- Ark 2 Bays: housing hangars or the finest ships in the Verse
- Batcave 2: the Command-&-Control complex in the heart of the city
- Black Operations: decades upon decades of clever ‘off the record’ projects
- Black Vaults: where the artifacts, relics, and other special items are kept
- Djinnifer Supercomputer Chamber: the main processor for all of Inisfree and its fleet
- Magics Chambers Facility: where science more advanced than at Hogwarts is practiced
- Mandaloriday Silos: super-battle-mechs storage cells
- Space Whale: the tentacles beast in the crust beneath the city’s underbelly
- Space-whale Hatch Chamber: the room and door leading down into one of the Space Whale’s mouths
- Stasis Archive: previously a cryogenics facility, this now-room-temperature complex allows people to hibernate indefinitely with no side effects
