History:

Most humans in all human-dominated lands/nations were never taught how to think; they were instead only taught to memorize assumptions and rules, making them “corporate slaves” just smart enough to service the machines of their homelands, but not “awake” enough to ever break free and do their own thing.  While this worked out well for those in power, allowing them to maintain massive workforces and population-control campaigns, it kept life difficult and often very upsetting for the majority/masses.  A change needed to come, and did.

The few who were able to use critical-thinking/reasoning skills eventually figured out ways they could avoid all that mindlessness and “the rat race” (menial labor, under-employment, the wage-gap, inflation, bank cartels, etc.).  What was needed was for them to go “off-grid”, and to let the others “wake up” on their own, “learning the hard way”.  That was how, historically, things had always had to work themselves out.

Additional Notes:

examples:  no hearsay, only confirmations, and even then… recognizing possibilities, potential assumptions, and how repeat/confirmed-results can still be interpreted sloppily by those with brainwashing/assumptions

2023 Update:  Astrology

In our critical thinking courses, we teach how to keep in mind how different astrological personalities and times of year can and do affect encounters, introductions, conversations, business transactions, and relationships. This is social studies at first, but the focus here is not how to socialize with others based on including this factor, but how to think on one’s own about situations and experiences with this additional set of knowledge. This is more along the lines of meditation and mindfulness as preparation for later and successive interactions.
