Note from the Editor:

Party school…  The term wasn’t one I had ever thought much about until now.  It means a college or university known for partying, and somehow I had ended up enrolled in and walking the campus of.

Babes were everywhere at the University of North Texas.  For an institution not nationally known, it sure made up for that fact with all the attractive pussy roaming around.  I was distracted at every turn, and only my Marine training got me through, keeping me attending my classes and networking in hopes of starting my first company.

I never got to live the partying-student life here, party-school though it surely was, but I was enjoying the start of a decent social life daring to flicker on after a childhood and enlistment in which it was banned.  My contacts from the ‘rave days’ were still hitting me up, and new ones were being made all the time.  Then I got the chance to have the best kind of parties of all; ones which were so cutting-edge (cocaine-pun not intended)… that I’d have to drop out of U.N.T. –and off the grid– if I was serious about setting them in motion.

My first university had been A&M; not much for my kind of partying at all.  U.N.T. was much more laid-back, but still left a lot to be desired, in my opinion.  The third and final party-encouraging center for higher learning I’d be a part of… would be what, in the years ahead, I’d decide had to be abbreviated as T.N.A.

Poking Fun at Fake News:

Bill Gates stepped back from Microsoft to do more philanthropic work.  Ask most people in his home-state of Washington, where he has donated unbelievable amounts to many of its schools, and they’ll tell you they love him.  He definitely has done a lot of helpful and impressive things.

While I won’t directly ‘knock’ the man, I will say that anyone in a major business or government entity is bound to put out inaccurate, pre-crafted, and intentionally-fake news.  Where Microsoft was getting the technology it then slightly-modified and started selling is one example of this; they weren’t inventing it all, and what they weren’t inventing… didn’t always come from reverse-engineered items originally fielded by their competitors.  What was the other source, then?  Find out.
