So far, I’ve only passed through here…

Phase 1:

I passed through this state a four times on road trips.  The first was when I moved from Texas to Virginia, the second and third during a visit down to Parris Island for a new Marine’s graduation ceremony, and the fourth during my move from Virginia all the way out to California.  Stops were few, and contact little.  I got neither a good nor bad vibe from the place, and never thought to return; it felt like a blank spot.

Phase 2:

Leading the nation in furniture, brick, and textile production, I’ll be going back to check out the most successful farms and factories in those industries.  North Carolina is also well-known for its blueberries and strawberries; those are two of my favorites, the former of which being very helpful as an antioxidant applied as a natural remedy for stomach aches.  I may even stay for a season if there is enough big business to be done now that I am free and pleasantly solo.

Phase 3:

Charlotte is likely where I’ll fly into and start.  Whatever historic, luxurious, and towering buildings it boasts, I’ll be sure to visit and learn about.  As always, I wait only for the state’s most beautiful girls to extend their kind invitations and worthy offers.  I stand ready.
