This is the 2nd concert we are hosting in our very own backyard, and the 1st time I (Auz) and my four (children by/from Ambi) are performing a concert together!

performed live by the barbershop quintet The Himmlers

Why these songs? I let my kids pick their own songs from my VR2 covers list

Our slaves are the dancers, including Angelike showing her wings

Opening:

  1. “Little Lion Man”, to start w philosophical catchy.
projector screen shows clips (time-portal views) from the different phases/stages/age-brackets of my life, making it easier to understand that this song is about 1 man’s older self talking to his younger self, then vice versa

Then get more chill toward playlist end

1 song for each child to sing, then dad (me), repeat that sequence

Afternoon:

  1. Ada’:  Digital daggers “Come Crashing”
  2. Auz II:  Ambassadors “Unconsolable”
  3. Neveah:  The Ronettes “Be My Baby”
  4. Ethan:  American Authors “Best Day of My Life”

Sunset:

  1. Auz:  Avid Dancer “I Feel It”
  2. Auz:  The Strike “Nothin’ New”
“This song is about the love of my life, my goddess and baby mama, the one and only Ambrosia.”
The screen up behind the stage showed, lyric by lyric, Ambi in her black dresses and shadow mode, breaking doors and walls, Auz’s lovestruck pause every time he caught sight of her, etc..
    drums — which ICV?
    electric guitar — which ICV?
    sax — which ICV?
