Introduction:
This hermetically seal-able subset of the Medical Wing provides the highest levels of CDC care & control. High-risk patients and contaminated persons, as well as anyone contagious, can be indefinitely housed and treated here. Each room has its own access hallway and airlocks, and all of them are self-cleaning modules monitored at all times by the A.I. nodes.

Location & Number:
There are hundreds of individually-located and sealed rooms within this expansive mega-hall of a wing. They are isolated in clusters, similarly to how rooms in a suite are. Each cluster/suite has airlocks and closed-circuit atmosphere systems of its own.

Supplies:
These rooms are each stocked with the food, water, toiletries, and medical equipment anyone might need for a long-term stay (for weeks or even months). These items are all kept in sealed compartments, as well as sealed containers. After they are used, they can be discarded and recycled securely, or sterilized before being put back in their assigned compartments in the walls.

Special Features:
The entire hall/wing is constructed in such a way as to allow no physical contact with the rest of the ship. Flexible braces and other supports/umbilicals keep it in place within the overall/surrounding structure of TNH. Retractable airlocks only touch its hatches/sides when authorized personnel are entering or exiting.
Its individual rooms can be ejected like TNH’s escape pods. This is to ensure anything unstable in them is kept away from any mortals aboard TNH which might otherwise by harmed it/them. All ejected quarantine pods (rooms) can be recalled/returned by both tractor-beams and remote-control.
In the event of a corrosive spill threatening to compromise the seal of one of its rooms, or of its central corridor entirely, any part can be spray-coated, flooded, or rapidly dirt-filled, whatever is released… based on scans of the problem-causing element/s, thereby ensuring it will not react dangerously.
