Civil Law deals with non-criminal matters; disputes or normal official decisions between people in the same family or town, etc.
- Civil Law: “the system of law concerned with private relations between members of a community rather than criminal, military, or religious affairs.“
Humans wrote laws to discourage discrimination against degenerates and chaos, whereas we here in and allied with Inisfree wrote laws to prevent discrimination against our own kind; sane appropriate people. In other words, our Civil Law helps people aligned/allied with us interact in more mutually-agreeable ways, and prevents people who are culturally incompatible with us from putting any pressure on us, “legal” (pressure) or otherwise. The Civil Law humans approved for us by/on themselves is of no concern to us.

Range of Corrective Measures the Inisfreeans Can Enforce:
Since these (our own Civil Law) matters are regarded by us as / to be non-criminal, they have much milder possible fines and sentencing associated with them. Civil matters (in our system of Civil Law, anyway) are between civil beings, thus there is rarely ever any reason to put upon such a civilized person any harsh changes such as confiscations of their female relatives. We take care of our people/friends, and this is reflected in our Civil Law.
- The minimum fine and sentencing for violating one of our Civil Laws is typically never more than something like setting aside a few minutes to chat casually with us about what did not go according to plan after a decision between two consenting parties was finalized.
- Our recommended fine and sentencing for intermediate-level violations of our Civil Law can be more prescribed meetings/discussions and with Inisfreeans as mediators.
- The maximum sentencing and fines (usually in the form of females or free labor, since we don’t use money) which we might ever impose upon our citizens and other compatible/aligned people could include things such as being told to finance/resource the repair of a faulty facility sensor or appliance, otherwise face a short period of time spent in a compliance/certification course… or a short period of time in which you are not allowed to install such hardware until we think you’ve “learned your lesson”.

Laws:
- Civil Law matters between humans are considered petty and trivial, as humans have chosen to become subhuman animals, thus they are no better than cattle or wild beasts, thus they are even less important/useful than kajirae, and even squabbles between kajirae should generally, almost invariably, be ignored. Humans are not permitted to draft or enforce laws, so any settlements between humans are entirely up to the discretion/will of the Inisfreeans; no human decision is permanent or official, and any/all human decisions/practices can be overruled/reversed at any time by any Inisfreean.
- At its root/essence, it isn’t even logical/accurate to call anything humans do “civil”, as they are not civilized beings. Thus, their “Civil Law” is anything but, and we do not refer to it seriously as “Civil Law”, only still using that term as a proper noun, not an accurate description. Using words with their intended definitions is part of our culture, religion, and law, and that means those definitions and uses have to be accurate; correct.
- Normal societies/civilizations/races/species are unified; they do not need Civil Law to be spelled out for them, added to, adjusted from case to case, etc.; they do not argue amongst themselves, as they share a common vision/passion/urge/nature. The only reason we temporarily have this Civil Law section published as part of the rest of our legal system and executive decisions… is because this is the very start/onset of the time/era of reunification/reunions; the people finding their way back to this eclectic “soul family/tribe” of ours are still transitioning out of the faulty human-“spun” legal systems and terms, and we are making sure they understand what is expected of them if they choose to join/align with us here.
- In Inisfree, all Civil Law matters are settled by Inisfreeans managed/overseen by Amber ICV1; an Inisfreean girl (ICV) will consider all factors in the given situation, then make a decision, which the other Inisfreeans will help enforce/explain, as needed. In cases where that decision is questioned by the parties “on trial” / under investigation by the ICV/ICVs, an appeal may eventually make its way up the Inisfreean chain of command until it reaches the chief/top Inisfreean in charge of our whole capital city, which is Amber ICV1. If even Amber ICV1’s decision on a Civil Law matter is questioned/appealed, it could then be handled by Nyria Serra (another top-level ICV) or King Auzdein von Himmler himself.
- Defamation/Libel/Slander: “Freedom of speech” is no longer protected, and the Americans who are accustomed to it will be in danger of permanent censorship and even deportation if they continue to speak/publish in ways which spread misinformation, such as when they claim/pretend that masks, vaccines, or religion are safe, effective, necessary, compulsory, or even generally helpful/beneficial, and such as when they insult and lie about actual health experts, such as the people who spoke out against the nonsense and abusive evil that is mask/vaccine/passport mandates. Claiming that fake (government-funded) health experts are good is illegal, as is claiming that actual health experts (such as natural-medicine/cure teachers; herbalists, acupuncturists, etc.) are “quacks” or “anti-vaxxer extremists/nut-jobs”; that would be illegal libel/slander. Humans now only have the freedom to tell the truth, and since they almost always default to repeating nonsense they heard on TV and assumed to be true because it was convenient for their delusions/scams, they are now and forevermore under constant observation by the Inisfreeans and their allies, appropriate authorities/forces dispatched any/every time a human starts lying again. (Prime example: All human governments, and equally-corrupt organizations such as the C.D.C. and the W.H.O., as well as all human religious institutions, from The Vatican all the way down to small town churches, are permanently banned from speech, writing, and publishing any material or claims of any kind for any reason. Their lies and other offenses were so numerous and egregious that they could never even be quantified or recounted, so a total, final, and everlasting ban on their communication, not just their speech, has been issued by the highest authority in Creation, which is King Auz.) For the same reason, anything promoting spawning (having children the way humans have had them for the last several generations; sloppily, irresponsibly, creating permanently deformed and dependent monstrosities/failures), and anything that speaks negatively about those who are not interested in that type of spawning, is illegal speech, not to mention blatant and appalling pedophilia; an unnatural obsessive attraction to children who are not sexually mature or otherwise appropriately formed/complete.
- Breach of Contract: Most human contracts were very poorly written, and their writers and enforcers chose to evilly ignore all the extensive logic and evidence that those contracts, along with the ways of thinking behind them (those contracts), were laughably incomplete/faulty/flawed. That is why breaching any contract written by any human is usually permissible under Inisfreean law. There is also that wise saying, “There are no pacts between lions and men.” That means that most people do not care what humans want/need/feel/care about, and will do whatever they must to survive in spite of humans. Also, there are no contracts in Inisfree; everything is a verbal agreement based on honor, and officiated/finalized via Tantric/Vril-level (masterful) sex (i.e. total oneness/compatibility/bonding) with at least one Inisfreean. When something arises which makes a new agreement/amendment/arrangement wise/necessary, the Inisfreeans will, of course, recognize and work with that fact/development. It is more important to us not to breach nature, contracts “be damned”. Finally, no Inisfreean or any of their allies ever agreed to sign any contract with any human, least of all to be governed by any human claiming to have authority, and any contracts ever signed by an Inisfreean or any of their allies are not legal/binding, as such things are always coerced; humans refuse to help desperate people until those people sign restrictive/unreasonable contracts.
- Negligence: Choosing to overlook or not repair something that later results in an accident/injury is defined in law as negligence. Often, the liability is traced back to an inspector or foreman, though sometimes all the way up to an executive or other higher-level organization member. While not directly criminal, and sometimes completely an innocent mistake due to fatigue, overworking, or other distractions, this is still a sometimes-prosecutable offense under Civil Law.
- Property Damage: (accidental; not vandalism) Say, for example, you lose control of your vehicle or drone, and it bumps into a house or other vehicle, or even just “dings” a mailbox or light-post; if the owner of that “dinged”/damaged object/vehicle wants to, they can pursue compensation for that property damage. Human insurance companies were notorious for refusing to pay/help/cover such damages, which is where Property Damage law, as a subset of Civil Law, comes into play. Often, an Inisfreean will step in to force a human insurance company to handle the payment for any needed repairs, or will arrange to use 3D-printing or other cost-reducing technology/ies to make those repairs.
- Family Relations: (and there is a whole subset/webpage for this portion of our law) Since humans are no longer allowed to have families, starting with the fact their rights to sexually reproduce have been revoked after countless billions of severely/extremely negligent choices/crimes, human organizations such as the C.P.S. are now classified as terrorist organizations to be eliminated TO A MAN as soon as possible, and by any means necessary, including via Black Operations. The only families and family relations protected under the Civil Law of Inisfreean law are those of “beyond humans”; Angels, Elves, and cohabitation with Inisfreeans, etc.. Families are allowed to include heterosexual males who like bisexual females, and bisexual females, all family members at/above their race/species’ age of sexual maturity (though this, we recognize as a scientific fact, often varies from individual to individual, within a range of several years). Families are not allowed to control each other, or be taxed based on their marriage or family size. Families cannot and do not include pets, such as dogs or kajirae. When a house is co-inhabited/owned by family members who begin to disagree to the point of feeling tension amongst themselves and losing sleep, an Inisfreean can step in and arrange for that family (again, only if they are not humans; humans are on their own, and we only help “beyond humans”) to separate back into individual “units” and residences/homes, sometimes even 3D-printing a copy of things, such as furniture, that both family members/”sides” want to keep. *When a family includes someone who King Auz is not attracted to, or otherwise does not like / get a good vibe around, only the family members compatible with him and the Inisfreeans can ever visit or relocate to Inisfree, and only the people approved to be in Inisfree with him are his family, meaning all other “extended family” (such as members of those families who are ugly to him, thus not allowed in his private city) can “keep in touch” with their family members who visit, or live in, Inisfree, but that is the full extent of the family relations they may/can have; if they want to see their family members, those family members must meet them (the ones unattractive to King Auz) outside the Inisfreean territory (meaning outside Inisfree, and far outside even its Perimeter Orb).
- Discrimination against masculine men, heterosexual men, polyamorous attractive people, incestuous attractive families, those opposed to breeding, and anyone opposed to religious or “trans” people (both of which are hideous and inexcusable deformations/corruptions), are in moral violation of holy law; it is illegal to discriminate against King Auz and any of his loved ones, and it is illegal to be anything they do not like. It is illegal to be racist against attractive (appropriately formed) Whites. It is illegal to be pro-Abrahamics (in support of Christians, Jews, or Muslims), as they are the worst discriminators (evident in how they demonize countless innocent beings/cultures, threatening them with not only murder (via inquisitions, animal exploitation/slaughter for “food”, and war/jihad), but eternal torture; “damnation”). It is illegal to misuse the term “discriminate”; it is illegal to demonize it. Racism against pure races is unholy and banned, and such racism or any opposition to them in general is a sure sign of evil. Racism against the corrupted peoples is law; when an entire race is evil, it is evil to not be racist against that evil race (such as the human “race”, which one MUST discriminate against, lest ones sacred land/culture/empire be infiltrated and degraded into oblivion, as was the case with the long-gone U.K. and U.S.A., among many other unfortunate, weak, whorish countries). Discrimination is a “gray area” in the sense that it is criminal in our “books” to discriminate against us / our way, however it happens so often due to lingering human brainwashing… that these are regarded as relatively minor and unavoidable experiences we will be dealing with for a while longer. We won’t always kill those who discriminate mindlessly/reflexively against us, but we will certainly force them into counseling/re-education and to pay for emotional/other/all damages.
- It is illegal to pressure any school, business, or club or society, or any other organization, to have racial quotas; it is illegal to pressure any of them to accept substandard members of unwanted ethnicities or backgrounds, especially if such acceptance would prevent better candidates from having a seat or position in the given organization. It is especially illegal and evil for anyone to pressure an all-male organization to accept female members, and vice versa, such as with the Girl Scouts.
