2530 Update:

Dr. Bulgakov is back planet-side, still practicing medicine.  Part of him misses some of the interesting day-to-day going on back aboard TNH and Persephone, but a slightly bigger part of him is glad to no longer be risking his life out there, especially when memories of the aerobatic and evasive maneuvers are refreshed.  For now, his planned trajectory is to open up a clinic of his own, staying where he feels the most comfortable and useful, in a stationary operating room.
