In Inisfree, many of our races are on the round track built atop the two aircraft carriers we fused together. We call that mighty ship our double-carrier. These are the laws governing races and other activities aboard that ship.

Range of Corrective Measures the Inisfreeans Can Enforce:
*The minimum, recommended, and maximum sentencing and fines (usually in the form of females or free labor, since we don’t use money) are decided by Inisfreeans on a case-by-case basis, considering all factors of the given situation, never defaulting to unilateral or draconian decisions voted on by judges or masses based on previous cases or rulings.
- Typically, the minimum fine for a first offense is a warning, and there is no sentencing,
- while the recommended fine and sentencing are, respectively, indefinitely surrendering the sexiest human female crew member or relative of the members of the offending party/group/company (so that she be used as a sex slave for so long as she is pleasing and attractive to us), then (the offenders, not the confiscated/surrendered girl) serving “hard time” in a concentration camp made just to guarantee round-the-clock free and fully-monitored menial/unskilled labor from humans (and we have no “white collar” prisons or other “lighter touch” facilities for the economically-spoiled/pampered). Again, the logic and focus is: more of better-controlling the confused/demonic human, rather than attempting to fine it back into submission or other reasonable behavior. When fines are ordered, since we don’t use paper or metal money like humans do, only perfect females will do –just like how humans only accept perfect dollars/coins; no damage, missing pieces (such as faulty personalities, in the case of our ‘living currency’), etc..
- The maximum fine is always 100% of the female crew members AND relatives of the offending party; every female working with them AND known to them, which we are attracted to, and the maximum sentencing we put upon offending humans is, of course, death by torture (typically doing to them whatever they did to their victims, such as animals they exploit for “food”, clothing, or other animal products). Humans never learned in countless trials/tests/opportunities, so there is no point jailing/incarcerating them, nor is there any benefit to ‘rehabilitating’ them or putting them through other re-education programs. They have always been bullies, psychopaths, and monsters, and those creatures only understand and yield to greater force, thus the trial-less confiscations and torture employed to keep their lowly species in check now, once and for all. In some cases, though, lifetimes of torture, and the crippling and ‘glassing’ of entire worlds, is in order –and does occur.

Laws:
- All vehicles on our double-carrier must be non-combustion ones; they must operate not based on the burning of gasoline or diesel, but by using natural/”green”/”clean” energy in a non-polluting way.
- The noise they generate while operating/racing must be in a decibels-range that is not harmful to the ears of any of our guest/resident races/species.
- They must all have been inspected prior to every race, ensuring they can be driven/operated safely; without harmful/mortal risk to any of the drivers, pit crews, or spectators.
- During every race, they must be monitors by diagnostics technicians and other vehicle/racing/mechanic experts.
- After every race, they must be re-inspected and fully serviced, ensuring they are adjusted/tuned back into full safety/compliance.
- All racers are serviced by the ICV model/s of their choice, as well as any available kajirae and Registered Companions, whether they win or not; our races are celebrations of togetherness and prowess, not competitions that reward only luck or funding for better engine parts.
- In keeping with the Inisfreean Way and law, any wives brought to our city are in “open/polyamorous relationships” while they are here, especially during outdoor events such as these races; they should keep themselves obviously available for sexual use while they are seated in the stands or VIP boxes. This includes the wives of all the racers, and those racers must genuinely enjoy this part of our culture, otherwise they are incompatible with us, thus ineligible for entry into our realm, let alone into any of the races we host. The same goes for their attractive daughters and other female relatives who are attractive to us; if they visit our realm, they must be willingly sexually available to all here, especially when they attend races and other such events. Sexual frustration is not allowed in the Inisfreean capital/cities/realm, as we are Heaven on / reunited with Earth.
- ICVs and Repulsines constantly work together to ensure accidents are rare and negligible, and that any rare events that result in vehicle debris on the racetrack are immediately tidied up.
- Female racers are allowed, provided they have completed the official 41-day tour of our realm, as well as at least one year of Drivers Ed’ classes in our school called LHS.
- Unruly/confused racers will be removed from their racecars and the event immediately and as gracefully as possible. The ICVs will facilitate this.
- All racing vehicles are kept in the hangars of this double-carrier of ours; only personal (non-racing) vehicles are allowed to be stored in one’s own cylinder-garage or driveway-garage away from this ship.
- All mechanic tools, replacement parts, and parts printers (3D-printers) must be kept in their assigned sub-hangars (garages built into the racetrack outer-shoulder), not transported in and out for each race.
- We only race one class/type of vehicle at a time; motorcycles race other motorcycles of their caliber, while racecars race separately, and trucks race separately, etc.
- Fans/spectators are not permitted onto the track; they must stay in the stands or other areas away from the racing surface, pit crews, and mechanic garages. They are also not permitted into the hangars where the racing vehicles are stored between races.
- Autographs and other interaction between the fans and racers are only permitted on the flight deck, which, on this vessel, was repurposed/retrofitted to be more like a parking lot for tailgate parties. (All aircraft here are not fighter jets, but personal ones, such as flying cars and hoverboards, and they land in and lift off out of the side-hangars/bays on the outsides of the two carriers fused together, and/or the side-hangars/bays on the outsides of the stadium surrounding the stands that view the racetrack.)
- The airspace over this vessel is strictly regulated by cloaked ICVs in ST suits and IC-FJs, keeping all air traffic away from the racetrack and stands, ensuring the racers are not distracted by flying objects.
- ICVs, who coordinate with the present/spectating Registered Companions, as well as with the kajirae on-duty at each race here, work cleverly to always detect signs of tension between racers and anyone else, all of them offering the kind/level of sex those visitors/racers prefer, keeping outbursts and fights as close to zero as possible, all the while encouraging good sportsmanlike conduct, even when “close calls” happen due to two or more determined/stubborn racers getting a little too close for comfort on the track.
