This is what we call all the rooms Outlanders inaccurately default-refer to as bathrooms.

Introduction:
“Bathroom” in Inisfree only means a room with a bathtub. Toilets are separate, thus the rooms they are in, at least in our city, are called “toilet rooms”. Our toilets-rooms do not have bathtubs, and our bathrooms do not have toilets. There is no way to bathe in our toilets-rooms.
Some residents and guests still default to the more-frequented outsider expression; “Please excuse me; I need to use the restroom.”
–
Dimensions:
While these rooms can vary in size from that of a closet… to bigger than most Outlander houses, the toilets in our realm are entirely uniform.
- same width as the average Outlander toilet
- same depth (from wall to front) as the average Outlander toilet
- slightly shorter than the average Outlander toilet
Toilets are 2″ shorter in Inisfree so that those at and slightly below Auz’s height… can enjoy the entire soles of their feet always fully on the floor, only shorter females sometimes needing a block or stool beneath their feet to help with that.
–
Features:
- Inisfree’s toilet-rooms have their own air-conditioning and vent-fan system, keeping any smells in them processed and exiting the home separately. Intake vents for this system are at or near the floorboards level, which allows for more efficient removal of the heavier particles sometimes carried by the air. The standard vent is also overhead.
- All of our city’s toilet-rooms have drains in the center of their floor sections, preventing any spills from flooding.
- All toilet lids are hinged to slow their drop to a silent smooth halt.
- Fans/vents in the toilet-bowls prevent ceiling-fans from pulling the odor up and out into the room.
- Outlander toilets are typically 18″ to the top of the bowl (from the floor), plus 1 more inch for the seat. Auz’s soles reach the floor when sitting on those toilets, but are sometimes raised 2″, thus he decided to make all of the Inisfree toilets’ seats 16-plus-1 inches up from the floor. All the toilets in his realm are perfect for his height and how he uses them.
- All toilets in our realm sense if their water is flowing/running for too long, and, if it is, shut themselves off. They only do 1 normal flush per handle push/turn, then 1 normal refill, and cycle that way. They are cleverly designed to ensure they never overfill, overflow, or otherwise malfunction.
- Spillways around/under toilets prevent spills from flooding the rest of the rooms they are in. Additional spillways prevent toilet-room spills, if there are any (such as from user-error or playful sink-water ‘fights’; splashing), from getting out past the threshold of any of these rooms.
- The flush-handle is connected to the stopper in the tank in a way that will not result in parts slipping apart, and there is a little hook-handle tool in the drawer near every toilet; so that you do not have to reach down into the tank if you need to ‘fish’ a part out.
–
Per Residence:
Apartments and other smaller residences include one toilet per toilet-room, while larger residences across our city, such as mansions and castles, often include multiple toilets per toilet-room. Toilet-rooms with more than one toilet do not have small partitions fixed to the walls to separate them, as is the case with urinals in Outlands bathrooms; each toilet in Inisfree has its own closet-like room. This keeps things at an Inisfree-level of classy.
–
Special Features:
Toilets in our city have built-in disposals, ensuring they do not get clogged. They are also self-cleaning. Inisfreean girls are always available to inspect, service, and personally clean them, though.
* Since BTBs technically double as toilets, they are included in all of Inisfree’s toilet-rooms.
Sewage in our realm can be handled by tech’ at every residence and other building/facility. The rest (any not handled at those places) can get piped to our recycling center.

2023 September Update:
The following places in Inisfree all now have toilet-rooms sufficient for their projected “at capacity” visitor-populations (1 toilet/stall for every 25 guests).
- Clubs (dance/night): Every club has one (1) 10-stall (5 per side) toilet-room for every 250 people, thus clubs “Cummunion”, “Dante”, and “God and the G-spot” have many (as those three are the gigantic night-clubs in our realm), all built into their inside perimeter, always on every level meant for guests.
- Cut Pyramid
- Devils Tower 2
- Double-carrier Racetrack
- Meeris Tents-town
- PB-PK Carrier
- Rotating Parking-lots
- Slant-top Spire
- Temple of Auz / Auz’dome: in its ground-level inside-perimeter GAH-ring/-loop (since the toilets in the Ceiling Mansions are reserved for the residents and guests of those homes; general staff and visitors to this facility go in the general-use toilet-rooms at ground-level instead)
- The Underway
- Waterfall Oasis
- Wedge Building (for PB-PK)
- White Pail-shaped High-rises Complex

2024 August 19 Monday/+:
We have no toilet stalls in our realm; all toilets are enclosed in their own at least closet-sized rooms. The walls around them might be thinner than average home/business walls in some places, but each toilet is always fully enclosed, no way for anyone in an adjacent toilet-room to see, smell, hear, or reach over/under/around. People in our realm deserve this much privacy when they use the toilet.
