Security Clearances

The levels of classification and compartmentalization for the governments and militaries of Earth humans don’t just include Secret and Top Secret.  There are actually dozens of levels, many of which are above that of the President’s.  Further details beyond this page are here, here, and here.

Levels by Name:

  1. Restricted:  This is the lowest level, and can be accessed by just about anyone.
  2. Confidential:  This level is said to have the potential to cause some damage to national security; if sensitive material in this category reached the public prematurely, it would have negative effects.
  3. Secret:  Information in this classification would cause serious damage on the national level.
  4. Top Secret (TS):  This technically includes all of the following higher levels; everything listed after this number is often written as a prefix or suffix to ‘Top Secret’ or ‘TS’.  If the public learned of this sensitive information, it would cause exceptionally grave damage.  For example, most people lack the education, experience, and context to objectively interpret data considered TS.  Beyond that, the real identities of secret agents, spies, and similar personnel are often enough to jeopardize the lives of their loved ones and coworkers.  Also, NATO calls this clearance level ‘Cosmic’, which is not to be confused with the Cosmic level listed far below.
  5. TS-SCI (a.k.a. ‘Q Clearance’):  a more specific type of TS; it means clearance only for information within a particular ‘compartment’, such as for one TS-level project, but not all TS material in general (with ‘Q Clearance’ in particular used as part of the Department of Energy’s clearance/classification system)
  6. Sensitive/Special Compartmentalized Information (SCI):  (similar to the previous description)
  7. Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (USAP):  not a security clearance, but secret projects at and above the TS level
  8. Top Secret Crypto 1:  All clearances with ‘crypto’ as part of them relate to people authorized to access codes, ciphers, and the cryptographic machines that use them.
  9. Top Secret Crypto 2:  typically for E-7s; mid-level staff-NCOs
  10. Top Secret Crypto 3:  for E-8s
  11. Top Secret Crypto 4:  for E-9s; the highest-ranking enlisted personnel
  12. Top Secret Crypto 5:  for Warrant Officers
  13. Top Secret Crypto 6:  for O-1s
  14. Top Secret Crypto 7:  for O-2s
  15. Top Secret Crypto 8:  for O-3s
  16. Top Secret Crypto 9:  for O-4s
  17. Top Secret Crypto 10:  for O-5s
  18. Top Secret Crypto 11:  for O-6s; Captains in the Navy, and Colonels in the other branches
  19. Top Secret Crypto 12:  for 1-stars; low-level Admirals & Generals
  20. Top Secret Crypto 13:  for 2-stars
  21. Top Secret Crypto 14:  for 3-stars
  22. Top Secret Crypto 15:  for 4-stars
  23. Top Secret Crypto 16:  for 5-stars; Admirals & Generals temporarily promoted to a higher rank during major & long-term war-time, such as was the case during the World Wars
  24. Top Secret Crypto 17:  The President of the United States is usually given this security clearance.
  25. Top Secret Crypto 18:  N.A.T.O. is likely at this level.
  26. Top Secret Crypto 19:  The U.N. is likely at this level.
  27. Top Secret Crypto 20:  D-5 is likely at or near this level; investigations regarding nuclear weapons security.
  28. Top Secret Crypto 21:  The Illuminati may be at this level.
  29. Top Secret Crypto 22:  This may be for the level of encryption required for information related to the location of reverse-engineering labs and related facilities at the secret pyramid sites around the world, such as the ones in Alaska and Antarctica.
  30. Top Secret Crypto 23:  This may be for the giant ancient subway tunnels network found beneath the one humanity is making.
  31. Top Secret Crypto 24:  This may be for the ancient (and still active) underground cities network.
  32. Top Secret Crypto 25:  This may be for communications with Agharta; the civilization(s) of Earth’s hollow core.
  33. Top Secret Crypto 26:  The Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate may be at this level.
  34. Top Secret Crypto 27:  Solar Warden may be at this level; encrypted communications for the militarization of local Space territories.
  35. Top Secret Crypto 28:  Project Serpo and related endeavors may be at this level.
  36. ZD-27:  (unknown; no information released at this time) possibly related to ‘G-men’ a.k.a. M.I.B.s; regulation of personnel given any or all of the previous clearances
  37. Orbit:  regarding the thousands of known satellites and debris in Earth’s orbit
  38. Triad:  federal government fast-growing crime-prevention partnership, with statewide coordination
  39. Cosmos:  (unknown; no information released at this time)
  40. Astral:  for ‘Project Beyond Dreaming’; a U.S. R+D project regarding what dreams actually are, and how to communicate with others through them
  41. Stellar:  for what Edward Snowden provided evidence that the NSA was doing; widespread unregulated wiretapping and other forms of electronic eavesdropping
  42. Ultra:  originally for 1950s CIA mind-control experiments
  43. Luna:  originally for a project to study a (German?) mining base established on the dark/far side of the Moon, this is now for all studies of the many other lunar facilities, as well as for the study of the Moon itself as one giant man-made device
  44. Cosmic:  U.S.A.F. Space Test Program; propulsion, ‘dark matter’, ‘dark energy’, etc.
  45. Majestic:  Originally, this was for the U.S.A.F.’s official investigations into aliens & UFOs.  Information at this clearance/classification level has the potential to adversely affect reality itself; the Megaverse, not just our time-stream of our Universe.  This is because some UFOs contain technology capable of altering Space-time, thus it has the potential to alter the past, bypass the speed-of-light barrier, and more.

* The ‘Ghost-Net’ is another form of SIPR-Net, and transmits information to personnel at a variety of the above-TS levels listed on this page.  It involves artificially-induced telepathy, as well as the encryption of brainwaves.  Any further information may always be completely restricted.

Inisfree Notes:

  • There are no security clearances amongst ICVs, as it would be pointless due to how their kind is set up; the instant any of them experience and learn something, they all have that knowledge.
  • All who get to come to Inisfree are not given a clearance, but only knowledge of our realm; they are only with us there for the orientation; the tour.
  • Those who get to return are also not given a clearance; they are visiting mostly for healing and/or vacation.
  • Even those who prove not just return-worthy, but fully-compatible with Auz, then allowed to go to SSA, are still not given a clearance; they are still, technically, just re-visiting for healing/vacation.
  • Since many are telepathic and/or empathic in the Inisfreean realm, trying to separate and compartmentalize them (via security clearances or anything related which humans are used to) would likely not work well, if at all.
  • Kajirae, of course, are restricted to certain places, but only those we have confirmed/sensed wholeheartedly want nothing more than to be our kajirae are here in our realm, and cannot be kidnapped, thus they pose no security risk; they are incapable of causing problems, revealing secrets, communicating beyond our realm (as it includes a gods-level semi-permeable anti-telepathic barrier (Inisfree’s “sky-dome”/”double-bubble”/Perimeter Orb) only allowing Auz-approved telepathic communication between already-allied free-people), leaving without escort/authorization, etc..
