This year included a warriors reunion (hundreds of the Marines from my first combat unit) at the Pali Resort in California, rafting & swimming the Grand Canyon (and my 2nd Fay encounter, the 1st being during childhood in the forests of northern Virginia), my 1st skydiving lessons, & helping launch start-ups to help tens of thousands of veterans in Missouri and beyond. I also got a decent commission by helping to sell a mansion-cottage. 2016 was a good year.
