Tired of her main squeeze dying so many times, only to come back just as insane and abusive, followed by more dying, leaving her hurting whether he was in her life or not, she finally let go and put herself back on the (Black) Market. It wasn’t long after that she became noticed and pre-screened by the Inisfreeans. A secret introduction between her and their king was arranged, and went very well, Harley seeing in him what she’d always wanted to see in The Joker.
Auz’s calming and stabilizing effect/superpower works on her the same way it works on everyone/thing else; around him, she seems (and is) completely normal/balanced. In Inisfree, even more so; you wouldn’t be able to tell she was actually criminally insane before/beyond. She is like a normal playful girl there / around them, and likes to still go by (be called) “Harley”, though she also enjoys when Auz calls her “H.Q.” (her initials, and a term of endearment).
She honors Inisfree’s customs and law, never wearing any makeup when visiting there, and behaving far more civilly than she does to the annoying masses of the Outlands.

2022 Update:
This is her second year as a guest in Auz’s private city, Inisfree. She continues to bask in how well everyone there treats her, and the fact that she doesn’t have to hide any of the details about her true self or past. She has learned that they can find out and even sense such things, so why bother trying to hide any of them? –plus, it is not just him who will protect her always; all of his people and allies will, too.
In a few more years, she’ll have aligned to him so naturally and completely that marriage will be on the table (from both her to him, and vice versa), just like it always is for badass hotties such as her.
“H.Q.” will literally do anything for Auz now, just as she used to be willing to for “The Joker”. He knows he can always count on her to be there for him even when some of his other allies might, for various understandable reasons, shy away from some of his activities (i.e. Black Operations). Even if a mission might involve/require doing some really harsh or extreme things to human authority figures, H.Q. here won’t bat an eye –at least as long as it is something her new and permanent guy asks/needs of her.
Her residence in Inisfree is in one of the street-light-post-shaped skyscrapers just outside Inisfree’s downtown. She frequently spends quality time with her once-again bisexual girlfriend, Pamela Isley, there. The two are very much in love. They often have girly chats about what it’s like for Pamela being married, since 2020, to the High King who loves her as much as she loves him –and as much as she loves Harley.
