Well-known cultures of the past: Americans (and particularly their Texans; braggarts and ‘world police’), Egyptians (and other pyramid-occupying, if not pyramid-building, peoples), Elves (lovers and protectors of trees and much of the rest of nature), Europeans (medieval knights and explorers, etc.), Mongols (the finest cavalry and conquerors), Orientals (exceptional martial artists and sushi chefs, among many other things), etc.
“A house divided cannot stand.” We’ve seen this saying and philosophy proven true, time and time again. Every time a business or nation grows too big, shifting more to a focus on metrics than the value of its individual members, and trying to cater to everyone and anyone at the expense of personal values, everything falls apart. Too much diversification always leads to this; eventually the diametrically opposed end up in the same place, and that is the very essence of how nuclear reactors and explosions are started. When everyone compromises, no one wins, nothing feels right, and the division always forces breakaway groups and civilizations to begin. It is important to let these divisions happen, keeping all groups to their naturally-stable numbers, while simultaneously keeping the smaller prime groups unified beyond any division.
Our foundation is: not to allow in all cultures, religions, and businesses, especially if they are in competition or directly opposed to us and ours, but to ensure only those compatible with us get in. Our foundation is not to be a ‘melting pot’ where all races get blended into one, but where the worthy races get to coexist while encouraging each other to remain as they are, distinct and powerful as their founders intended. Thus, we remain unified even with our differences, not further and further divided by opposing and polarizing viewpoints desperately attempting to retain their cultural brilliance in a culture-erasing landslide of homogenization.
The Inisfreean Way: Everything about WGI and the community we have built up around us; Inisfree, means health. Whether that comes in the form of fitness, sexiness, playfulness, flirting, polyamory, organic farming, vegan diets, partners yoga, tantric studies, city dances, arousing singing, outreach to compatible peoples, beautiful artwork preservation, uplifting architecture and landscaping, R+D to better promote and protect such key things, or anything else our people and realm are known for, we are always doing what is healthiest for us and those we love. That is the essence of our Inisfreean Way. Being healthy in these ways and to that wise extent is a fundamental, core part of our culture.
I’ve attached some videos at the end of this message to give you samples of some of the things I am talking about; they show a few of the many ways we Inisfreeans like to keep in shape, show off, and stimulate those who matter to us. Often, that means skilled dance, and encouraging those around us to dance with us. It can, as you will come to see in our city here, mean many wonders more, too, such as ‘city dances’ and our tantric partners yoga demonstrations on top of the beach platforms.
WGI’s corporate culture is a subset of the Inisfreean Way; it is about living that Way as part of top-tier international, interplanetary, intergalactic, and interdimensional business operations. It means you’ll see WGI associates enjoying partners stretching, partners yoga, and similar activities while ‘on the clock’ in and around our many offices, whether high up in the skyscrapers of downtown Inisfree, or anywhere else WGI has a presence. And all the R+D we have, as WGI, ever done, has always been to better secure and proactively safeguard our culture; our way of life; the Inisfreean Way. This culture of ours is what led to WGI, and WGI’s work (your work, as associates of WGI) is what leads to us being able to enjoy the continuation of this culture of ours.
Sharing this culture is a big part of what makes and keeps us so strong, so wonderfully close, and more like a trusted family than just coworkers and colleagues. Let’s carry this effective practice and tradition on as WGI and Inisfree continue to grow. Thank you for being part of this Inisfreean culture, team WGI.
