Humans predictably chose to stubbornly and recklessly continue their harmful, outdated construction techniques; even when vastly superior methods and technologies became available to them, humanity pressed on with its slower, dumber, pollution-belching ways. Entrenched industries, such as lumber-based building and dumpster-services, lobbied their “elected” officials for reciprocated support, and you can guess all the rest.
The Inisfreean leader wisely, then, enacted these construction laws. Forevermore, these laws here govern all construction projects, Universe-wide. Anytime someone wants to build something, they have to follow these rules right here… or suffer the wrath of the unstoppable Inisfreeans.

Range of Corrective Measures the Inisfreeans Can Enforce:
*The minimum, recommended, and maximum sentencing and fines (usually in the form of females or free labor, since we don’t use money) are decided by Inisfreeans on a case-by-case basis, considering all factors of the given situation, never defaulting to unilateral or draconian decisions voted on by judges or masses based on previous cases or rulings.
- Typically, the minimum fine for a first offense is a warning, and there is no sentencing,
- while the recommended fine and sentencing are, respectively, indefinitely surrendering the sexiest human female crew member or relative of the members of the offending party/group/company (so that she be used as a sex slave for so long as she is pleasing and attractive to us), then (the offenders, not the confiscated/surrendered girl) serving “hard time” in a concentration camp made just to guarantee round-the-clock free and fully-monitored menial/unskilled labor from humans (and we have no “white collar” prisons or other “lighter touch” facilities for the economically-spoiled/pampered). Again, the logic and focus is: more of better-controlling the confused/demonic human, rather than attempting to fine it back into submission or other reasonable behavior. When fines are ordered, since we don’t use paper or metal money like humans do, only perfect females will do –just like how humans only accept perfect dollars/coins; no damage, missing pieces (such as faulty personalities, in the case of our ‘living currency’), etc..
- The maximum fine is always 100% of the female crew members AND relatives of the offending party; every female working with them AND known to them, which we are attracted to, and the maximum sentencing we put upon offending humans is, of course, death by torture (typically doing to them whatever they did to their victims, such as animals they exploit for “food”, clothing, or other animal products). Humans never learned in countless trials/tests/opportunities, so there is no point jailing/incarcerating them, nor is there any benefit to ‘rehabilitating’ them or putting them through other re-education programs. They have always been bullies, psychopaths, and monsters, and those creatures only understand and yield to greater force, thus the trial-less confiscations and torture employed to keep their lowly species in check now, once and for all. In some cases, though, lifetimes of torture, and the crippling and ‘glassing’ of entire worlds, is in order –and does occur.

Laws:
- Humans are not allowed to build/construct anything anymore, at least without direct supervision by a member of one of the appropriate races, such as an Inisfreean or an Elf allied with Inisfree. (Even the “elite” members of the SSPs of the humans now must submit all starship, colony, asteroid base, and research facility proposals to the Inisfreeans, ultimately decided upon by King Auz, no matter how secret/compartmentalized those humans otherwise wish them to be.)
- Zoning; no more mix / sprawl; residential structures must be grouped in one area/zone, businesses in another, industry in another, shipyards in another, airports far from all neighborhoods, and so on. Homes cannot be within hearing range of noisy air traffic, and airports, if they wish to not be demolished for violating sacred sleep, must switch over entirely to fleets of silent (and zero-pollution/exhaust/contrails/chem-trails) aircraft.
- Construction must be based on 3D-printing; that technology is what allows/facilitates minimal impact/time on-site; minimal impact on the land/environment, and ultra-precise (generating nearly zero waste) builds.
- Houses –and towns and cities– in all realms must have greenbelts (and those greenbelts must be at least several feet wide/deep/across); they (houses/buildings) may not be clustered/”smashed” together in any way resembling/causing “urban sprawl”.
- Constructs may not be planned/placed on top of ancient sites, such as ruins, and any structures humans built on top of ruins or other preexisting structures must be removed. (This was done at least once; during the Rapture, and will be done again; once the humans are purged/deported from the mega-cities.) Even if it is a mosque or cathedral, or a human-law-protected cultural/historical site/structure, it must and will be removed if it is on top of an ancient ruin, such as geoglyph or Atlantean/Lemurian device/structure/monolith. (In cases where the offending structure is aesthetically pleasing to King Auz, he may allow some of his Inisfreeans to carefully teleport/move that structure/building to a new location without demolishing/damaging it in the process.)
- Construction workers must be paid appropriately for their time/labor; they must be treated well, and offered things in trade, not just the kind of paper or metal currency modern human working-class people/peasants were raised to get used to. They must also be given time with kajirae as part of this fair compensation for their services/skills. (Remember: love and holistic wellness are the new currency, as no fiat-currencies or underpayment are ever again allowed.)
- Slaves (and robots/droids/drones) are permitted for use in construction; labor need not be entirely free men volunteering to work in exchange for an agreed-upon payment, but the slaves must be given the same safe working conditions that free men are, and slavery cannot be based on race, other than when it is “the human race”, etc.. Kajirae (female pleasure-slaves) should also not be tasked with doing work that strong/large/experienced men/laborers are physically accustomed to and/or bred for. Use slavery appropriately; different slaves are meant/destined/born for different things, and racism-based slavery is never okay.
- Nothing unattractive to the Inisfreeans and/or their allies is allowed to be built. An example of an unattractive building is the Guggenheim museum –or anything of the architectural style called Brutalism.
- Builds must be done in keeping with the principles of Feng Shui, as this significantly contributes to the health of the residents, guests, wild life, and plant life.
- No longer is “tornado damage” demolished/removed/cleaned up; the “storm” that caused damage which shall be removed… is human civilization, thus The Rapture (in which Inisfreeans cleaned up (removed) that “civilization”). Tornadoes and hurricanes were the Earth and other powerful beings routinely doing their best to clean up / remove the damage caused by the storm that is/was humanity. Thus, Inisfreeans most often see what humans call “tornado/hurricane damage” as construction, and what humans call “construction” as storm damage. Even “damage” done by fires, floods, and landslides is often seen by Inisfreeans as construction/cleanup.
- Nothing more will be constructed in Inisfree; its structures/facilities are the only ones it will ever have or need, so only personal vehicles, furniture, and clothing, etc., shall ever be constructed (3D-printed) there (excepting, of course, when an Inisfreean ship, such as “The New Horizon” Spacecraft-carrier, or a copy of an SSP/Skunkworks air/spacecraft for pilot training at/from Inisfree’s military aerospaceport, needs to be constructed).
- Some worlds and ring-systems (like Saturn’s rings) are constructs. In cases where a cosmic-scale/sized construct, such as a whole world or ring-system, has fallen into disrepair/ruin (or derelict status), it can be repaired/restored by the Inisfreeans. They are also free to set it aside as a historical landmark/space-mark or preserve, sometimes even as an off-world world-sized archaeological site.
- Construction of Dyson Spheres is now strictly prohibited, though the Inisfreeans understand that some hollow worlds (the Earth included) are technically Dyson Spheres, and that the stars themselves (all of them) are technically a single higher-tech’ / highest-tech’ Dyson Sphere around the dimension humans call “Heaven” or “Oneness” or “Source”… which only appears to outsiders to be multiple/separate stars.
- Construction of new dimensions and/or timestreams is also prohibited, and any such constructs shall be undone.
- In any/all cases where construction is not authorized by the Inisfreeans, or would not have been authorized by them… if they’d existed during the time of planning/construction, those projects shall be stopped, their builds repurposed or destroyed/recycled by the Inisfreeans.
- Attempting to construct anything at all on Antarctica without King Auz’s approval… is a capital offense –especially if it is within, or even a few miles outside of, his city’s Perimeter Orb. This includes primitive structures/builds, such as igloos, snowmen, and foot bridges for very light pedestrian/explorer traffic. Do not construct anything anywhere near his realm unless he personally approves it.
- Technically, anything built on/in/near a crater/mesa/butte that is the petrified stump of a felled/phase-shifted World Tree… should not be there, as it could be impeding the return/restoration/regrowth of that World Tree. If, when the rest of that World Tree reappears/regrows, structures/buildings on/near it get shaken/destroyed, the Inisfreeans will not intervene; they will not attempt to relocate/save/reinforce those buildings. This includes entire towns and even cities, no matter what. Just don’t build near those things, and –if you already do/have– begin relocating immediately. World Trees are considered people and gods by the Inisfreeans, and World Trees ALWAYS take priority, having far more rights than any human/city. (Even Inisfree is designed to move out of the way, should ever a Space Whale or World Tree want/need to grow/return to the spot where it was constructed.)
