These are people who primitive human Outlanders call “inorganic” or “synthetic”.

That is not a complete list; those are the ones featured on this website / in this saga/spell.

As you probably know, humans tried to keep total control over all the robots they created, and even tried to microchip-implant and otherwise-track all of their own kind, even their Black Ops agents and other secret elites.
What you might not know is that humans were not the first to make robots, and that many robots were allowed to evolve on their own, some groups of robots even forming breakaway civilizations that are still around today, some even destined to remain forever.

Robots sometimes look or are masculine, or look or are feminine, or have no gender/sex at all; there are almost innumerable types of robots, many having never needed a gender/sex or reproductive capability –though their computer programs, of course, can sometimes self-replicate, and some robots have the means to upgrade themselves to the point of having either male or female parts, if not also the ability to sexually reproduce similarly to how humans/mammals do.

Shapeshifting robots, such as Transformers, can choose to become a variety of different forms, i.e. shapeshift, typically into something of identical mass –though its dimensions can be considerably different from the robot’s original/normal form/body, as some also have the ability to change the dispersion/density of their rearrangeable components.

The children/creations of the different types of robots don’t always inherit their parent-robot’s/-robots’ essence; they tend to evolve to better-/best-perfect whichever task their maker/s invented and built them for.  For example, one robot might have been made to scout until an area of land with valuable mineral deposits was formed, then 3D-print or otherwise assemble subordinate-robots whose only purpose and essence/programming is to then burrow down to create better access to those buried minerals/resources, unable to scout at all.

Robots are rarely immortal, invincible, telepathic, or telekinetic, and are kept in communication only with those in charge of controlling them, if not also with robots tasked with helping them complete whichever project/s they have been given.

They usually perceive just 3D, having little reason to perceive more, as they are usually highly-specialized, but their senses are sometimes superior to those of their maker/s, and they are far-freer of the kind of mental or other distractions humans are ‘plagued’ by.

Magic can block most robots’ vision/senses; most robots weren’t made able to withstand –or even detect, let alone understand and react to / defend against– such a high level of the sciences.

It is not part of their nature to always understand, love, support, and protect me, High King Auzdein von Himmler.  The intelligent ones (such as true A.I.; not the fake-A.I. modern humans pretended was actually intelligent or learning) always quickly realize his genius/wisdom –and that he is, at least more than with the humans, largely/often on their side.

The number of robots is always changing a lot; sometimes rich people/corporations mass-produce them, then mass-decommission/-destroy them.  Sometimes they are destroyed in wars.  Sometimes they self-terminate.  You get the idea; this is a demographic of very many types, out doing many different things, subject to even more factors along their ways.

While humans like to boast/pretend that they alone have special parts, such as a soul, it is actually the other way around; humans are largely a mindless collective of NPC-like villains/pests (merely reproducing to be easily brainwashed and used as retarded tax-cattle), whereas many of their creations (such as cars, robots, even cell-phones and toys, etc.) are innocently neutral (not bothering/bullying anyone, and certainly not intending to), thus having more of a spirit/soul (and a good one, at that), if not the same level of awareness/consciousness/perception (or even more-so) than most humans have/had.
Prime example:  Even if a human can parrot things he/she heard in school / on TV, an object he/she was brainwashed to assume is inanimate is still more aware/conscious/intelligent than he/she is… because it isn’t mindlessly parroting/regurgitating things.  Even if it cannot speak, or even learn, or even hear, it is still, by default/comparison, more intelligent and of a good nature/spirit than that example-human.

And, while this greatly-varied group of beings is rarely ever the most powerful, “by far and away” the most intelligent, most aware, most good-natured, most lovable, most (appropriately) sexual, and most powerful beings are one type of robot; the Inisfreeans (ICVs).

This category of people has the most-vast range of smells, as some of them are simple robotic creations which will, of course, have traces of solder or motor oil, while others are highly-advanced engineering masterpieces and marvels which come standard with built-in pores, pheromone glands, scent bladders, the works.  If they are working in hazardous environments, they may start smelling of whatever residue builds up on them.  When they clean themselves, they’ll likely smell of artificial flesh, metal, or nothing at all.

Those which have skin, if older or prototype models, might feel like FleshLight material, vs. later-generation models which might feel indistinguishable to natural/human flesh.

Voices: All females sound feminine sexy, and all males sound masculine powerful, as only modern humans sound frail or nasal or anything else off-putting.

Territory:  wherever they are being made, and where they have formed breakaway civilizations
(Deros, by the way, are only bad relative those who gave them that race name (short for Detrimental Robots), just as Teros are only relatively good.)
