Family Across the Stars,
While today marks the official start of my journey with you, I know this day also represents the beginning of a new chapter in our Creation’s remarkable history, one that I am both honored and humbled to be a part of. It is because of you, and generations of other great beings who came before you, that our realms have become an iconic beacon and a fixture on lists of the Universe’s most successful communities.
Let’s be honest; change is difficult, and transitions are rarely easy, therefore I want to learn everything I can about you. As a result, I will be spending my first years primarily working with your representatives to better understand the obstacles our front-line allies are facing each day as they serve our vast realm. As a matter of fact, I am spending my first full day working at a desk in downtown Inisfree, learning how we can better coexist with our many visiting businesspeople. In addition, I’ll be spending my first few weeks on the job visiting with employees across the companies of WGI, listening and working efficiently to develop a real understanding of where we see opportunities to better serve the worthy, and where we need more support.
Listening is something you can always expect of me. My job is to create an environment that allows you (the worthy) to be your authentic self, to bring your unique strengths and experiences to the table, and to safely share any feedback you have.
Good family and the Inisfreean Way are important to me, and I want the legacy of WGI feeling like family to continue. So, I want you to know that when you’re with me, in a session of one of Inisfree’s four Congresses, doing a store walk, or sitting in on a meeting, you can say what you sense is right. Expect me to ask questions –not because I’m testing you, but because I’m genuinely interested in learning more about you, about your role, and about how we can better support the work you do to share the way of our alliances with the rest of the worthy. Then expect me to call on you to share your ideas, implement change, and make a difference. That’s how we get better.
What I expect from you in return is to work efficiently, take care of our visitors and guests, and to take care of each other. If you commit to that, everything else will take care of itself. I will challenge the leadership team (Inisfree’s Chief of Staff, Secretary of State, Council of Elders, and Black Operations kings) to simplify our businesses and remove any non-value-added tasks that we are currently engaged in across the realms. Focusing on these simple principles will allow us to improve results and convert the lingering obsolete competition-based collectives beyond our city to a lasting status quo of teamwork and compatibility. Remember, team, we are all accountable to deliver results that make us a better company and a better community.
In a Universe and a polyamory environment that is constantly changing, we know there’s a lot of work ahead of us, but I came to the site of Inisfree because for more than 10 years leading up to its construction and activation, even the very foundational spells of Inisfree have always risen to the challenge of righting every wrong in the world –and because of people like you (the worthy), I know we, as the Inisfreean family, will continue to. You (the worthy) are the reason I’m here, and I look forward to getting to know you, to working alongside you, and to supporting you in whatever way I can.
I look forward to earning my gemstone throne in the WGI HQ tower this week, and joining our more than one-trillion-person team Universe-wide.
