This is the term used to direct people to two of the four yards that are just outside this mansion.

Orienting:

This mansion has four separate yards:

Front Yard: where the driveway from Kings Drive is, along with the Cylinder Garage hill, vehicle display platforms, and lower helipad (sometimes also called the Main Yard)
Pools Yard: along the lower side of the mansion, with the waterfall out over the cliff wall
Side Yard 1: one of the two backyards; near where the Husky House is (numbered this way because it is the first true yard-on-a-side, whereas the other side-yard is more of a backyard where the mansion backs up against/near the slope of the mountain)
Side Yard 2: the other of the two backyards; beneath the aqueduct from the Sloped Backyard (a.k.a. Extended Backyard) to the rooftop pool-stream

These two (Side Yard 1 and Side Yard 2) are full of beautiful landscaping; palm trees like those in Hawaii, L.A., and outside of MCRDSD; the Marine Corps Recruit Depot (Boot Camp) of San Diego.

One of these yards (Side Yard 2) is about 65 feet wide and runs the 450 foot length of lawn and light landscaping space behind this mansion, giving it more than 29,000 square feet of space. The other side yard (Side Yard 1) is even more spacious.

Though technically a yard-on-the-side, the widest/biggest side yard/lawn outside/alongside this mansion is called the Pools Yard. It is the yard which includes two swimming pools and the patio which surrounds them.

Dimensions & Layout:

As stated above, the smaller of these two side yards (the one behind this mansion) measures 65′ x 450′; it has 29,250 sq.ft. of space. The larger of these two (the one between this mansion and the Husky House’s outer/adjacent yard) measures more than 130′ x 450′; it has 58,500′ sq.ft. of space. Together, they have 87,750 sq.ft. of room to play or lounge in.

Each has artistic, lush landscaping, including palm trees and yucca bushes, along with smooth circular stepping stone walking paths, flora-concealed ground-up spot-lighting for trunks and leaves, and hundreds of thousands of colorful flowers. Each has a pale-stone sidewalk-like path that serpentines through them. There are also some of Inisfree’s signature oversized vehicle-barrier flower-pots here and there.

Landscaping:

Wax palms (the tallest species of palm-tree) were planted here in 2012. Growing at ~2.5’/year (their standard rate), they reached ~190′ by 2088, right when the SSA was completed. Grow-lights on the outside walls of this mansion were slowly moved higher at the same rate, helping get these Wax palms the light they needed each annual night (our Winters, equivalent to the northern hemisphere’s Summer months).

Special Features:

Though appearing to the untrained eye to be wide open and just for aesthetics, these yards are actually two of the most heavily monitored and defended pieces of land in all of Inisfree. This is because Inisfree’s Secret Service is more active here than almost anywhere else in their realm. Even when they are off duty, they often hang out here, mingling with the guests and royal family members when they aren’t in stasis in their own offices/rooms (all of them both working and living here when they are chosen to be part of the Inisfreean Secret Service).
