Like Japan, this land reminds me so much of the storied shape of Aman, hidden continent of the first Elves.

Introduction:

Who knows when my first visit to this land will be?  I’ll try to make it out to the ruins wall in the mountains, at least, and of course to Hobbiton (maybe to stay; my lodging for this trip).  I suppose it will end up happening once I’ve received the right amount of visions, letting me know where all to go… and with whom to meet.

Ancient History:

There are legends of it being occupied already by the time the Maori and others now called native and indigenous sailed there; they say the fairies and elves once lived here, out in the open, along with red-haired white-skinned giants.  Where did they all go?  I’ll have to find out, myself (as I’m sure they’ll make great friends –and even see and help with Inisfree).

Resurfacing Ancients:

Zealandia is the name of a now mostly-sunken/submerged once-continent.  New Zealand is what of it remains above the Pacific waves.  Like how Lemuria’s above-water remains are (so they say) just Hawaii, and how only a few islands in the North Atlantic remain of Atlantis, Zealandia’s vast majority will require submarines and SCUBA gear, at the very least, to explore.
