Introduction:

Each of our skyscrapers and high-rises is crowned with a private residence known as a penthouse.  All of them are spacious, luxuriously furnished, and offer exceptionally fine views across our downtown area.  Some are shared, similarly to a time-share or ‘hot-bunking’, and some are held indefinitely as reserved vacation homes.

Dimensions & Layout:

The smaller penthouses are 1-story and include a suite of all the rooms you will find in any Inisfreean house.  The larger penthouses here have up to several stories, and have room for very large families, galas, and other parties.  All of Inisfree’s downtown penthouses have tens of thousands of square feet of floorspace.

Total:

~500 buildings on the surface (top half) of Sotu, and another ~500 hanging like stalactites from the ceiling of Sotu’s underground/underside (bottom half), are either high-rises (dozens of floors) or skyscrapers (~several dozen to ~hundreds); there are ~1,000 buildings in downtown Inisfree which have penthouses on them.  The ~500 above-ground have penthouses on top of them.  The ~500 below ground-level have their penthouses on bottom; a penthouse on a skyscraper mounted from the ceiling of a big artificial cavern is placed on the bottom of the building, as that is where the most privacy, exclusivity, and amazing views are.

Tenants:

The top executives who manage offices in WGI HQ Tower are usually the people who choose to occupy the Sotu penthouses, commuting by Sotu Shuttle between them and where they work; they fly to and from work every day.
