Introduction:

Inspired by the ultra-rich hill-top mansions and luxury bungalows of the signature southern California coastal terrain overlooking sweeping beach and Pacific Ocean vistas, this neighborhood is one which will leave any guest of Inisfree feeling right as rain, and right at home.  Hundreds of houses and dozens of cliff-side mansions are here.  If you’ve been to Bel Air, Malibu, Point Loma, or the O.C., you’ll feel right at home.

A Fusion of Sunny Suburbs and Beachfront Properties:

The following Outland neighborhoods helped to perfect this fusion of them all:  

  • Laguna Beach
  • Mission Beach
  • Ocean Beach
  • Pacific Beach
  • Point Loma
  • Malibu
  • Miraflores

Several dozen additional and comparable neighborhoods are being reviewed and considered for incorporation into the design of this part of Inisfree.

Dimensions & Layout:

This neighborhood measures half a mile by 462 feet, giving its foundations a total area of 1,219,680 square feet.  Houses are arranged in two rows along narrow (normal-width; narrower than some Inisfree streets) streets, keeping them well-spaced back along the slope from the edge of the property-terraces and the cliff/s extending down to the Beach Strip.  One street connects them all, forming a ‘serpentine’ as it comes up from that beach, going between the two rows, and then going up and back behind the higher of the rows –where it continues, starting King’s Drive.

There are 35 houses/mansions in this neighborhood.

Parking is in two places for each of these homes; 1) in town-home style basement-garages opening to brief driveways connected to the streets, and 2) in normal 2/3-car garages which are often to one side at the front of these homes (their backs facing the terrace edges; having the views of the lower cliffs, the beach, and the lake).  This gives each of these homes enough garage room to house at least 2 cars, sometimes as many as 4.  There is also, as always, the ability to store some vehicles in the silos considered to be storage/basements beneath these and all other homes/buildings in Inisfree.

The row of houses closest to the Beach Strip is several stories lower than the row above it, giving both rows equally-impressive, elevated views of a major portion of Inisfree.  The lower row is ~1,000′ above beach/lake-level.  The higher row is ~1,300′ above beach/lake-level.

Population Over Time:

~100 human-sized people can be comfortably housed in each of these mansions.

Roughly 1 more person made this neighborhood/structure his/her home (or at least their 2nd/vacation home) every ~6 years from 2013 to 23000 A.D..

  1. 2013:  the first guest or resident here
  2. 2022:  ~2 living in this neighborhood this year
  3. ~23000 A.D. and beyond:  ~3,500 at capacity

2021 Update:

The Governor of Inisfree really likes to take his First Girl and Lauren Conrad ICV here for all-day in-mansion and backyard-overlook fun.  He will soon start sex-christening every single one of these homes with her, as well as with more of his favorite girls.  Eventually, together they will sex-christen every room in them all –and then their backyards, swimming pools, and rooftops; this is Inisfree.
