Dimensions & Layout:
This building is 858 feet in diameter, with its tunnel for the G.A.H. being 465 feet in diameter. It is a mile long. That gives it a volume of 3,050,000,000 cubic feet, with a livable volume of 897,000,000 cubic feet. (That means there is room for a few hundred thousand human-sized people in this structure, or even up to a million during standing-room parties/events.)
The layout of the floors and other features of this building is essentially identical to that of the Doughnut-shaped Buildings (or toroids), just without the gaps and curves between them; this is one continuous structure. Like in Sotu‘s skyscrapers, there are entire floors here devoted to gardens, lounges, parking/hangars, etc.. This is a fully-functioning ‘tube town’ all on its own.
