This year included my 3rd trip to the Middle East, and 1st to Israel and Jordan, followed by a warriors rendezvous in southwestern Montana. I explored and learned at all the best historical sites across the Holy Land, got re-baptized where they say Jesus first was, climbed alone to the top of Petra where an ancient Djinn blood-magic site is, met one of the Djinn who bestowed a special token of greeting upon me, and got within jogging distance of the town for which Inisfree’s Firstborn shares a name. After returning from this amazing paid trip from the beaches of Tel Aviv to the fortress hotels of Jerusalem and farther inland to the elementals-fashioned cliff-dwellings of the lands predating Sumeria, I was invited up to Montana to bring to life even more of my powerful writing. 2012, all things considered, was a good year.
I didn’t realize 2012 was The Shift; the reversal of a certain invisible tide at the end of the calendar taught to some of us by the Mayans. What I did realize was that I simply had to let go and move on, no matter what was holding me back or trying to at this point. It was time to give my all to Inisfree, thus this year was the one in which the world as we all know it… forever changed.
I stopped fighting for others, and they started fighting for me.
I stopped believing stories and strangers, and started believing myself and my own.
I stopped going out in search of good beings, for they had started coming in search of me.
I would, since this point, go to schools and events by choice, being more and more selective with jobs.
Everything I ever wanted… was on its way.
