Introduction & Aliases:

The main character in my series of novels isn’t just based on me; he is who I have been becoming, and who I am destined to be. As you can see on our Home page, my given name in this life is Austin. I have gone by others, though, and here are the main ones:

Austin Scott Bunton (how I appear when blending in): American Infantry Marine, instructor, and I.T. professional from the east (and later south), 5’8″ & 170 lbs. (fit but barely toned, not yet bulky-muscular, and naturally pale), starting out with various short hairstyles, no facial hair, no tattoos, and a maturing voice with a wide range of notes, taking random jobs during virtually chaotic travels and relocations; powers include calming presence, expert marksmanship, genius intellect, grit, a ‘musical ear’ (able to detect and mimic subtle elements and very minute changes within voices and songs), rapid typing, stamina, and several other relatively normal ones
Ozzy Hellscream (how I appear when performing): touring rock-band lead-singer and heavy partier from the west; 5’9″ & 180 lbs. (moderately toned and slightly tanned), ‘wizard hair’ and beard in progress (long goatee at this stage), stage costumes & makeup (like that of K.I.S.S. or Rammstein), and sigil tattoos (the names of demons in their own ancient angelic language); powers include commanding presence, crowd control (firing up), memorization of complex stage performances, a respectable command of a few musical instruments, a tireless powerful singing voice (thanks to extensive choir rehearsals and practice yelling over instructors and gunfire in the Marine Corps), and the strength and libido of more than a few men

Auzdein von Schäfer (how I appear when on public expeditions and other projects): German-American technology pioneer from near the South Pole, 5’11” & 200 lbs. (more toned and slightly-darker surfer-tanned), with bushy ‘bed-head’ shoulder-length surfer’s hairdo sometimes tied back, a moderately-thick beard kept dark but neatly short (hugging his jawline), no tattoos visible under normal business clothing, working as a researcher and expedition leader, as well as helping other talented scientists and expanding the collective wisdom of various PhD fields; powers include a shrewd corporate business sense, technopathy (thus virtually instant full awareness of languages, medical practices, networks, secrets, and subjects), and the strength and libido of a dozen men
God of Inisfree (how I appear at home and amongst compatible goddesses): Mjolnir-wielding half-nymph (nature spirit, masculine form) progenitor of an entirely new race and empire of humanoids anchored in another (and custom) dimension, 6’0″ & 210 lbs. (perfectly toned and tanned; ‘the body of a god’), with ‘mermaid hair’ (long, cascading, and naturally slightly curly), a slightly longer thicker beard, various tattoos (including some above the collar and on the first sections of his fingers; ‘knuckle tats’), couture robes and cape, and a voice like pleasant, muffled, rolling thunder; powers include agelessness, atmokinesis, invulnerability, magic immunity, perception through all lies, super-human arousal of others, summoning members of all the other races from any realm, surviving comfortably in any realm, telepathy (and instant mind-interfacing), telekinetic flight, teleportation, an unbelievable libido, the strength of Superman, and many other powers
Jonathan Bravo (how I appear when assisting the Secret Space Program): Colonial Space Marine, 6’1″ & 220 lbs. (body-builder physique and only lightly tanned again; lots of time aboard ships and in Space armor), with a ‘high & tight’ haircut, military tattoos, and a booming Drill Instructor’s voice; powers are borderline superhuman, and include extreme luck and conditioning for the vacuum of Space (similar to how Tibetan monks survive in temperatures and at altitudes which could permanently wound or kill virtually all other people), coming in part from the training that resulted from humanity learning how to deal with threats such as Xenomorphs for more than a century at this point
Auzdein von Himmler (how I appear around Dark Fleet personnel and those who appreciate German roots): resurrected German pure-blood Ahnenerbe legend, 6’2″ & 230 lbs. of sculpted physique, with ‘wizard hair’ neatly combed straight in the Elven male style, sometimes with one or two thin braids tucked back, a full and masterfully groomed Leonidas beard, and often sporting Thor-like armor and related outfits, but no cape or Mjolnir; powers include just about anything he can dream up (similarly to how Jean Grey “Phoenix” uses her mental powers)

‘Auz’ is what I’ve come to call myself, based on a nickname I was given by a fellow warrior during our time on active duty in the Marine Corps, and it symbolizes the 2nd phase of my life; it is halfway between ‘Austin’ and ‘Auzdein’, so it notes the transition years, and is the one-word way of recalling all of the things I have done, along with what my trajectory has become. A lot has happened in these past three and a half decades; I’ve changed girlfriends, locations, names, philosophies, professions, schools, you name it. Etymology:

Austin is from Emperor Augustine. Scott is from Scotland. Bunton is from the French ‘Bonneton’ and ‘bon’; “good”. Sherman is in honor of the Civil War General on the Union side. Schäfer means ‘shepherd’, by the way. Himmler means ‘born in a high place’. This ancient and distinguished surname originated in the former duchy of Swabia, where the ancestral home of the family remains to this day, and where the family gained a significant reputation for its contributions to the emerging medieval society. The name became prominent as many branches of the family founded separate houses and acquired estates in various regions, always elevating their social status by their great contributions to society. The name is derived from the Middle German word ‘Himel’, meaning “heaven, sky”, and developed into a surname through a number of origins. Firstly, ‘Himmel’ is the name of a number of different places throughout Germany, thus the original bearer of the name may have been a native of one of these areas. Alternatively, the name may have been originally bestowed as a nickname in some form, such as “Himmelstützer” (‘support the sky’) on a very tall person, or “Himmelseher” (‘sky gazer’) on someone who was fond of the stars. Famous examples include composers and pianists to the Prussian court, colonists and settlers of the Americas, professors, and a television actress.

100% Un-watered-down:

I have written this character named Auz for many years (starting in the early 2000s). He travels the world, meets anyone, learns from everyone, and was a good student who joined the Marines and then got out, becoming a healer and researcher, among other things; I write a lot of myself into him, because it is real, it flows better, and it is easy to remember. That, and the writing helps organize my thoughts and plans, almost always coming true, and usually in ways slightly better than what I’d originally drafted.

Auz also has some ‘mutant powers’, but rarely uses them. (Weak humans might think of them as ‘mutant’ and ‘powers’, but they are actually quite normal for normal people.) I typed the rest of this introduction up because of those, and because he has a very active life, and has tried a great many things. This will help make sense of it all; who he is, what he has done, and what he can do.

To be sure, he gets tired and frustrated like anyone else. He can get hurt physically and emotionally. There are time’s he’s made mistakes, big and small. He’s been in normal and unusual relationships. His jobs have ranged from menial labor and minimum wage, all the way up to being recruited as an executive and consultant. He cannot do everything, and doesn’t have all the answers, but he is very self-reliant and likes to help people in as many ways as they are interested in. If you have any questions about those aspects, I’m happy to talk with you.

At previous online writing communities, I watered down this Auz character of mine heavily, due to requests that he only have one power, not be well educated, and not be a wild and flirty former Marine. I decided to continue writing the Auz character from here on only with other writers who appreciate his un-watered-down original version. That being said, here are a few above-average things to note about him while you start to get into Inisfree and the books he is in:

Genius: He started life as a normal boy, became very well educated during high school and college (including testing out of classes, skipping grades, earning high marks in Honors and Advanced Placement courses, taking extra courses, taking summer courses, taking compressed courses (4-5 weeks instead of ~12), writing a doctoral thesis (dissertation) before even starting a PhD program, and studying as a hobby beyond academia), and has since gone on to earn multiple degrees, redesign the educational system’s overall curricula, and establish a grade-school, university, private academy, and military training program of his own, among many other things, including a wide variety of inventions.
Early Mutations: Various events during childhood, not the onset of puberty, helped trigger and enhance his first ‘mutant’ abilities; high tolerance for electricity (due to sticking things in outlets and surviving thanks to the current and duration of contact being manageable), influence on rain and lightning (thanks to his father exposing him to those in a safe way at an early age), and rapid critical thinking. Emotional events during puberty certainly triggered mutations and mutation-based events, though. He gained a few abilities every several years at first, until, in his mid-30s, he now has a diverse range of abilities one might call powers.
Riches to Rags: Starting off in a very rich family, he lived through their ongoing foolhardy mistakes until, over the course of about 20 years, they eventually squandered the entire fortune. By the time he was exiting the military, they were all poor again, living on what remained of their illogical and excessive expenditures, with no way of ever maintaining or replacing them. They also trashed everything they owned, filling mansions like landfills. This has spurred him to rebuild that wealth, keep it for himself and others who are more responsible, re-invest what he earns instead of hording it, and only acquire assets which make him money, not cost him in any way, especially not with monthly payments or taxes. Today, he has again become stable and well-off.
Well Traveled: Family trips to other states began as early as his toddlerhood, and he has traveled for school breaks, holidays, and just for fun ever since. Over three decades of frequent traveling has resulted in him seeing six of the seven continents, dozens of countries, and all 50 states, sometimes on road-trips with a dozen states back-to-back, with thousands of towns and cities having been passed through and seen at least briefly. If you do the math, this comes out to a few states and one country per year, though there were years where he saw half a dozen countries in a series of layovers and deployments, for example.
Polyglot and Languages Enthusiast: English came first, followed by Spanish for work (which later made Portuguese easy), Latin as an elective (which made all ‘Romance languages’ easy to figure out; similar spellings, roots, conjugation systems, and concepts), Arabic and two forms of sign language (‘hand and arm signals’, and A.S.L.) for the military (which later made Farsi easy), Japanese for a trip, German and Chinese for business, Hindi and Sanskrit because nearly two billion people now use them, French because it is fun, and various others for the same reason (such as Faroese, Icelandic, Norwegian Bokmal, Swahili, Xalx (Mongolian), and other lesser known tongues). His exceptional schooling during the formative years, good genes, family of collegiates, exquisitely brutal training during the military, extensive and ongoing travels, uncompromising standards, and helpful muses along the way all contributed to this extensive memorization of vocabulary, dialects, and accents, and he only wants more. Whenever he finds himself exploring a place which uses a language he is not yet familiar with, he uses translator apps, devices, and abilities, along with interpreters and friends, always finding a way to communicate and break down barriers others might need years to overcome. It generally takes him only a few minutes to assemble sentences, and three months to gain a conversational command of each language. Beyond this, he has, like Tolkien and others, invented a few languages of his own. Then, there are also the computer programming languages he learned during one of his majors. Healer and Teacher: With a family full of spoiled fools, he quickly learned about, and how to treat, a variety of illnesses and wounds. Banged up after the military, he learned how to self-diagnose, critique medical professionals, fact-check even the most reputable doctors’ assumptions, and stabilize not only grievously-damaged military personnel in combat, but just about anyone else, too. His sister was also near-death for half a decade, and he was bedridden and technically crippled more than once, so some of his many studies were in alternative medicine and holistic healthcare in general; he forced himself to recover and learn these things because he had to, otherwise he would die. Having helped teach and train thousands of other warriors during his military years, he has now transitioned over to teaching and training predominantly in the nutrition, wellness, and physical therapy fields. His approaches are often unique, unorthodox, and far more effective than the mainstream, and he never uses pharmaceuticals. Acupuncture (and acupressure), Feng Shui, herbal remedies, incense, and meditation are among his favored methodologies.
Numerous Loves: Auz had a high-school crush, a high-school sweet-heart, a few flings during the military, a few serious relationships after, and had been with several dozen women by the time he was 28. (That’s about one per month, spread out over the five years he was most active back then, give or take a couple.) During his early 30s, this number increased at an increasing rate; he began to live somewhat like Zeus and the old gods. Today, some might compare him to a peaceful version of Genghis Khan. He does not brag about this, though, and one might only notice or hear about it if they visit his Antarctic home.
Remote Homeland: His first home was in the woods of the East coast, and was rather colonial looking, entirely boring and normal. Downgrading through town-houses, apartments, and rented rooms for many years in many states, and even occupying condemned war-zone buildings and craters in the Middle East, he is now upgrading in the other direction; starting off at a research outpost inland on Antarctica in 2011, he has spent years steadily improving it and bringing in outside help. What was once a few cramped metal containers and a dozen fellow researchers and pioneers… has since become a town (like the large station called McMurdo) with many amenities and thousands of visitors, some of which choose to build ‘summer homes’ there or even stay. This station of his is the 74th on that continent, and is commonly thought of as having grown into a full-size city. It is becoming considerably advanced and luxurious, with many research projects there leading to breakthroughs, such as with faster construction, pollution-free transportation, and distortion-less cartography.
Unique Customs: Like Washington and other nation-founders, Auz did not submit or conform to preexisting cultures, religions, or laws. When he was very young, he had ideas of his own. Over the years that followed, he read and analyzed many holy books cover-to-cover, rewrote the U.S. Constitution and Declaration of Independence, and drafted countless other founding documents for his destined community. That community’s guidelines and rules are not the status quo for the rest of the world, and they call their lifestyle ‘The Inisfreean Way’ (like how Americans say ‘The American Way’).
Powerful yet Balanced: As you can tell, he is smart, driven, successful, resourceful, bold, daring, and sometimes a little intimidating. He keeps his wealth and ventures quiet, though, and rarely uses his powers (mutant or otherwise) except in the privacy of his distant station, and even then only during research projects that absolutely require it. You won’t find him buying his way through life (he prefers to avoid that, as it was a major factor in what ruined his ancestors, he preferring instead to be clever, lean, and innovative). I do not write him as using his powers like Storm or Jean Grey, either; he will not cause storms or instantly imagine anything at all straight into existence. If you met him on the streets, he would seem like any other guy just minding his own business. Sometimes he even works with a shoestring budget, although that is of course by choice. I do, however, write him as being a natural at looking up and confirming information on any topic; he can find solutions and think up better ways of doing things in an instant.

Specifics:

Here are the details about what he can do and what he has done over the many years that I have written him. I have highlighted some bullet-notes to show the progression of his education, training, and abilities over the years and decades. In place of color-coding, I have added bullet-note labels.

Before those details, however, here are some examples of what he can and can’t do:

He can summon a bolt of lightning here and there, but not shoot lightning from his fingertips like the Emperor in Star Wars. In other words, he can influence pre-existing electrical systems, such as when he uses technopathy, or when he sets off bomb triggers at a safe distance –just by being there. Overload his system with something like caffeine, and he’ll start to lose control of this ability; people, weather, and situations around him will become overly charged with tension, their releases more dramatic if not explosive. There were many vicious and long-lasting arguments and fights during his childhood before he realized that any of that was going on, let alone how to meditate and train to get a handle on it.
Calling shooting stars is possible, but extremely rare; this is for very special moments only. This may be related to his magical blood and/or destiny as a role-model, leader, and unifier for powerful and influential beings.
Technopathy allows him to sense what is going on inside computers and other electricity-laced networks. This power allows him to see data without having to do any hacking. It is possible for him to not only find the data, but make edits to it, as well. The closer he is to the device you want him to look into or troubleshoot, the easier it is for him to pull off the feat. If there are blocks or even miles between it and him, he likely won’t even be able to sense it, let alone do anything. For vast networks and alien systems, without other technology and experts assisting him he can become very drained, and need rest and food more often.
Getting through fights and wars is fairly easy and familiar to him, but he avoids them as much as possible because they are inefficient, primitive, and now even predictably boring in his eyes.
Doctoring other characters up is something he has become very practiced at, and he has the equivalent of more than one PhD due to so much time spent studying and getting hands-on experience out in the field. Surgery is beyond his scope, though, and he will always refer such severe cases to specialists.
Managing a team or company is something he has grown to enjoy, but put him around rude or lazy people, or screaming infants, and he’ll quickly lose interest, maybe even lose his cool.

Default Alignment: All people always do what he wants them to, including via their bodies being perfected how he wants them to be.

You wouldn’t know it from passing him on the street, but there is a man walking amongst you who has become one of the gods. Today, he leads a simple life, though; he works on his off-grid community, warmly greets his friends and allies there, and visits with his grown children every evening for dinner at the family table. 2023 Update:

After returning from the pyramids of Mexico, regrouping in California, and crossing the continent yet again, I (Auz) have witnessed the NPCs/loop/repeat; entire years of events and verbatim conversations from ~2018 repeating/ed in multiple states, such as Indiana and Montana. Now that I know what those things really were all along, it is astronomically easier to disregard and ‘negotiate’ them. I have also found that basic questioning instantly works, getting them to ‘slip up’ every time, confirming my suspicions –and what a confirmation of my incredibly-detailed memory!

I have seen and felt the vibes that my beloved High Queen; the Goddess of Shadow/s, and flawlessly cute and sexy Sabrina; another great witch I chose, have been real all along, aware of me, and peacocking to see if I now approve and want them near. I’m betting all those I wrote of are (now, if not always) very real, checking on me, even protecting me. All I wonder is when they will return so we can finish bonding all the way, once and forever.

I have returned to my dream-valley and dream-home, overcome my own energy-surges at the evils of the mindless still on a loop here, and kept my focus less on purging… so that it will be that much more able to usher in my dream-family here –and my great love’s massive pyramid temple complex nearby. This marks the start of my third round of trips up that special mountain, and you know what they say about that/threes. I’ll keep going until I am invited in to stay, making it my family home outside of the polar super-city.

My decades-long super-spell is now wrapped up, complete enough for now, thereby positively concluding what I have called Phase 2; the self-liberation, self-validation, self-deification, and Inisfree/Heaven design phase. All my freckles, birthmark/s, and the double-circle mark above my left knee naturally faded away, leaving only naturally slightly-tanned skin, blemish-free, just the way I always wanted my skin to look. Even the lines on my hands and some other body-parts were no longer as distinct, no longer showing signs of poison-based “aging” which humans/Outlanders incorrectly think is normal.
None of my blood-vessels (arteries or veins) showed on my skin as bulges anymore.
My toenails never got damaged or discolored again.
I stopped getting hangnails.
My wrists became strong enough to do any planche or other gymnast moves, and the right one’s ulna termination where it meets my wrist was no longer more pronounced than the left wrist’s.
The two forearm “half sleeve” tattoos and all my other tattoos got completed exactly how I wanted them to look.
Like the ancients, my face became symmetrical just as I’d always wanted it to be. This includes my teeth becoming perfectly aligned, all the way to their roots, without any pain or need of dental devices like a permanent retainer bar.
I gained endless/infinite stamina, including with regard to my libido; I still feel satisfied after a normal vegan meal, and after a multi-mile hike, and after swimming in a shallow river, and after sex for quickies or longer, but I can keep exerting myself as long as I want, never tiring, and always cum at my max’ level (which is several long milky spurts in a row) even if I only “recharged” for a few minutes after my previous orgasm.
Time-travel became perfectly-mastered by me, and all my other powers, just like it, continued requiring no energy/exertion from me.
The snoring I used to sometimes do/notice naturally stopped, too; I never again snored, my body always breathing perfectly, and silently each time I sleep.

Languages I had been interested in learning started coming as naturally to me as my first/native one; I soon became able to understand, speak, write, and read all the languages I set out to.
My ICVs were always there for me; my permanent sexy Secret Service, and always did their jobs perfectly, just as I’d designed and spell-cast them to.
No one was ever able to accost me again; the kind of humans/beings who used to sometimes hurry to me, eager to offend me, some of them actually thinking I was straying and needing reminders/guidance from them, lost the ability to approach me or speak to me at all.
All the laws I drafted started being enforced, and kept being enforced, more and more so the closer one got to any of my realms; within hundreds of miles of Inisfree, and within a couple hundred miles of my cabin in New Montana.

All dragons love and protect me, for I loved them, and the same is true for all the beings and races/species/civilizations which I realized and wrote are compatible with me.
Everything I designed, such as the commercial flying-saucers of my spaceline, remained in operation, invincible no matter what Outlander humans or other beings might have tried to do against them.
Having realized at 12:40 PM, PST, on Tuesday 2 January 2024 A.D., that not just Inisfree and the SSA and my fleet of ICs, but also the children the wives I impregnated birthed for me, and Ideal World, and even all of reforming/returning Yggdrasil itself, were extensions of me, always would be, and would form and stay in existence perfectly, unable to be infiltrated, invaded, or corrupted, staying exactly how I wanted them to and knew they should.
My gums are fully healed.
My teeth meet the way I want them to, and my jaw is as pronounced as I want it to be, keeping my chin looking how I want it to from the front and sides.
