This game (before its expansions) is set shortly after 2013 A.D., Earth time, Gregorian calendar; the Rapture already happened, wiping out (killing by disintegration –including deleting/ending their souls/energy) 99% of the humans on Earth. In other words, this is the time of growth, re-stabilization, and reunions –not killing. (Everyone in Inisfree is focused on putting the finishing touches on Inisfree, and reconnecting with all the people/races/civilizations the now-reduced/controlled humans once kept apart/hidden, and everyone outside of Inisfree is trying to rebuild as well as they can with the few pieces of machinery and other technology available to them.) You’ll have no reason / necessity to kill while playing this game; none of the kinds of characters you can create in this game… will even need to kill in order to complete a single quest or level up at all. Ever.
Everyone who enters Inisfree is immortal while they are there. The Inisfreeans (ICVs) can boot them out if they offend, not living in harmony/accordance with The Inisfreean Way (their culture), but even outside the city’s perimeter wall, in the freezing Antarctic, they will still have been rendered too healthy and stable to ever freeze to death. It would take an extremely rare series of events to ever result in witnessing a killing/death in this game/realm, let alone directly causing one –even with permission.
That being said, there are still a few places you can eventually level up to be able to access… which do allow for at least some of the NPCs to be killed.
- In the subterranean Vatican II facility, gladiator events are sometimes hosted, and in those events… captured offending/offensive Outlanders are brought in and forced to fight each other to the death, often after enduring having done to them what they did to others, even if that was rape or disfigurement.
- Anywhere during a raid, NPCs can be killed by other NPCs, such as evil human cops or military personnel trying to prevent their liberation (which the idiotic humans/Outlanders pretend is preventing capture/kidnapping or interrogations/torture, all to justify doing more evil –i.e. killing innocents). This is why it is important to neutralize/distract/seduce/incapacitate potentially hostile NPCs before they have a chance to do this. Even you with your character can kill NPCs while out on raids, but the whole point of the raids is to “leave no trace”, acquiring as many live-and-healthy kajirae-candidates as you can fit in your airship/s.
- The actual Vatican in Rome has been repurposed, now serving as a gladiator arena for any Xians who somehow survived the global civilization-erasing Rapture of 2013. Any Xians spotted can be captured and sent here to fight to the death.
- A stadium in Texas is now being used similarly; it has been renamed The Arena of Doom.
- Technically, anything/anyone tossed into the city’s Recycling Center‘s singularity will be killed, as that device performs ‘subatomic transmutation’ (turning anything into anything) via its man-made (ICV-made) blackhole-like singularity.
- And, of course, anyone not approved to know of, or visit/enter/approach, Inisfree… will be “turned around” or “disabled” by any means necessary once they get to/within the Perimeter Orb.
Keep in mind, though, that all Inisfreean tactics and weapons are designed to be clever, nonviolent, nonlethal, clandestine, and healing/helpful. Even their bullets are designed to knock other bullets out of the sky, preventing deaths, not causing them. Throw a grenade made by an Inisfreean, for another example, and all the people in its blast radius will get horny and fall down in pleasure, not in pain from disfigurement or death.
Even if you accidentally left your spaceship while visiting Star-System Auzdein (SSA), your character, having been approved for entry into Inisfree, is still immortalized by contact/alliance with Inisfree/Auz, so you would just float around until an ICV noticed and picked you up.
Again, as we started near-Shift (2012, end of the shortest Mayan/Atlantean calendar/schedule cycle/consciousness-focus), we don’t kill bodies, but ideas and lies –making the evil bodies end themselves –while we simply maintain. We kill death-cults and Death itself, starting by figuring out which ideas of our own were brainwashing that need revising/replacing, then going from there. Thus, we were even able to kill the assumption (and incorrect thinking/conclusion/teaching) that bigger weapons of the same type (such as missiles and then longer-range missiles) would always be needed to deter/prevent/end war/s.
