Black Operations are those “off the books” and “not necessarily legal” ones which are sometimes necessary –and almost always carried out. All developed nations have done them. Not all of them are unethical; they’re just secret, and usually not within the range of capabilities of mainstream/regular military/enforcement units.

Range of Corrective Measures the Inisfreeans Can Enforce:
*The minimum, recommended, and maximum sentencing and fines (usually in the form of females or free labor, since we don’t use money) are decided by Inisfreeans on a case-by-case basis, considering all factors of the given situation, never defaulting to unilateral or draconian decisions voted on by judges or masses based on previous cases or rulings.
- Typically, the minimum fine for a first offense is a warning, and there is no sentencing,
- while the recommended fine and sentencing are, respectively, indefinitely surrendering the sexiest human female crew member or relative of the members of the offending party/group/company (so that she be used as a sex slave for so long as she is pleasing and attractive to us), then (the offenders, not the confiscated/surrendered girl) serving “hard time” in a concentration camp made just to guarantee round-the-clock free and fully-monitored menial/unskilled labor from humans (and we have no “white collar” prisons or other “lighter touch” facilities for the economically-spoiled/pampered). Again, the logic and focus is: more of better-controlling the confused/demonic human, rather than attempting to fine it back into submission or other reasonable behavior. When fines are ordered, since we don’t use paper or metal money like humans do, only perfect females will do –just like how humans only accept perfect dollars/coins; no damage, missing pieces (such as faulty personalities, in the case of our ‘living currency’), etc..
- The maximum fine is always 100% of the female crew members AND relatives of the offending party; every female working with them AND known to them, which we are attracted to, and the maximum sentencing we put upon offending humans is, of course, death by torture (typically doing to them whatever they did to their victims, such as animals they exploit for “food”, clothing, or other animal products). Humans never learned in countless trials/tests/opportunities, so there is no point jailing/incarcerating them, nor is there any benefit to ‘rehabilitating’ them or putting them through other re-education programs. They have always been bullies, psychopaths, and monsters, and those creatures only understand and yield to greater force, thus the trial-less confiscations and torture employed to keep their lowly species in check now, once and for all. In some cases, though, lifetimes of torture, and the crippling and ‘glassing’ of entire worlds, is in order –and does occur.

Laws:
- Only Inisfree may determine which nations and other organizations throughout the Megaverse get to conduct Black Operations.
- Black Operations should be completed within the parameters of the Geneva Convention or similar moral guidelines whenever possible. When an enemy is exceptionally ruthless, however, “anything goes”; “just get the job done”. “Thou shalt win at all costs.” (Prime example: Religious humans told any and every lie they could think of, misleading billions, and directly causing the deaths of just as many, not to mention the countless trillions of innocent people they enslaved as “animals” for “food” and other products/services. Because of that full degree of ruthlessness, and total consistency as fully evil beings, absolutely any and all Black Operations done with the purpose of depowering and ending religious people and their organizations are fully sanctioned by the Inisfreeans. The Inisfreeans will always mind-scan/surf to ensure those being undermined by no-rules Black Operations are, in fact, religiously-minded/corrupted. All other Black Operations can be secret and compartmentalized, but must be far more regulated, ethical, gentle/r, etc.)
- An operation may be classified as “black” (to be kept classified/confidential/compartmentalized, “off the books”, and/or reserved for completion by special units/teams) anytime it is of a sensitive, controversial, or otherwise special/unusual nature, as determined/decided by the Inisfreeans. Humans do not have the authority to make judgement-calls at this level, at least not anymore. Once an Inisfreean classifies an operation/program, or proposed/needed operation/program as “black”, it will remain classified and “off the (human) books” for as long as the Inisfreeans deem necessary/wise.
- The planning of Inisfree’s Black Operations is done in the Map/Briefing Room of the Bat-cave II facility, as it is one of the best Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF; pronounced “skiff”) in Creation. Even magical people and gods can’t get in there without it being the will of its maker and his people, the Inisfreeans. Anything discussed in there must stay in there, so to speak, with the very memories of those who participated in meetings/discussions in there being protected by the full cleverness of the Inisfreeans themselves (meaning they can detect if anyone of those people has their minds/memories being spied on / tapped into / copied / stolen, etc.).
- The Rapture was a Black Operation, thus it was drafted and executed in accordance with this Black Operations laws, and all similar operations will be based on its guidelines documents and After-Action Review (AAR) findings/conclusions. This means the full details of The Rapture have remained classified and “off the (human) books”; those are details such as the number and composition/programming of the forces that executed/complete The Rapture, where the humans “raptured”/acquired were taken, how the Inisfreeans were able to delete all human structures and incompatible people, why the most advanced human detection and military equipment was powerless to sense or stop the Inisfreeans, and whether there will be another Rapture, etc.. Only the Inisfreeans are cleared to know such things.
- Personnel who will be carrying out Black Operations must be more-thoroughly screened than regular personnel, and often should and are only drafted/recruited/seconded-out from elite military units; they have years of training and experience, and are the highest tier of operators available.
- Records of Black Operations must be stored separately from all other records, and in especially-secure facilities, typically in ones not listed in any registry or database accessible by hackers.
- Typically, Black Operations are only eligible for declassification 75 Earth-years after their completion/conclusion/decommissioning, and only when they are specifically requested for declassification by authorized professionals for further review/application.
- All former Black Operations humans were involved in must be fully disclosed to the Inisfreeans, and they’ll take the memories right out of the participants/founders’ minds if those people do not volunteer it verbally and in documentation. The Inisfreeans will also hack all the data about/from those operations right out of even the most secure offline human computers. Refusing for any reason to grant full permanent access to the Inisfreeans regarding any/all known Black Operations is a capital offense.
- Memory-wipes and memory-blocks, as well as the installation of false/misleading memories, is permissible, provided the Inisfreeans deem it logical, necessary, and ethical. Usually some form of consent is required from those about to have their memories wiped/blocked/augmented. Most humans, however, are generally worthless demon/ic scum, so no consent from them is necessary; evildoers don’t get a say in what is done to them anymore, as the law is now fully put on the good’s (our; the Inisfreeans’) side.
