Intellectual Property Law

If it exists, it is our intellectual property, as the whole Megaverse is shaped by our will, all things manifesting as a result of our vision, calling, and power/s.  Humans no longer have any intellectual property.  Humans are our property now.

Range of Corrective Measures the Inisfreeans Can Enforce:

*The minimum, recommended, and maximum sentencing and fines (usually in the form of females or free labor, since we don’t use money) are decided by Inisfreeans on a case-by-case basis, considering all factors of the given situation, never defaulting to unilateral or draconian decisions voted on by judges or masses based on previous cases or rulings.

  • Typically, the minimum fine for a first offense is a warning, and there is no sentencing,
  • while the recommended fine and sentencing are, respectively, indefinitely surrendering the sexiest human female crew member or relative of the members of the offending party/group/company (so that she be used as a sex slave for so long as she is pleasing and attractive to us), then (the offenders, not the confiscated/surrendered girl) serving “hard time” in a concentration camp made just to guarantee round-the-clock free and fully-monitored menial/unskilled labor from humans (and we have no “white collar” prisons or other “lighter touch” facilities for the economically-spoiled/pampered).  Again, the logic and focus is:  more of better-controlling the confused/demonic human, rather than attempting to fine it back into submission or other reasonable behavior.  When fines are ordered, since we don’t use paper or metal money like humans do, only perfect females will do –just like how humans only accept perfect dollars/coins; no damage, missing pieces (such as faulty personalities, in the case of our ‘living currency’), etc..
  • The maximum fine is always 100% of the female crew members AND relatives of the offending party; every female working with them AND known to them, which we are attracted to, and the maximum sentencing we put upon offending humans is, of course, death by torture (typically doing to them whatever they did to their victims, such as animals they exploit for “food”, clothing, or other animal products).  Humans never learned in countless trials/tests/opportunities, so there is no point jailing/incarcerating them, nor is there any benefit to ‘rehabilitating’ them or putting them through other re-education programs.  They have always been bullies, psychopaths, and monsters, and those creatures only understand and yield to greater force, thus the trial-less confiscations and torture employed to keep their lowly species in check now, once and for all.  In some cases, though, lifetimes of torture, and the crippling and ‘glassing’ of entire worlds, is in order –and does occur.

Laws:

  1. Ideas and images are no longer protected by copyright, except for those made by/in Inisfree.  (And only Inisfree’s copyright system is legitimate/recognized/enforceable now.)
  2. Property cannot belong to property, and since all humans now belong to whichever deity rules over whichever world/s the humans are on (such as the queens/goddesses destined/appointed to rule over each region/realm of the Earth and beyond), humans may only live in, use, or otherwise claim property so long as that deity tolerates it; no human, from here on, has legal ownership of anything, whether tangible or imaginary, original-creation/work or not.  In short:  humans have no more intellectual property rights.
    Also, of course, all deities are only deities/legitimate if Auz (I) say they are, and the only way to earn such validation is by being fully compatible with him (me).
    Until a deity in question has earned his (my) trust and respect, that deity is just another piece of property out there.
    Even deities validated/recognized by Auz (me) are still his (my) eternal property –and the good ones love and desire this, as it is the eternal nature of good/worthy beings to be subordinate supporters of/to him (me).
  3. Humans cannot just take/copy whatever they want, though; just because they themselves do not have the right anymore to sue people for using/copying their ideas/work/creations, it does not mean everything ever created by any human is free for any/all other humans to do with as they please.  For a human to use something some other human came up with or created, he/she must still get permission from a beyond-human, such as an Inisfreean.
  4. Anything that was considered by humans to be someone’s intellectual property… is being reviewed to reassess who actually came up with the idea, prototype, and product/s, and often it is determined that all of it was stolen by the wrongfully-rich humans from those who could not afford legal defense against that theft.  (Even technology itself / in general is, technically, stolen by humans from beyond-humans, so no technology humans develop/ed as a derivative of that ancient/first theft can be legitimately/ethically considered a human’s property.)
  5. Ultimately, only King Auz has intellectual property, and only he can decide if anyone else will ever have any, those privileges always being revocable if their behavior “sours” (if they become incompatible with King Auz / The Inisfreean Way).
  6. No matter who creates what, or which laws they were raised to assume are legal, no one owns anything or can dictate what is done with copies of their works/creations, and Auz (I) owns/rules everything.  If you create something, it is automatically his (mine).
    If you deny Auz (me) access to any of “your” “property”, that can be considered kidnapping (if involving a living being) or criminal wrongful denial of entry/use –and you will be prosecuted, possibly even terminated (soul/essence and all).
