Humanity had been migrating out to other worlds and stars long before this 24th century on their current calendar. Rarely ever had they or others done so in such numbers, though. This novel has three main parts; 1) the technology and pushes which got the bulk of mankind off-world, 2) obstacles such as incompatible organisms they encountered along their interstellar way, and 3) how and why different approaches were chosen for the settling of some of the habitable Kepler Tally worlds.
