Assault Law

This is a distinct subset/section of our law, separate from Criminal Law, because some forms of assault/violence are permissible, such as (when administered) by our military, or (when administered) by our law-enforcement officers, or (when administered) by kajirae-trainers or kajirae-owners within reason.

Definitions:

Justification:

In 100% of millions of encounters, every last human proved to be little more than a rude and dangerous beast with delusions of personhood or being special.  Since all attempts at communicating and otherwise interacting with humans civilly were fruitless, thwarted intentionally and maliciously by humans at every turn, it became clear that their species only understood and submitted to violent force; they were all mindless bullies, no better than NPCs in a computer/video-game.  As such, it is permissible under Inisfreean law, and highly recommended/encouraged, to assault/beat them regularly, that they may remember basic manners and their low place in Creation that way, however they are, of course, banned from beating their own kind or themselves.

Range of Corrective Measures the Inisfreeans Can Enforce:

*The minimum, recommended, and maximum sentencing and fines (usually in the form of females or free labor, since we don’t use money) are decided by Inisfreeans on a case-by-case basis, considering all factors of the given situation, never defaulting to unilateral or draconian decisions voted on by judges or masses based on previous cases or rulings.

• Typically, the minimum fine for a first offense is a warning, and there is no sentencing,
• while the recommended fine and sentencing are, respectively, indefinitely surrendering the sexiest human female crew member or relative of the members of the offending party/group/company (so that she be used as a sex slave for so long as she is pleasing and attractive to us), then (the offenders, not the confiscated/surrendered girl) serving “hard time” in a concentration camp made just to guarantee round-the-clock free and fully-monitored menial/unskilled labor from humans (and we have no “white collar” prisons or other “lighter touch” facilities for the economically-spoiled/pampered).  Again, the logic and focus is:  more of better-controlling the confused/demonic human, rather than attempting to fine it back into submission or other reasonable behavior.  When fines are ordered, since we don’t use paper or metal money like humans do, only perfect females will do –just like how humans only accept perfect dollars/coins; no damage, missing pieces (such as faulty personalities, in the case of our ‘living currency’), etc..
• The maximum fine is always 100% of the female crew members AND relatives of the offending party; every female working with them AND known to them, which we are attracted to, and the maximum sentencing we put upon offending humans is, of course, death by torture (typically doing to them whatever they did to their victims, such as animals they exploit for “food”, clothing, or other animal products).  Humans never learned in countless trials/tests/opportunities, so there is no point jailing/incarcerating them, nor is there any benefit to ‘rehabilitating’ them or putting them through other re-education programs.  They have always been bullies, psychopaths, and monsters, and those creatures only understand and yield to greater force, thus the trial-less confiscations and torture employed to keep their lowly species in check now, once and for all.  In some cases, though, lifetimes of torture, and the crippling and ‘glassing’ of entire worlds, is in order –and does occur.

*The minimum, recommended, and maximum levels of all of the following should be determined on a case-by-case basis, and only by the person (“beyond human”) firsthand-witnessing the scene/human/pet.  Assaulting a human in need of discipline is fine to any level/degree, even to the point of terminating the stubborn/evil/mindless humans, but assaulting just an ignorant human who is making a genuine attempt to listen and learn its place… to the point at which your assault on that human causes severe, catastrophic, or permanent damage to that fairly-innocent ‘beast’ (the human)… may be grounds for you losing your rights to own and discipline/assault humans.

Inisfreeans do not have a monetary system like humans do, so if you are issued a fine for exceeding your permitted assault parameters when educating/correcting/punishing a human and/or a human pet / service animal, the “fine” you must pay will be one of resources, such as crops, ore, tech’, vehicles, or some of your humans/slaves.  Inisfreeans work on a barter system, so you are free to suggest ways you might pay your fine, provided they are reasonable and presented in a respectful manner, as judged/decided by the Inisfreeans.  Failure to pay a fine agreed upon, or a fine determined by an Inisfreean to be appropriate, can result in you being hunted down and killed on sight, and 100% of your holdings/assets/slaves forever taken.

If you are “pushing the limit/s” (i.e. routinely assaulting humans in your control/area right up to the point of almost traumatizing or otherwise permanently damaging them, even when there is ample evidence they do not need that much assault to learn/remember their place), you might be enslaved by the Inisfreeans yourself, all the humans you used to assault then liberated from you or from your area, they then offered a chance to settle somewhere else, or to never have to endure your presence in their area/territory again.  In the case where those humans were slaves who were dependent on you for shelter/food/care, those humans can be taken to Inisfree’s Kajirae Candidates Program Facility (formerly called its Quarantine Facility, and a.k.a. its Receiving Facility) for long-term medical/psychological care, as well as re-education in a safe and loving environment, teaching them the limitations of assault that masters/owners are permitted to have over them, and which masters/owners are expected to operate as reasonable professionals within.

Laws:

The general rule is that you may assault any human, and any owner/Master may assault his own slaves, provided the assault only hurts and scares them, not causing/leaving permanent damage, such as a scar* or broken bone.  Even if you have regeneration devices/technology, it is not permissible to cause serious/catastrophic damage to a human, slave or otherwise.  The only exception is when humans regularly engage in, or finance or otherwise advocate for, cruelty to other animals, such as when they breed and kill animals for/as food; those humans can then be subjected to 100% of what they put those animals through –and should be.

 

Permissible “to” Humans:

As long as it is being done to a human, not done by a human, the following actions once called “assault” by the chronic-liar species (humans) are here-to-forth permitted under Inisfreean (Megaversal) law.

1. choking (to within one second of the human being choked losing consciousness, and no more after that point)
2. drowning (briefly, partially; enough to startle them, such as in sex-dungeon water-bondage training/fun)
3. hair-pulling (tugging all the hairs at once, but not individual hairs, or in any way that might dislodge hair intentionally)
4. holding (gripping an arm or leg, for example, or using a martial arts move to control a human’s movement by a couple fingers)
5. kicking (usually to the back or legs, but generally permitted elsewhere, provided it doesn’t have the force that could fracture or break any bones, or cause loss of eyesight, etc.)
6. leash-tugging/guiding (and, on this note, all humans should be kept collared and leashed at all times, especially when outdoors, ensuring they never try to bully or mislead anyone ever again –and this means their politicians and “doctors” should/must be collared and leashed, too –and anytime they “bark” (i.e. lie/threaten someone nearby or on the phone), their leash should be harshly tugged, reminding them of their place)
7. pepper-spraying (enough to cause gagging, couching, and their eyes to close, but not so much that it causes severe eye irritations or lasting damage to any bodypart)
8. punching (anywhere except the fingers and toes is usually fine; you can punch your human/s anywhere it gets the point across, again… just not so much/hard that it breaks one of their parts)
9. shaking (taking your human/s by the shoulders and giving them a good jostle, though doing so with a grip around the sides of their head is also okay –just be careful not to give them whiplash)
10. slapping (often even more effective at disciplining and teaching humans than leash-tugging and whipping, this form of “assault” / “corporal punishment” should be used liberally/generously)
11. spanking (with a hand or a paddle)
12. tazing (as long as it is on the flesh/skin; not in the eyes or other sensitive/fragile organs/parts)
13. touching (previously mislabeled and exaggerated in humanity’s fake “justice system” as “assault by contact”)
14. whipping (as long as it is done to the chest or back, and with a belt or whip that does not have metal barbs on it)

All of those can be administered to any unruly/disgusting human in private or in public.  Intervening on their (the human’s / humans’) behalf is a capital offense.  Attempting to lessen or stop the assault of a human found to be in need of some form of assault is an attempt to thwart communication and corrections of a lesser species/being, thus is itself a warrant for assault and sometimes even death, as only a complete fool, monster, and sociopath or psychopath would use intimidation or tantrums, let alone violence, to stop the only known and proven form of “getting through” to creatures as lowly and slow-to-learn/respond as humans.

 

Permissible “to” Human Pets and Service Animals:

No matter how harshly a “beyond human” (a person who is not a human; who is something more/better, such as an Angel or Elf) treats one of the pets, guard dogs, or other service animals of a human, it is almost always understood and protected by the Inisfreeans, permitted under Inisfreean law.  This is because humans are already essentially-braindead NPCs, and, unsurprisingly, the beasts they train to be their lapdogs/protectors are doubly/extremely so (even more braindead, dangerous, and offensive than their human owners are).  As such, only extreme force can “get through” to such abominations, and it should always be kept in mind that an animal loyal to a human is the worst kind of literal demon rodent there is, to be regarded with suspicion and caution at all times, never allowed to roam (or bark) free.

In other words, you can beat, cane, drown, set fire to, run/drive over, and kill (by any means available/necessary) any creature attempting to defend a human, especially if that human was rude or otherwise unruly toward a “beyond human” in any way at any time for any reason.  If you feel threatened by a dog belonging to a human, for example, or even if that dog is just barking past bedtime, thus disturbing your normal (sacred) sleep-cycle, you can destroy that dog/pet however you please, and it will be the human owner of the destroyed pet who is to blame –and who then can be assaulted in any of the ways detailed above.  Let this be a stern warning to all humans from now on; if you do not train your pet/animals to respond politely to “beyond humans” such as King Himmler and the Inisfreeans, you and your pet can both be legally assaulted and killed.

If you are in human law enforcement (i.e. a police officer with a police dog; a “K-9 unit”), and you know your service animal has been trained to be aggressive against anyone other than its owner/officer, you’d better think twice about going out with that animal, lest you find yourself interfering with the natural movement of an Inisfreean or an ally of Inisfree.  Your entire police/military unit can be subject to harsh fines and sentencing if you or your service animal bother or intrude upon, or even just offend/disgust/disturb, an Inisfreean or anyone the Inisfreeans like.  You will be classified as a terrorist, and both you and your service animal will be hunted and taken down by Inisfreean “animal control” –the same way the Inisfreeans swept across the globe in a single night, deleting all of human civilization out of their way, Armies and Air Forces and all.

 

Sometimes Humans ARE the Pets:

And you know what that means; it means they can be assaulted more than the average/common/basic human.  Here are some specific examples/types:

• Since religious humans (such as pastors and missionaries, and even general members of any church’s congregation/”flock”) are categorized/classified as the pets/minions of religious overlords (such as “The Pope” or their imaginary god/gods), that makes them pets, and that means they can be assaulted to any degree, and killed in any way.
• Since political humans (such as mayors, governors, senators, and presidents and their “Cabinet” members) are categorized/classified as the pets/minions of corporate overlords (such as the hyper-rich “elites”), that makes them pets, and that means they can be assaulted to any degree, and killed in any way.
• Since “healthcare” humans (such as nurses and doctors) are categorized/classified as the pets/minions of “pharma-cartel” overlords (such as anyone who controls a majority-share/stake in any pharmaceutical company, or any company doing lots of work in any healthcare or medical-research field/area), that makes them pets, and that means they can be assaulted to any degree, and killed in any way.
• Since “legal”/legislative humans (such as lawyers and anyone who “serves” documents/summons to others/strangers) are categorized/classified as the pets/minions of overlords, that makes them pets, and that means they can be assaulted to any degree, and killed in any way.
• Since law-enforcement humans (such as police, detectives, wardens, and other “corrections officers”) are categorized/classified as the pets/minions of overlords, that makes them pets, and that means they can be assaulted to any degree, and killed in any way.

If you are a human who works in one of those fields/capacities, you need to be extra careful not to bother or touch an Inisfreean or anyone the Inisfreeans like.  You are forever “on watch”; the Inisfreeans will be keeping track of your every behavior and move –for so long as you live, and for as long as your lowly species has a presence on any world where “beyond humans” (people better than humans) live/travel/are.  Act accordingly.

The Exception of Branding Human Slaves:

*Also, of course, it is allowed/legal to “scar” a human slave by branding it, provided the brand is applied quickly, skillfully, and by a trained human-branding professional certified and licensed by the Inisfreean Kajirae Trainer Program.  Legal brands for/on humans include to:

1. identify a human female as a kajira (via the Gorean cursive lowercase “k” made as a “delicate”/”floral” mark of a reasonable size; tiny, perhaps just 1″ across, almost always placed on one of the thighs),
2. identify a human male as a kajirus (via the Gorean bold plain-script/font uppercase “K” made as a mark of a reasonable size; small but not tiny; perhaps just 2″ across, almost always placed on one of the thighs)
3. identify a human slave (kajira or otherwise) as an unauthorized liar to a respectable/honorable Master/owner (via the letter “L” made as a mark of a reasonable size; tiny, perhaps just 1″ across, almost always placed on one of the thighs),
4. identify a human slave (usually a kajira) as having once been displeasing on purpose (via a single letter, often a lowercase “d” made as a mark of a reasonable size; tiny, perhaps just 1″ across, placed on a frequently-exposed/visible part of the body, though never on the head or extremities),
5. identify a human slave (usually a kajira) as having once been a thief on purpose, unauthorized by a Master/owner (via a single letter, often a lowercase “t” made as a mark of a reasonable size; tiny, perhaps just 1″ across, placed on a frequently-exposed/visible part of the body, though never on the head or extremities),
6. identify a human slave (kajira or otherwise) as having once been a runaway, though not necessarily a fugitive (via a lowercase “r” made as a mark of a reasonable size; tiny, perhaps just 1″ across, placed on a frequently-exposed/visible part of the body, though never on the head or extremities),
7. identify a human slave (kajira or otherwise) as having once been a fugitive (via an uppercase “F” made as a mark of a reasonable size; tiny, perhaps just 1″ across, placed on a frequently-exposed/visible part of the body, though never on the head or extremities),
8. identify a human slave (kajira or otherwise) as having once been a traitress (via an uppercase “T” made as a mark of a reasonable size; tiny, perhaps just 2″ across, placed on a frequently-exposed/visible part of the body, though never on the head or extremities),
9. identify a human slave (kajira or otherwise) as having once been a rapist (via an uppercase “R” made as a mark of a reasonable size; tiny, perhaps just 2″ across, placed on a frequently-exposed/visible part of the body, though never on the head or extremities),
10. identify a human (slave or otherwise) as a murderer, not just a legal/sanctioned killer (via an uppercase “M” made as a mark of a reasonable size; small, perhaps just 2″ across, placed on a frequently-exposed/visible part of the body, though never on the head or extremities)

Further details on Gorean brands such as those can be found here.  *On Earth and any worlds occupied/controlled by the Inisfreeans, the branding of the forehead or any other part of the face/head is strictly prohibited, as is the branding of fingers, toes, genitals, the buttocks, etc..  If you brand someone in a way we don’t like or find logical/permissible, you can be branded that same way yourself –and we won’t be gentle about it –and we will gently remove the brand/scar from the person you branded, restoring their original “looks”/health/physique at the branding/branded site.

King Auzdein von Himmler does not brand his slaves; he only collars them and applies reasonable physical force to teach them, as they are barbarians/beasts, but barbarians/beasts he wishes to see un/non-branded.  He does, however, sometimes brand offenders who are not flawlessly-sexy female pleasure-slaves (kajirae), and this means any cop, judge, soldier, or world leader who ever disrespected him or his loved ones.  99% of humankind, he destroyed (even deleting their souls/spirits out of existence) during The Rapture (the military campaign which he was tasked by Fate/Destiny/Universe/All with planning and leading), but those who were left and those they created after… were always subject to his rule, even when that meant him or his people branding them as a permanent marking/punishment/identifier/reminder.

Branding is only considered assault/illegal when someone not liked by the Inisfreeans brands someone the Inisfreeans like/protect.

Assault We Do Not Allow:

There are some forms of physical punishment/education/”corrections” which are never okay, as per our culture and law.  They include:

• blinding
• burning
• castration
• certain haircuts (such as shaving the head of an attractive female, or styling a male’s hair in a feminine way)
• cutting/stabbing (including hamstringing, even if the slave is a repeat runaway/fugitive; permanent disfigurement other than reasonable/approved branding is illegal and punishable)
• crushing
• deafening
• decapitation
• desecration of the flesh (such as getting piercings, even when those are “just” belly-rings, ear-rings, or nose-rings)
• disfigurement
• eating alive / fed alive (to wild animals / monsters, etc.)
• forced necrophilia
• gangbanging beyond reasonable soreness of the female slave’s vagina and/or asshole and/or throat
• irradiating
• lobotomizing
• mangling
• mauling
• meal trauma/assault (making meals too disgusting/scary to eat/enjoy; this is because meals are as sacred to the Inisfreeans as sleep, sex, fitness, wordsmithing/choices, and beauty are)
• mutilation (including tongue removal)
• nail (fingernail or toenail) damage/removal (including sliding things up under the finger/toenails)
• permanent inserts/implants
• poisoning
• pummeling (more than one or two successive bare-minimum “corrective” punches/hits)
• root canals (or any other unnecessary dental work)
• sleep deprivation (unless a human has deprived an Inisfreean or other “beyond human” of sleep more than once, if casually / on purpose; then the offending human can be deprived of sleep to the point of madness/fatigue/desperation)
• spiked penetration/dildos
• stomping (including curb-stomping)
• stretching (such as on a torture rack)
• surgery
• tearing
• trampling
• urine dunking
• vore (traumatic faux/partial/temporary consumption/digestion for the purposes of a sexual fetish/kink; not actually being eaten alive, but being realistically animatronically or otherwise swallowed alive by some sort of creation/device)
• water torture (such as the forehead-drip sleep-deprivation method)

Note that forced beastiality is not on this list; humans –for generations— enslaved, raped, murdered, and ate the infant corpses of countless innocent creatures (who are people, even though humans pretend they are “just animals/food”).  This makes all meat-eating and dairy-consuming humans eligible for having beastiality forced on them; they raped those animals (enslaved people), and so now their karma includes them being raped by those animals.  Beastiality put upon offensive/offending/condemned humans, even if they aren’t lifelong slaves/kajirae, is legal within/under Inisfreean law, and can be applied on a regular basis, even as just part of normal training/conditioning.  (It doesn’t have to be reserved for extreme punishments to make an example out of repeat offenders/criminals).

When All the Rules are Set Aside:

If you assault/touch an Inisfreean or anyone the Inisfreeans like, that is illegal contact/assault, and will likely result in you being legally beaten in order to communicate with you that you have stepped outside of your societal and moral/logical place.  If you intentionally harm anyone the Inisfreeans like, you can be legally killed without trial.  If you assault any Inisfreean or anyone any Inisfreean likes, and you do so with a weapon (even if that weapon is just a pencil used in a malicious/negative/offensive way), you can be assaulted to death by that same weapon, the same way you assaulted the victim.  Finally, if you have a pet who bites (or even just attempts to bite) an Inisfreean or someone the Inisfreeans like, you and your pet can be bitten to death, fed to even wilder, bigger, more dangerous animals/monsters.

To those who would seek to intimidate, threaten, harm, or kill the Inisfreeans and/or any of their allies/friends, be forewarned; whatever you do, or attempt to do, to the Inisfreeans or anyone they like, that shall be done to you, and it shall occur as swiftly as possible, and often to make a point in public for all to see and hear.  Bite, and be bitten –to death.  Strike, and be struck –to death.  Torture, and be tortured the same way –but for much longer, ensuring maximum psychological and spiritual damage/scarring to you.

Hell on Earth begins for you the moment you cross any of these lines.  Only your discipline and polite behavior toward the Inisfreeans and their allies/friends has any chance of allowing you to witness the Heaven on Earth they naturally create everywhere they go (meaning you will only be assaulted within reason when conducting yourself in accordance with their logic/morality, thereby allowing you to notice and benefit from their stability/abundance).  You decide with every moment and action whether you are sentenced to exist in a Heaven or a Hell, and we Inisfreeans decide how much assault you need to be put through to help teach you your place in it all.

*Also, anytime a Reptilian/Reptoid/Dinoid wishes to assault a human religious person, whether that person is still actively brainwashed and practicing, or was once long ago a member of the now-banned and exterminated/condemned clergy/”Church”, no rules/laws apply; any Reptilian, be he/she a Draco or anything else, can legally do absolutely anything to any human current/former member of any human religious group/organization/system, at any time, for any reason, without limitations/parameters.  Humans demonized and outcast these “lizard humanoids” (or were/are humans “mammalian reptoids”?) for untold Ages, and so it is time for the tables to turn, and karma to be echoed and repaid; humans operated against the reptilian people without provocation or justification or limitations that whole time, and now it is the reptilian species’/races’ turn to do the same, if/whenever they want.

*“Gray aliens” are also exempt from all of our assault law/rules, at least when it comes to them assaulting/violating humans we do not like/protect.  This is because most humans spent generations abducting, enslaving, and experimenting on the people of the non-human races/species, such as cattle and dogs, always lying about it, always trying to “cover it up”, and always having no real/honest reason for it other than their own sick/twisted psychoses/obsessions/disorders (such as religions).  As long as humans do this to others, it shall be done right back unto them, and “the Grays” are the most rehearsed, refined, and reasonable at it.  So we let it be.  “As above, so below.”  (As on the Earth, so in the Abyss; Outer Space.)  Justice comes.  Justice is here.

Those Who are Exempt/Protected:

Any human found to be attractive to King Himmler is, for so long as they behave and present/dress themselves in the ways he likes them to, shall be protected by the Inisfreeans (ICVs; Inisfree’s Star Fleet, as well as the Inisfreean police-girls).  Their (the physical/assault portions of their) educations shall, at most, include mild whipping and some slapping, only when absolutely necessary, and rarely ever any actual beatings or other alarming events; their good fitness, looks, and manners shall be respected and rewarded, encouraged and defended.  Anyone who attempts to bully, beat, or otherwise rudely/excessively assault them shall be “put down” by the nearest Inisfreean available to administer this justice.

People (“beyond humans”) on Earth and other worlds are, naturally, free to assault/educate/punish/correct their own kind and property/slaves however they see fit; Inisfree is not meant to police the whole Universe, just its own city/territory and associated/allied worlds.  While people from the other worlds (those not occupied/controlled by Inisfree or Inisfree’s Star Fleet units/forces) can sometimes be granted political asylum in Inisfree, fleeing any conditions they deem to be abusive/excessive to themselves on/from their homeworlds/areas, we of Inisfree shall not interfere with the culture/assault of/on their worlds out there.  Our laws regarding “assault” are only logical for us, thus only enforced and enforceable in our own realms/lands/territories/protectorates.

King Himmler is the law, whether regarding assault or anything else; if he feels it is right to assault someone, it is right and legal, protected by the full might of the Inisfreean empire and all its allies.  He will “hold back” as best he can, but when the time comes… he is a force to be reckoned with, and his assaults are the stuff of legends (such as The Rapture was; the greatest assault and counter-assault in history, and one which ended countless trillions of ongoing assaults, and set the standard and trend for preemptive and corrective anti-assaults for Ages to come).  Do not attempt to stop his assaults, lest he increase them to “Old Testament” proportions just to make a point to you that your place is not in his way.

Summary:

Humans were always rude, and only responded properly when threatened and beaten/forced.  No human is allowed to assault anyone/anything (and this includes other animals humans pretend are food; assaulting, killing, or even touching those animals is considered illegal assault, and is punishable by torture and death).  Everyone who is not a human (Angels, Elves, Mermaids, etc.) is free to assault any human in any of the described ways above, and is often cleared/permitted to assault humans in a variety of additional ways, almost always at the “beyond human” ‘s discretion/judgment.

*Anyone who is an Inisfreean, or resident of Inisfree, or an approved guest of/in Inisfree, is untouchable by humans; even attempting to hold or poke such a person (allied/aligned with Inisfree) is illegal assault, and the offender can be hunted down and “put down” on sight, no questions asked, no trial necessary.  Even the act of pressuring such a person (allied/aligned with Inisfree) for a handshake or hug, or making physical contact with them in martial arts or other sports, is questionable and can be punishable under Inisfreean law.  A strict and universal hands-off policy is the safe and best way to proceed; if you are not part of the Inisfreean empire, you’d better think twice before you touch anyone who is, and you’d better make damn sure you have their permission before you proceed/try.

As these laws become more specific and lengthy, they will each be given a paragraph/section of their own on this web-page; they will no longer be listed as numbered bullet-notes here.  Subset webpages may be added to this page.  We will continue to do our best to keep this and all our other laws as short/terse and simple/understandable (in common speech) as possible.  Never again will humans be allowed to decide what “assault” means, or how assault can be applied to others.
