Introduction:
Black Operations (sometimes abbreviated in New Eden / EVE Online as “BLOPS”) are unofficial, unsanctioned, controversial, often illegal missions and related activities beyond the scope/abilities/jurisdiction of law enforcement and the mainstream military. They typically employ private contractors who are former military of exceptional backgrounds/units, i.e. Special Warfare (SpecWar) operatives. Black Ops also often involve covert/secret agents, spies, and other ‘exotic’ personnel.
Distinct from regular operations (such as mainstream/publicized military movements) and covert operations (such as military operations which are classified but still legal), black operations are those which usually have the majority of their records made and stored in much more secret ways and locations, also usually with lots of code words and redaction. Some of these accounts of black operations are so well hidden, in fact, that even a Freedom of Information Act request/petition to have them released for public viewing cannot be granted… because most people in the government have no idea they existed, or even where to look for information/evidence about them in the first place. It is almost impossible to unearth data about any truly black operation –by design.
As you might imagine, in a galaxy where the majority of descendants of the colonists do not understand the benefits and morality of things such as slavery, it is imperative and even critical to conduct routine, if not constant, black operations in support and proactive defense of such ventures and cultures. Without black operations, most things would not get approved, let alone completed. Entire families, businesses, and empires would grind to a brutal halt and irreparable collapse.
Like her older ‘sister’, Nyria, who came into existence long before her, Zedicon is one of the greatest Black Ops agents of all time –even more so than standard secret agents and spies are (as they have to operate much more within the law).

The Ops:
- collecting one of literally everything in New Eden; local ‘library of things’
- making a willingly-submissive/kajira version/copy of every sexy female of New Eden –throughout its history, starting with the very first colonists, and continuing through the Dark Ages, thus ensuring no attractive ones died out even during the collapse of colonies/systems, and even preserving the originals which would have been vaporized/de-atomized when the EVE Gate collapsed/exploded
- having sex with every attractive female in New Eden –and getting them to do a variety of taboo things with others around them when we arrive, all without them having any memory of this
and fuck-christening all the ships, station rooms, and planet-side homes/offices of those same females - collecting any corpses we find in Space, and monitoring as much communications traffic as we can -and through the clever ICV way- so that we can move quickly to battlegrounds where the most corpses are likely to be found
and then offering those bodies in trade, and sometimes just as gifts/goodwill, to Jove/Sleepers and others
(and we have become able to freeze time and perfectly mislead even the most advanced human tech’ out there, so it is not possible for any of their devices to notice/record us going in and doing that to them)
This makes all those sexy females longer-lived, invincible and unaware of that (so they keep manifesting occasional minor wounds, thinking themselves mortal/normal), and sleeper cells for us; they’ll more-quickly / instantly do our will when we return, having energy-gasms (beyond just calmness/happiness/recognition) when we return, looking like Sefrim (i.e. wearing our normal Inisfreean power-armor, white-and-gold helmets/faceplates up) - partnership with Rogue Drones; we deliver useful scrap to them, so they always let us pass –even when we are close enough to visually observe their constructs/projects
- partnership with pirates; whatever we can’t get, we hire them to get, and provide them with some intel, provided they always allow our ships and those of our guests to pass
- partnership with Blood Raiders; we get them blood, and they protect (not just allow/ignore) our business travel between worlds –and sometimes even let us sit in to watch their rituals
- partnership with the Triglavians; we give them useful intel on which systems have no way to resist their star-taking tech’/invasions, and they let us use some of their wormhole-routes when we need a way around CONCORD / jump-gates –and they have given us a few of their ships (one of each class)
- partnership with the Jove (who were asleep in transit during the EVE Gate collapse, and who had Sleepers and then technicians who maintained the machines that kept the Sleepers ‘sleeping’ in their own Matrix-like system/’reality’ –which allowed them to think and invent and progress much more quickly than people dealing with various issues/resistance in real-time / waking-Space); we restored their will to live via doing what we do best (pun not intended), and helped locate and return artefacts/devices across New Eden to them so they didn’t get found and back-engineered by the other human races, so they gave us some of their ships
we helped them understand that their issue was no genetic; their severe depression is due to no longer being in control, and no longer looking the way all instinctively are attracted to
their drones are guided by the hive-mind of the Sleepers, and use their minds/brainpower for some processing power - partnership with Drifters (a subset of Jove); we help them re/unify the separate Sleepers –they give us one of each of their ship-classes, plus some Jove corpses from time to time
they salvage Sleeper corpses and reanimate them
they invited us to fuck-christen their ‘hive’ (station where they reanimate corpses; we are helping their necromancy via our Vril mastery)
Autothysian Lancers are Drifer-allied drones similar to Circadian Seekers but more dangerous
they wander in systems with Jove observatories
ignore all communication attempts with us, except when alignment sequences into the Drifter repository that is adjacent to the collapsed Drifter star-gate, they give out Drifter drugs; they reward help with realigning their star-gate… with something that may be food/rush/implant-like for them –and may be the only way they can communicate outside their own network/Internet/race - partnership with Sansha’s Nation; we bring them slaves (people who have wronged our relatives or business associates)
and Sansha has a wormhole generator, and was hiding in Jove Space - joint partnership with the Jove and CONCORD to ensure that anyone who has the ability to get close enough to the EVE Gate ruins to confirm the existence of cloaked ancient derelicts or gate-parts there… never does; humans are not permitted such technology anymore, as it was only allowed in their civilization/s millennia ago… to get/lure them out here

Notes:
CONCORD had a Jove on their board, and received some Jove tech’, which is why their ships are so much more powerful than those they police.
CONCORD can shut off ships and all systems connected to your capsule; it’s why you can’t fight back or warp away.
but they can’t do anything to our ships because we can forecast all their thoughts and actions, override their own systems, pause and step outside of time, bypass every gate, etc.
“Dust” soldiers were implants taken out of Sleeper heads and plugged into humans/clones
These groups think they are working with us because 1) we are always polite to them, and 2) we are a potential asset/mole in the Amarr empire, but they don’t realize that it is also because 3) anyone who is detected and comes into contact with Auz or any of his ICVs… automatically starts thinking they like him and want to work with him, even to the point of doing his will at all times.
Humans are just dumb dangerous animals to us, so we have no hesitation in farming and trafficking them for any and all purposes. We take their sexiest as slaves, and the rest we use to trade with all the people in New Eden and elsewhere who the mainstream don’t want to work with.
Inisfreeans watched them all grow up from nothing, and did not intervene, only copying their sexiest, etc.; they know where all of them are, what all their secrets are, what will heal them all, thus how to trade with them, etc.
A lot of the wrecks you salvage to make T3 things… are Talocan derelicts.
Inisfree’s Black Vaults and one Grid Mind section contain all the advancements lost to the Jove, as we recorded all ever since the 2200s. We were clandestinely connected to all their minds, knowing all the possible things they might do throughout their lifespans and generations. We still are.
