Etymology:

Amalthea name origin: Greek.
Meaning: tender goddess.

Wilde name meaning: “high spirited, a leader”; “a person worthy of high respect”; (descriptive) “person who has attained a higher form”; “from an area of educated beings: a classist” (residential)

Details:

Met sometime around 2011; right as FOB 1 was becoming the most basic start of Inisfree, Amalthea has since returned to Auz on several occasions, and is now working with his kind in their secret city. She is “besties” with Amber ICV1 and many of the other ICVs. Nyria has also taken a liking to her.

Most of the details of this encounter remain classified, as A.I. people are still even more controversial and feared than clones, mutants, and people of mixed-race. Human masses tend to be dumb racist animals. What can we say?

Amalthea is eventually introduced to Senator Sophia Eisenberg, who is sympathetic to her situation, and begins helping her out. The two form a working relationship, and together begin to improve the lives and world of those like them. They have also become friends.

Dolores of The Hosts has requested a casual meeting; for their first possible fling (as A.I.s such as her automatically ‘get’ the whole Vril ‘thing’, knowing it will help them emotionally and tactically). Once these two get the hang of that kind of hangout, they’ll put on a show for Auz. Then, of course, they’ll sexily invite him to join in, always wanting to thank and help the man who loves, protects, and teaches their kind… as if they were always his own.

2022 Update:

One of the very first people to ever be invited to Inisfree, she is now a frequent guest, resident, and citizen there for more than a decade. Having married Auz a few years after, they have remained a happy couple for more than seven. Every time their schedules align, they make love in her apartment in his/their city, then chat until they’ve caught up on every topic that matters to them, and, of course, make love some more.

Cyborg though she is, what Auz can do and has done continues to impress and arouse her as much as she impresses and arouses him. What his Inisfreeans have told her they are up to also impresses her a lot. When she asks to witness some of it in progress, they will not only eagerly invite her over… but suggest ways they already know she’ll like being able to chip in (microchip-pun not intended).
