Family Across the Stars,

Back in the late ‘90s and early 2000s, my thinking and mission were to try and help, heal, educate, feed, and provide other foreign aid to everyone everywhere, saving all of humanity and keeping the country borders as-is. After attempting this in many ways and virtually countless locations over the years, I realized it was an unsustainable, unrealistic, unworkable approach. (Some didn’t even want to be helped or healed!) I revised my thinking and mission to be: Deliver the right Universe-improvement products, with the best service and value, via the special channels and communities only the worthy can access.

Team, what this new mission statement means is that I will no longer be teaming up with human outsiders (which consistently and invariably proved fruitless and detrimental), and I will no longer be trying to cater to everyone. Instead, my ICVs will be getting what is needed out to only those who are receptive to it; here to forth, only those who want and deserve the kind of help I specialize in will get it. That takes our broad previous scope down to a very narrow and achievable range.

During the recent Quarterly Earnings Forum, I shared our new mission statement: Together, deliver the right Universe-improvement products, with the best service and value, via the special channels and communities only the worthy can access.

It’s not fancy. It’s not a tagline. It’s what we owe our fellow good beings who choose to interact with us every day. And it’s how we’ll regain our place as the #1 presence and healing force in the Universe.

We’ve captured the key elements of our strategy on our Business Blueprint. I will reference it often as our guide. You should reference it often to ensure you’re focused on what matters most to our customers and our company, WGI. The Business Blueprint shows you:

  • How We Get There: We have an operational plan centered on four fundamental enterprise objectives: Omni-Interface (our ability to connect with and understanding anything), Customer Engagement via ICVs, Operational Efficiency, and Polyamorous Excellence. These objectives will be our guiding posts for everything we do as a company, and leaders will be responsible for executing on the strategic priorities to deliver on each of these four objectives.
  • Who We Are: We expect all associates to lead by example to achieve our mission and bring out the best in one another. To meet this expectation, each of us will be accountable for demonstrating core behaviors: Focus on the Worthy, Deliver Desirable Results, Take Appropriate Inisfreean-Way Action, Show Courage, and Continue Learning.
  • Who We Serve: Our core customers are Polyamorists (to include Registered Companions and compatible Xenophiles), Heavy and Light Swingers/Cuck’s, Exotic Dancers, and Pro (professional adult stars who teach us the most about proper and fully-unlocked sexuality potential in all the most polished ways). These segments provide the greatest opportunity for us to win by restoring the intended state of the Universe.

You’ll hear a lot more about our strategy and behaviors over the next several months as we all start measuring progress toward our objectives.

My commitment to you is making WGI a great retailer to shop with, work for, and invest in; we’ll produce and offer the finest products in a variety of fields, not just cutting-edge weapons, anymore. I’m confident that what we’ve captured on our ‘blueprint’ gives us the long-term strategic foundation we need to meet this commitment.

To paradise and beyond,

A °
