Credit Law

The “credit score” system/bureaus the humans created caused so much misinformation and lowering of the standard of living… that this entire system could not even be overhauled/repaired; it had to be completely and permanently removed.  It is now a criminal offense to even attempt to maintain records for, let alone share information about/from those/such records, anything related to that type of “credit”.  Loans and credit cards can no longer be determined/issued/adjusted based on that banned system.

Definitions:

Range of Corrective Measures the Inisfreeans Can Enforce:

*The minimum, recommended, and maximum sentencing and fines (usually in the form of females or free labor, since we don’t use money) are decided by Inisfreeans on a case-by-case basis, considering all factors of the given situation, never defaulting to unilateral or draconian decisions voted on by judges or masses based on previous cases or rulings.

• Typically, the minimum fine for a first offense is a warning, and there is no sentencing,
• while the recommended fine and sentencing are, respectively, indefinitely surrendering the sexiest human female crew member or relative of the members of the offending party/group/company (so that she be used as a sex slave for so long as she is pleasing and attractive to us), then (the offenders, not the confiscated/surrendered girl) serving “hard time” in a concentration camp made just to guarantee round-the-clock free and fully-monitored menial/unskilled labor from humans (and we have no “white collar” prisons or other “lighter touch” facilities for the economically-spoiled/pampered).  Again, the logic and focus is:  more of better-controlling the confused/demonic human, rather than attempting to fine it back into submission or other reasonable behavior.  When fines are ordered, since we don’t use paper or metal money like humans do, only perfect females will do –just like how humans only accept perfect dollars/coins; no damage, missing pieces (such as faulty personalities, in the case of our ‘living currency’), etc..
• The maximum fine is always 100% of the female crew members AND relatives of the offending party; every female working with them AND known to them, which we are attracted to, and the maximum sentencing we put upon offending humans is, of course, death by torture (typically doing to them whatever they did to their victims, such as animals they exploit for “food”, clothing, or other animal products).  Humans never learned in countless trials/tests/opportunities, so there is no point jailing/incarcerating them, nor is there any benefit to ‘rehabilitating’ them or putting them through other re-education programs.  They have always been bullies, psychopaths, and monsters, and those creatures only understand and yield to greater force, thus the trial-less confiscations and torture employed to keep their lowly species in check now, once and for all.  In some cases, though, lifetimes of torture, and the crippling and ‘glassing’ of entire worlds, is in order –and does occur.

Preface:

As stated on the Banned Human Activities law sub-web-page:

• Humans are no longer allowed to have systems to record or disclose criminal records or credit scores.  Those institutions/organizations of theirs were 100% corrupt, not to mention inaccurate and illogical, completely unfair even from the start.  Criminal records, in actuality, only reflected the mindless brutality and extortion of police and courts/judges, and credit records only reflected how many times, and how severely, helpless citizens had been underpaid, overcharged, and otherwise scammed.  A criminal record, if it was legitimate, would reflect the degree to which each person had behaved inappropriately, not whether a stranger (i.e. police officer or judge) had assumed the given person had done something that still other strangers at some point in the distant past had decided, without making sure everyone knew, that something was wrong to the point of being classified as a crime.  A credit score, if it was legitimate, would reflect how much credit each person has (and that would be based on how honorable and reasonable they had been, factoring in much more than money/bills), not how many times they paid a bill or were late paying anything.  Any human found to be affecting anyone’s life by maintaining and/or sharing information about a criminal record or credit score system… can have 100% of their assets (not just the computer hardware/software used for such a system) permanently seized, and their right to ever touch a computer or phone again… indefinitely revoked.  Repeat offenders can have their memories “wiped”, and better personalities installed.

Only the Inisfreeans can maintain criminal records and credit scores for/about humans (and anyone else; for the “beyond humans”).

Laws:

1. The credit-score system, including all three bureaus in the now-gone U.S.A., is forever banned.
2. All credit scores in that system, no matter what, were reset to “perfect”/neutral in 2013 when The Rapture began.
3. All credit scores are now determined only by the Inisfreeans, and based on many more factors than whether each human was able to pay its bills on time.
4. The “Djinnifer” supercomputer is the only being/device who/which is allowed to record credit-score data.
5. Humans are not permitted to issue/adjust/offer loans or credit cards based on their banned/removed credit-score system.
6. Credit cards are still legal, but human organizations/banks may no longer issue them; they are only allowed if granted by a beyond-human authority/institution allied with Inisfree.
7. Credit in Inisfree (and generally throughout the rest of the Universe/Megaverse) is ultimately determined/decided/adjusted by King Auz.
8. Anyone who chooses to be gross or rude to King Auz is likely to have his/her credit instantly and irrevocably dropped to zero.
9. The new credit-score system scale/range is:  0-100, where 0 = no credit due to severely bad/stupid behavior (including gossip/slander, etc., as determined by the Inisfreeans), and 100 = perfect credit due to interacting respectfully (in a way deemed compatible with/by the Inisfreeans and their allies).
10. Bill payment cannot be reported to the Inisfreeans, and would not affect a credit score in this new system, anyway.  We don’t use money or have bills, anyway, so it would be pointless for us to assign/adjust credit based on something that doesn’t exist in our realm.
11. Only the Inisfreeans directly (firsthand) witnessing and recording behavior… can update/adjust the credit scores in this/their system.
12. No data/reports from humans are ever trusted, let alone factored in; humans simply have never been logical or trustworthy to allow them to participate in judgments at that/any level.
13. In the old/banned human credit-score system, a lower credit-score often resulted in being denied a car/home loan, for example.  In this new/Inisfreean-managed credit-score system, a lower credit-score results in being banned from being around beyond-humans (as the offender; the person with the low score, has proven rude to those civilized/appropriate beings in the past), and a higher credit-score results in more rights/privileges (which are always issued and monitored by the Inisfreeans).
14. Anyone/everyone who started/maintained/worked for the old/banned credit-score system automatically had their scores lowered accordingly after the credit-scores reset during The Rapture; their lack of humanity/intelligence/logic/empathy warranted that, and they now have to work to rebuild their credit in our system.
15. Anyone/everyone who continued being non-vegan after The Rapture (other than vampires allied with Inisfree, etc.) also had their scores appropriately/proportionately lowered.
16. Anyone/everyone who ever spoke/speaks out against King Auz, Inisfree, any of the Inisfreeans, and/or any of the Inisfreeans’ allies/friends, is likely to have his/her/their score/s dropped to 0 overnight.
17. Any beyond-human civilization/institution outside the Inisfreean realm/territory is allowed to have/maintain its own credit-score system.  The Asari, for example, are permitted this.

Ranges/Brackets of the New Credit-score System:

The old-system terms of “Bad”, “Fair”, “Good”, and “Excellent” are now reassigned, and the whole system/range expanded to include additional levels/brackets.

1. 0-10:  Criminal/Worst; Untrustworthy – Result:  denied any chances to ever be around appropriate people again; restricted to the new form of “reservations” (like Native American reservations used to be; remote, on barren land, etc.) or prisons (such as prison-planets).  A prime example of this is how most of the remaining/surviving humans were chased off the Earth in 2313, limited for many generations to living on the terraformed worlds of 34 Tauri.
2. 10-20:  Threat/Worse; Rarely Trustworthy – Result:  only rare and fully monitored/controlled contact with appropriate people, such as the “beyond humans”; usually restricted to the new form of “reservations” or prisons (such as prison-planets), with occasional opportunities to venture beyond them, provided there is an authorized escort (such as an Inisfreean or other volunteering “beyond human”).
3. 20-30:  Terrible/Bad; Randomly Trustworthy – Result:  only rare and fully monitored/controlled contact with appropriate people, such as the “beyond humans”; regularly restricted to the new form of “reservations” whenever this person is statistically/essence-ly likely to commit disreputable acts again, with occasional opportunities to venture beyond those reservations, provided there is an authorized escort (such as an Inisfreean or other volunteering “beyond human”).
4. 30-40:  Poor; Occasionally Trustworthy – Result:  intermittent contact is allowed with “beyond humans”, and that will sometimes be supervised/monitored, though escorts and special permissions are not often also required; occasionally restricted to the new form of “reservations.
5. 40-50:  Below Average; Sometimes Trustworthy – Result:  not necessarily restricted to the new form of “reservations”, but also not allowed very far beyond their borders/regions.
6. 50-60:  Okay/Fair; Often Trustworthy – Result:  allowed to roam a bit (a dozen miles or so) beyond the new form of “reservations”, and maintain one’s own residence there/nearby.
7. 60-70:  Good/Better; Usually Trustworthy – Result:  allowed to travel to places where he/she is welcome/invited.
8. 70-80:  Great/Excellent; Almost-always Trustworthy – Result:  allowed to travel freely, except to within 1,000 miles of Inisfree, and except to within other applicable ranges of other sacred/restricted realms/sites (such as pyramids and other ancient “ruins”/devices/glyphs, including the World Trees and any petrified/re-growing World Tree stumps).
9. 80-90:  Outstanding; Trustworthy – Result:  allowed to learn about and visit Inisfree to determine if full compatibility exists.
10. 90-100:  Perfect/Best; Fully Compatible – Result:  full benefits of/from, and anytime access to, the Inisfreean realm/territory/empire (the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth), and exemption from all laws/regulations beyond it.

There are just the general idea/recommendation.  Specific/individual rights/credit are always decided on a case-by-case basis, never bound to the illogical numbers-based system the humans kept forcing on everyone.  Speak with your nearest Inisfreean for further details/scoring.

How Long it Takes to Change Your Score:

The old/banned credit-score system used to take months to see a slight change (increase or decrease), and as many as seven Earth-years to be completely brought back up into the “Excellent” range/bracket.  Our new system is not like that.  In our/the new credit-score system, a single bad deed can wipe out your score indefinitely, and a single substantial good deed can bring it soaring right back up into the high end.

• If you are a human who was consistently disgusting/evil, you are shit out of luck; your score is permanent, and you will not be coming back from your lifelong ban.  There is a chance even your soul will be banned/deleted.  At best, you can expect to spend out the rest of your dramatically-reduced lifespan on a prison-world, such as those of 34 Tauri, deep in The Abyss also known as Outer Space or Hell.
• If you are a human who was brainwashed and otherwise misled, and who is now making honest/genuine efforts to learn The Inisfreean Way so you can apply it to your life, improving/correcting yourself, your score will steadily increase over a period of years, though sometimes in less time than that.
• If you are a beyond-human who has been in neutral or good standing with the Inisfreeans, your score is likely to remain quite high, and improvements/increases to it may only take weeks, if not mere days.

Key Concepts:

The human credit-score system attempted to brainwash/overwhelm people into giving rich people, regardless of whether they had stolen or printed money, much better opportunities and standards of living.  It made it extremely easy to create poverty, sleep deprivation, depression, and endless debt.  Anyone with money/connections always had the upper hand, and never had to deal with the reality of what credit actually means (which has nothing to do with the isolated ability/history to/of paying bills).

Credit, in reality, is based on far more than just bill-payment history.  Credit includes trustworthiness/honor.  Credit also includes potential and assets; backing, such as when one has access to other means of payment or compensation, and/or manages a productive land.

It is impossible to have an accurate, logical, fair credit-score system… when that system is started and run/maintained by humans, evident from countless situations/events.

From here on, credit must be literal, not based on nonsense like bill-payment history, and must be comprehensive, and must be applied to far more than just documented humans in human-controlled areas.
