Labor in this sense just means work/jobs, and our laws protect the kind of work we do, not the work humans and other primitive animals do.

 

Range of Corrective Measures the Inisfreeans Can Enforce:

*The minimum, recommended, and maximum sentencing and fines (usually in the form of females or free labor, since we don’t use money) are decided by Inisfreeans on a case-by-case basis, considering all factors of the given situation, never defaulting to unilateral or draconian decisions voted on by judges or masses based on previous cases or rulings.

  • Typically, the minimum fine for a first offense is a warning, and there is no sentencing,
  • while the recommended fine and sentencing are, respectively, indefinitely surrendering the sexiest human female crew member or relative of the members of the offending party/group/company (so that she be used as a sex slave for so long as she is pleasing and attractive to us), then (the offenders, not the confiscated/surrendered girl) serving “hard time” in a concentration camp made just to guarantee round-the-clock free and fully-monitored menial/unskilled labor from humans (and we have no “white collar” prisons or other “lighter touch” facilities for the economically-spoiled/pampered).  Again, the logic and focus is:  more of better-controlling the confused/demonic human, rather than attempting to fine it back into submission or other reasonable behavior.  When fines are ordered, since we don’t use paper or metal money like humans do, only perfect females will do –just like how humans only accept perfect dollars/coins; no damage, missing pieces (such as faulty personalities, in the case of our ‘living currency’), etc..
  • The maximum fine is always 100% of the female crew members AND relatives of the offending party; every female working with them AND known to them, which we are attracted to, and the maximum sentencing we put upon offending humans is, of course, death by torture (typically doing to them whatever they did to their victims, such as animals they exploit for “food”, clothing, or other animal products).  Humans never learned in countless trials/tests/opportunities, so there is no point jailing/incarcerating them, nor is there any benefit to ‘rehabilitating’ them or putting them through other re-education programs.  They have always been bullies, psychopaths, and monsters, and those creatures only understand and yield to greater force, thus the trial-less confiscations and torture employed to keep their lowly species in check now, once and for all.  In some cases, though, lifetimes of torture, and the crippling and ‘glassing’ of entire worlds, is in order –and does occur.

 

Laws:

  1. Work environments must not be hostile toward anyone living by the Inisfreean Way.  This means the “sexual harassment training” humans impose/require is illegal, as it created a hostile working environment nationwide for (against) normal males, such as Goreans and Inisfreeans.
  2. Work shifts shall not exceed five hours in any human realm.
  3. Work shall not involve exposure to (contact with) anyone King Auz is offended by.
  4. Compensation for work shall never be human-legalized minimums.
  5. “Workers Compensation” shall not be based on modern human scam-healthcare.
  6. Humans are not allowed to pressure anyone to work for low wages or free.
  7. Child-labor (of anyone under the age of 17) is illegal.
  8. All labor (work) in Inisfree is done by the Inisfreeans (ICVs).  Everything else is voluntary.
  9. Vending machines at any/every jobsite are only allowed to contain healthy vegan things, never junk food such as candy or soda.
  10. Females are not allowed to work around other people unless they are sexy and dressed sexily/femininely, as per the standards/taste of King Auz –and this includes in all lands, not just in the ones Inisfree controls.
  11. Males are only allowed to work around other people if they behave like civil semi-Goreans, never pressuring normal/other males to do unmanly things.  (Example of an unmanly thing:  a man shaving his own beard off)
  12. All ugly people are only permitted to work in a cubicle or other enclosed space where no one else can see them.
  13. Anyone caught/seen wearing a facemask while outside, especially if they are working / “on the clock”, can be shot on sight, or otherwise put down by any means available/necessary, and any employer demanding/requiring the wearing of facemasks, or the taking of vaccines (i.e. injecting unknown substances from strangers, which is the same is being a heroin junkie), can be burned alive, drowned, or eaten alive.
  14. Any work that results in pollution/harm to natural environments the Inisfreeans seek/desire to protect… shall be shut down by any means necessary –including open warfare.  Oil refineries, for example, can be invaded, shut down permanently, and recycled/destroyed –by anyone capable of such an operation.
  15. Work for any government, especially if for the CPS or DMV, is illegal and felonious, and all payments accepted by those organizations (back to when they were established generations ago) must be refunded immediately and with interest, as there is no justification for the extortion they forced on so many millions of people over decades… all for meaningless stickers and license plates.
  16. Every company/business in Creation now legally belongs to King Auz, so all of their rules and employees must be approved by his Inisfreeans, and all human businesses must tithe/sacrifice to him on a regular basis (which is the new and last form of taxation).
  17. Anyone who is compatible with the Inisfreean Way is welcome to start his/her own business, and does not need to file paperwork with any human government/organization to get permission to do business, and will never need to pay taxes (unless they are human, in which case taxes/tithing/sacrifices go to King Auz).
  18. All businesses which had employees that disrespected King Auz at any point in his life, and all stores/shops which had products and music –or even customers in them– which King Auz was grossed out by, are scheduled for steep fines and indefinite shutdowns until they publicly apologize, pay compensation/damages to him, remove all those unwanted things/people from their payroll/shelves, and hire only replacement employees he would approve of.
  19. Unless a business has sexy female employees, and regularly (at least monthly) sends all those sexy female employees to pleasure King Auz, that/those business/es can be shutdown at any time, without notice, and without end.
  20. Every company/business in the Universe must keep all its secret functions known to the Inisfreeans, and all its facilities/offices open to inspection by them at all times.  This includes those that contribute to Skunkworks and all other Black Operations.
  21. All of the businesses/companies/corporations of King Auz shall operate in full compliance/accordance with his culture; The Inisfreean Way, meaning they shall only recruit and hire people who adore and practice/maintain that lifestyle/culture, and only do business with other companies that understand and appreciate/recognize/honor this operating principle / culture.
  22. All of the businesses/companies/corporations of King Auz shall always have their employees work what humans call “part-time”, and that, more specifically, shall be 4-hour shifts, 1 shift per day, consecutive work-days not to exceed 4, with “overtime” being anything up to and/or beyond “full-time” hours (40/week).
  23. All of the businesses/companies/corporations of King Auz shall compensate their employees in non-monetary ways, as we are a non-monetary / beyond-money society/civilization, and compensation shall often include either 1) ownership of kajirae trained in Inisfree, or 2) time with kajirae trained in Inisfree.  (Love is our main currency; compatibility; holistic connectedness, as that is what most people used human money to get, anyway.)
  24. All of the businesses/companies/corporations of King Auz shall promote their employees based on a combination of 1) compatibility with The Inisfreean Way / Inisfreeans / King Auz, and 2) performance, based on metrics those employees are taught and demonstrated, all promotions/incentives/arrangements ultimately up to King Auz to decide/approve.
  25. Whenever labor is too intensive/exhausting/risky/harmful to a beyond-human employed by one of King Auz’s businesses/companies/corporations, that labor shall be performed by one or more of his ICVs (as nothing harms/risks them, everything feeling comfortable/easy to/for them), but they shall not step in to take over such tasking unless/until they sense it is necessary/desired.
  26. Ultimately, only the labor Auz says is permissible/reasonable is legal, and doing work of any kind toward a goal or product Auz wouldn’t like… is not, regardless of how the workers are treated and/or feel about it.
