Controlled Substances

These are laws about substances we have had no choice but to attempt to control the creation/production, distribution, trade/sale, and use of.  Some of the main ones are drugs (including all “Western medicine” pharmaceuticals (which were all engineered to be harmful, not helpful), salt, and sugar (which was also one of the substances engineered, distributed, and marketed with the intent to weaken/harm).  Anything that can be handled and consumed by common people, and which produces effects we do not desire, falls into our category/classification of “controlled substances”.

Definitions:

The drug-related term “mind- and/or body-altering” was too vague, as, technically, just about any/everything can do that and does that.  Substances we control/restrict include those which alter the body (and that includes the mind) in undesired or undesirable ways, including those which may be unforeseen.

* Hazardous Materials have their own subset/section within our law, as they are controlled substances requiring much-more specific handling/storage, even on an individual-material level; they cannot be handled/stored like most/all other controlled substances.

Range of Corrective Measures the Inisfreeans Can Enforce:

*The minimum, recommended, and maximum sentencing and fines (usually in the form of females or free labor, since we don’t use money) are decided by Inisfreeans on a case-by-case basis, considering all factors of the given situation, never defaulting to unilateral or draconian decisions voted on by judges or masses based on previous cases or rulings.

• Typically, the minimum fine for a first offense is a warning, and there is no sentencing,
• while the recommended fine and sentencing are, respectively, indefinitely surrendering the sexiest human female crew member or relative of the members of the offending party/group/company (so that she be used as a sex slave for so long as she is pleasing and attractive to us), then (the offenders, not the confiscated/surrendered girl) serving “hard time” in a concentration camp made just to guarantee round-the-clock free and fully-monitored menial/unskilled labor from humans (and we have no “white collar” prisons or other “lighter touch” facilities for the economically-spoiled/pampered).  Again, the logic and focus is:  more of better-controlling the confused/demonic human, rather than attempting to fine it back into submission or other reasonable behavior.  When fines are ordered, since we don’t use paper or metal money like humans do, only perfect females will do –just like how humans only accept perfect dollars/coins; no damage, missing pieces (such as faulty personalities, in the case of our ‘living currency’), etc..
• The maximum fine is always 100% of the female crew members AND relatives of the offending party; every female working with them AND known to them, which we are attracted to, and the maximum sentencing we put upon offending humans is, of course, death by torture (typically doing to them whatever they did to their victims, such as animals they exploit for “food”, clothing, or other animal products).  Humans never learned in countless trials/tests/opportunities, so there is no point jailing/incarcerating them, nor is there any benefit to ‘rehabilitating’ them or putting them through other re-education programs.  They have always been bullies, psychopaths, and monsters, and those creatures only understand and yield to greater force, thus the trial-less confiscations and torture employed to keep their lowly species in check now, once and for all.  In some cases, though, lifetimes of torture, and the crippling and ‘glassing’ of entire worlds, is in order –and does occur.

Laws:

1. The categories of controlled substances (sometimes called classes or schedules of narcotics) are I through V; “Schedule V” includes those with the lowest potential for abuse (ex:  over-the-counter cough medicine capsules), “Schedule IV” includes those with a low potential for abuse (ex: Xanax), “Schedule III” includes those with a moderate potential for abuse (ex’s: Ketamine or steroids), “Schedule II” includes those with an above-average potential for abuse (ex’s: Adderall, Cocaine, Meth, Oxycodone/OxyContin, Ritalin), and “Schedule I” includes those with the highest potential for abuse (ex’s: 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (Ecstasy), Heroin, Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), and anything prescribed by doctors who were taught/brainwashed in corporation-funded/corrupted universities).
2. Inisfreeans also count alcohol, cigarettes/tobacco, and religious pamphlets/books as “Schedule I” controlled substances, and possession of them can result in punishments up to and including termination on-sight, always at the discretion of the ICV that detected the material/s.
3. Labeling containers of controlled substances still follows the same practice/system; the chemistry symbol of a four-section diamond (diagonal/tilted square) of four colors, each with a number centered in them, all adhered to a metal panel/surface, is to be kept on any vehicle/container transporting/containing any controlled substance, especially if it is also classifiable as flammable or hazardous waste.
4. Generally, possession of any material/item deemed by Inisfreeans to be a controlled substance is punishable by further inspection/s and seizure/s, consumption/intoxication (when willingly/premeditated) is punishable by forced immediate detox in isolation/quarantine, distribution is punishable by bankruptcy, and manufacturing/production (especially when scientific work/engineering/prototyping/testing is/was involved) is punishable by death on-sight by any means available/necessary.  Repeat violators of our Controlled Substances law/s will also have harsher punishments every time, up to and including death on-sight without trial.
5. Doctors who prescribe pharmaceutical products, even if they are licensed and practicing well within the human-made law/s of their homeland/office, are still highly likely to be noticed and targeted by ICVs, as all pharmaceuticals have been proven countless times to do more harm than good, almost invariably intentionally –by both the manufacturer/s and distributor/s / doctor/s.  More than anyone else in history, including warfighters and assassins, doctors have been guilty of premeditated and organized crime, to the point of / on the scale of “crimes against humanity”.  They have created dependent generations, and even degenerated their own race/species as a whole.
6. Inisfree’s “Schedule I” list also includes any propaganda condoning/promoting homosexuality, bisexual males, transgenders, asexual people, ugly people exposing themselves, attractive people covering themselves up, patriotism, politics, pro-government content, histories written by modern human “scholars” (coverup con-artists), feminism, etc.  Even a copy of an episode of a TV show with obviously-homosexual characters/actors is enough to get the person in possession of that item gunned down or de-atomized, if not much worse.
7. Attractive females found in possession of controlled substances are immediately captured and sent to kajirae-candidate training in Inisfree’s facility built specifically for that.  They forever void any rights/freedoms they once had… the moment they consume or sell anything the Inisfreeans count as a controlled/dangerous/unauthorized substance/item/material.  The only exception is if those substances were “planted” on them to “frame” them, and ICVs can always instantly tell; they can read memories/minds –even to the point/degree of detecting if memories were altered/implanted, and how, and by whom.
8. Materials/content displaying/presenting drug-abuse in a positive light won’t get you killed, but will likely be confiscated and/or destroyed immediately.  Examples include films such as “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas”, “Blow”, and anything depicting doctors and/or pharmaceuticals in a good way.  While not potentially-addictive, at least not as much as ingestible drugs, films/shows/ads/documentaries like those are still appealing in a dangerous way, historically leading to an alarming number of life-destroying mistakes.
