Introduction:
This girl/ICV started life on a ranch in the deep wilderness of the barely-settled hemisphere of Soliara III, a garden planet in the Helab constellation, in the Aridia region, in the New Eden cluster of that galaxy.
As she grew up, excelling in school, she took some courses at the nearest city’s biggest university, and then continued her studies off-world, checking out life as (convincingly pretending to be) a capsuleer.
Once she found a corporation which suited her better than the first ones she tried working for/with, she tried hooking up with a few people out there;
Then, for about 2.5 years, she returned to her homeworld to better/directly help with its ramp-up to have a titan-class defense-spaceship of its own.
After that, she went back to that decent corporation, which had moved its main offices some star-systems over, still deep in Amarr Space. This is when Echo was re-encountered, possibly due to a time-flow anomaly/unlock.
