This is technically a subset of a subset; Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) are Controlled Substances, and Controlled Substance Laws are a subset of our complete law. The reason HAZMAT have their own subset/section in our law is because each of them has very specific ways which they must be learned about and stored, distinct from the ways of other HAZMAT, whereas general controlled-substances can often safely be stored together, under normal atmospheric conditions, etc.
HAZMAT more-specifically means: “a material (such as flammable or poisonous material) that would be a danger to life or to the environment if released without precautions.”
Examples of HAZMAT: reactive/corrosive chemicals, radiological waste, biohazard materials (such as used syringes), antimatter, etc.

Range of Corrective Measures the Inisfreeans Can Enforce:
*The minimum, recommended, and maximum sentencing and fines (usually in the form of females or free labor, since we don’t use money) are decided by Inisfreeans on a case-by-case basis, considering all factors of the given situation, never defaulting to unilateral or draconian decisions voted on by judges or masses based on previous cases or rulings.
- Typically, the minimum fine for a first offense is a warning, and there is no sentencing,
- while the recommended fine and sentencing are, respectively, indefinitely surrendering the sexiest human female crew member or relative of the members of the offending party/group/company (so that she be used as a sex slave for so long as she is pleasing and attractive to us), then (the offenders, not the confiscated/surrendered girl) serving “hard time” in a concentration camp made just to guarantee round-the-clock free and fully-monitored menial/unskilled labor from humans (and we have no “white collar” prisons or other “lighter touch” facilities for the economically-spoiled/pampered). Again, the logic and focus is: more of better-controlling the confused/demonic human, rather than attempting to fine it back into submission or other reasonable behavior. When fines are ordered, since we don’t use paper or metal money like humans do, only perfect females will do –just like how humans only accept perfect dollars/coins; no damage, missing pieces (such as faulty personalities, in the case of our ‘living currency’), etc..
- The maximum fine is always 100% of the female crew members AND relatives of the offending party; every female working with them AND known to them, which we are attracted to, and the maximum sentencing we put upon offending humans is, of course, death by torture (typically doing to them whatever they did to their victims, such as animals they exploit for “food”, clothing, or other animal products). Humans never learned in countless trials/tests/opportunities, so there is no point jailing/incarcerating them, nor is there any benefit to ‘rehabilitating’ them or putting them through other re-education programs. They have always been bullies, psychopaths, and monsters, and those creatures only understand and yield to greater force, thus the trial-less confiscations and torture employed to keep their lowly species in check now, once and for all. In some cases, though, lifetimes of torture, and the crippling and ‘glassing’ of entire worlds, is in order –and does occur.

Laws:
- HAZMAT now includes the food and water humans produce, as they always lace it with mind-altering/influencing chemicals, such as sugar (which is, the way they use it, arguably as dangerous/addictive as cocaine).
- Reactive/explosive HAZMAT is no longer allowed to be within human reach/range, so all ammunition is forbidden even to the people once in their militaries.
- Human scientists are no longer allowed to handle anything corrosive, explosive, or reactive; they are not permitted to produce even the tiniest and most trivial of components for any kind of weapon, or anything they could use as a weapon, such as missiles, nuclear or otherwise.
- Telecommunications towers and satellites are banned from human use, and no humans are ever again allowed to possess any components for them, such as antennae for radio devices, or anything related to their “5G network”.
- Relics/ruins known to have amplification/”magic/al” powers are also HAZMAT when in the hands of evil beings; anyone / creature with a dark/negative/foolish/imbalanced mind/spirit/essence must never be allowed to hold/touch/locate any such ancient device, nor enter any of the pyramids or other engineered megastructures.
- Technically blood can be HAZMAT whenever it is extracted and offered to parasitic humans, as it empowers them too much (only good vampires knowing how to use blood normally/safely), so all blood-banks are banned from human use, and no humans can ever work in/for one.
- Humans themselves are HAZMAT, as, when they are not stored in controlled environments, they cause immediate, extreme, pointless, and ongoing / self-perpetuating negativity/harm/trauma to all around them, evident in their wars, murder-based food system/s, fake courts, and countless other violent/mortal scams, etc. (And this is one of the reasons why Inisfreeans developed the stasis-tubes to store/transport them (humans) in.)
- HAZMAT can never just be discarded or buried; it must always be chemically/atomically converted into inert/harmless substances no longer classifiable as HAZMAT.
- Anytime a human, no matter their education or government clearance, is in possession of, or contact with, anything Inisfreeans deem to be HAZMAT, that human may likely be terminated on-sight, and all the HAZMAT confiscated and moved to an undisclosed location for safe keeping.
