Original Features:

These are the tons of sexual gameplay elements, including many interesting hint/secrets:

Once all the cum drips out of your female character, she has to refill, or starts to lose strength, mental focus, even consciousness after a while… so… she must keep getting creampies throughout the game, instead of reloading magazines into a firearm, and instead of taking health drinks/bandages.
When you find dildo-panties (instead of ammo. crates, like in violent human-made games), you can have her put these on –AFTER she is cream-pied– to help hold the cum in 10x longer, …but: she still must eventually take more creampies.

if you lure NPCs into wildflower patches/fields/areas, those things act as an aphrodisiac and calming agent, so any aggro you picked up when passing (and not being sexual with) them… will be erased, set back to zero

you can have sex with gargoyles, and if the sun hits them while they are fucking you, you can keep fucking them to gain NPC favor from nearby NPCs, but of course no cum/creampie will occur
you can go to a seamstress/tailor to have a robe/hoody/cloak made to conceal you, which will lower mob aggro/interest, but then you won’t be seducing much/any, meaning no creampies, meaning no buffs, meaning limited exploration, and no strength/power to move heavy objects/obstacles
