Scarlette & Auz:

She noticed him smiling at her and wondered why.  Walking closer to ask, he calmly answered that it was her skin color he had been admiring.  Surprised and almost blushing, she regarded him for a moment before confirming he was serious.  A few more genuine compliments and small-talk followed, and the two decided to walk together after that.

Scarlette slowly opened up to the refreshingly honest and confident man, and as their time together turned into months… she let him learn about her home-world, and he… (told her) about his home-city.  They speculated upon the origins of her people’s physical aspects, to include her wielding of magic; was she some mix of Night Elf or Drow and Frost Giant?  (He would later also investigate if there was a link between her kind and the Asari, among others.)

Being magically inclined, she’ll eventually be invited to study at Inisfree’s architectural copy of the Hogwarts castle, and after that… in the very little-known and deep-underground Magics Chambers.

2022:

Scarlette has been visiting Inisfree every so often for the past four years.  Her visits have increased this year; she flies to this city almost every month now, sometimes staying for a full week.  Auz always treats her like the royalty and goddess he sees her as, and she can’t help but smile, gaze at him, blush, and entertain the growing fantasy of marrying him.

Is she about to reveal to the High King why her callsign is Requiem –and what she has come into his life to help with?

Thanks to her contact so far with him and his people, they already know a lot about the area of Space she and her people come from –and why.  In the centuries ahead, he’ll definitely make trips out there.  Maybe that will be one of the places they go on anniversary dates.
