Note from the Editor:

‘Kangaroo court’ is the old term for what I’d just been through; “an unofficial court held by a group of people in order to try someone regarded, especially without good evidence, as guilty of a crime or misdemeanor.”  Not one shred of evidence, falsified or otherwise, had been presented against me, as none existed; I had done nothing wrong, hurt no one, and left the scene willingly, with the blessing of the police, all of us in agreement that no charges were being pressed, and I was right to move on.

I’ve avoided the court system ever since, only contacting a few remote and unrelated ones to see if there is any other way, in their intentionally-overcomplicated system, to right that horrible wrong.  All of proven useless, powerless, lazy, and impotent.  All, like all the churches and ‘holy’ sites I’ve been to, have proven fallen and ready for reduction.

How it is I managed to convert all that bad into something amusing and good, such as here in the issues of this magazine, I do not know.  It happened how it did, though, and I am glad I always ended up creating positive and helpful things, no matter what I was put through and baited with.  Maybe calling all this “My Comedy” (Mein Komedy) is the most fitting title I could have come up with; it started with a struggle (Mein Kampf; the inspiration for this work, as well as for its name), ended in dark-humor since comedic release was the only way possible back then, and you know the rest.

There are no courts in Inisfree, thanks to kangaroo courts like all the ones I’d been to.  No courts beyond Inisfree are recognized as legitimate, either; their very nature makes them illogical, insane, and criminal.  All rulings by such courts are null and void, the laughing-stock of Inisfree and all other civilized realms.
