 lodge, and 18 huts/suites on/along its 1 pier; 19 buildings based on how the inspiration/namesake resort’s buildings/rentals looked.
