This Russian girl has an adverse affect on any modern human technology she is around; cell phones and computers stop working in her presence, for example, and eventually completely crash if they get too close. Shielded tech fares better, but only the best and/or ancient stuff can continue operating at close range to her. Auz noticed this when his iScroll froze up as she passed him in one of NYC’s suburbs. He made a point to meet her then.
Ana has since been a great help to him and others just by going somewhere to sit and read; when tech-dependent targets are places someone like her can go unnoticed, it doesn’t take more than a train or plane ticket for her to put them in a lengthy communications and productivity blackout. Walking her into a factory or data center has turned the tide in many clandestine conflicts, too. She is a valuable asset to the Inisfreeans, their allies, and a few others who know her unique secret.
In Inisfree, her tech-ending power does nothing, though; Inisfreeans create things that are specifically engineered and monitored to prevent any corruption or failure –even under the surges of a solar flare or nova. Though technically robots or cyborgs, the Inisfreean girls feel just fine when Ana is around, and have even made love to her. By connecting with her that closely and fully, they have been able to determine exactly what it is about her that has such a negative impact on all lesser technology, and have created custom clothing and vehicles for her which allow her to interact in technologically-inclined civilizations normally when she wants to.
She and the king of Inisfree talk business while hanging out in Inisfree’s Russia-themed night-club, the Randy Rusky, located amidst the towering shape-shifting skyscrapers downtown in Sotu. It’s an impressive sight to see her snuggled up with him in one of that club’s shadowy corner booths, her legs together and sideways across his lap, each with one arm around the other, holographic table display functioning seamlessly as she and he take turns moving their fingers one way or another to adjust what it displays for them. Illyana Rasputina, Alanna Richards, and others who hail from the motherland also hang out and cozy up to them there.
One of the hill-like homes in Inisfree’s Earthships neighborhood is her second home.

2021 Update:
Ana loves being seen as extremely useful and wonderful, not a threat to companies or civilizations using technology “as a crutch”. She eagerly joins Auz and his business partners anytime they want to have a meeting in guaranteed privacy, safe from the ELDs of the world. Even the “bug bots” are powerless in her presence/range.
Sure, telepaths and Jedi could still remote-listen in, but the Inisfreeans have ways of shielding against that, too.
The more Auz fucks her, the more her power grows, ‘spiking’ during their sex, especially when he makes her orgasm.
