Bridge Skyscrapers

1. Bridge Skyscrapers:  These are the skyscraper-sized ‘sky-bridges’ that connect our 1) taller skyscrapers which do not have rotating/’shapeshifting’ floors, and 2) the non-rotating floors/sections of our taller skyscrapers which do have some rotating floors.
2. Inverted Skyscrapers:  These are full-sized skyscrapers (the size of a high-rise building, just inverted; built down from the top) that extend down, rather than up, and are vertical extensions of the many SotU skyscraper-bridges (bridges that are skyscrapers in size and function) which connect the larger SotU constructs; the uber-skyscrapers visible even farther away than most mountain ranges.  (*There are also inverted skyscrapers below this downtown area, but they are called ‘ground-scrapers’.)

Dimensions & Layout:

These skyscrapers are comparable in size to normal ones; some of them are dozens of feet wide at certain points, with as many as 70 stories (fewer in the middle, and more where their ends connect to adjacent vertical skyscrapers), making the tallest (longest) of them 700′ tall; from bottom tip/ends all the way up to the top of its center/middle.  That’s not counting the length that their respective hanging-skyscrapers extend down beneath its underside.

In the scale-model in Minecraft, 1 Minecraft-block has a length of 146′.

• 1 Minecraft-block long = a skyscraper-bridge spanning 146′ between adjacent vertical skyscrapers, x ~50′ wide, x ~20′ tall (thus 2 levels inside this bridge, plus room for 1 Hanging Mansion / Ball Home, plus several hanging high-rises)
• 2-long = 292′ between skyscrapers, x ~50′ wide, x ~30′ tall (3 levels inside)
• 3-long = 438′ between skyscrapers, x ~50′ wide, x ~40′ tall (4 levels inside)
• 4-long = 584′ between skyscrapers, x ~50′ wide, x ~60′ tall (6 levels inside)
• 5-long = 730′ between skyscrapers, x ~50′ wide, x ~70′ tall (7 levels inside, plus room for 3 Hanging Mansions / Ball Homes, plus dozens of hanging high-rises)

Special Features:

If being a skyscraper hanging like a stalactite from another skyscraper oriented sideways like a giant bridge full of office buildings and airship hangar bays wasn’t enough, some of these skyscrapers are also ‘shape-shifters’; each of their floors rotates independently, allowing them to appear to twist and take on new forms almost like a fluid stack of Jenga blocks.
