Advice:

If you think vampires are evil, or that drinking blood is weird or risky, consider that most humans on Earth not only consumed blood with all the meat they ate, but always killed most of their food –even though they had never needed to.  All those humans always aged, got sick, and eventually died.  They even made up religions to brainwash their own kind into assuming that is normal and unavoidable, and pretended to have scientists trying to find solutions for it –when the solution was obvious; you are what you eat, so stop eating mutilated pieces of corpses bred into captivity, fear, and death.

In stark contrast, vampires rarely killed anyone/anything, only drinking when they absolutely had to, and only infiltrating power-structures to protect themselves from those ever-murderous humans.  Vampires always healed from things –and often almost instantly.  They never aged or died, and only got sick very rarely, typically only when exposed to the extreme harmfulness or other dangerous substances the humans kept creating or extracting and over-purifying (such as radioactive elements).

In short, vampires have always been far more peaceful, civilized, reasonable, and reputable.  Even when they lose their cool and go berserk, how is that any different from humans or any other people being pushed too far, forcing them to resort to more-alarming last-resort measures of self-defense?  Don’t pre-judge vampires, one way or the other.

With that said and in mind, read the following.

World Details

Location/Orbit:

Vampiria is in the Milky Way somewhere, but its exact location is highly classified for obvious reasons; humans on Earth tend to be default-judgy/hostile toward anything that isn’t death-obsessed/causing (i.e. anyone who has achieved health/stability/clarity/immortality in any way).

It is in a nebula which blocks out all harmful starlight, so vampires here never need to hide during the day (though they sometimes wield clouds to better-shade themselves).  This results in days here being more like an overcast afternoon would be on Earth; days here are a bit brighter than twilight, their sky an otherworldly view of the nacreous clouds-like stationary-looking swirl of colors of the solar-systems-sized nebula which is basically a permeable Dyson Sphere around their stellar neighborhood.

It orbits a group of at least two stars, one of which is comparable to the Sun, albeit red.  Its orbit is circular, and is the only orbit in its solar-system (other than, of course, the co-orbit/s of its stars; they orbit each other).

One year on Vampiria lasts for an undisclosed amount of time; it is not yet known/declassified how a year here compares to a year on Earth.

Path:

The orbit of Vampiria takes it around its stars, and the path of its stars takes it around the galactic center.

There are negligible particles/objects also on/in its path, such as Space dust.

Rotation:

This world turns like the Earth does, experiencing/causing a familiar day-night cycle.  Like its location and year-length, its day-length is still classified.  Days could be like they are on Earth, or longer than its own years; we just won’t know until they transmit or reveal in person some more.

Astrophysics/Astrophysical Nature:

The Laws of Physics are familiar on this world; things here seem to function/operate a lot like they are assumed to on/for the Earth.

Time-keeping:

Years are marked by its lap around the Sun, as they are on Earth, and days are marked by its rotation-cycle.

It does not have weeks or months, though; its people don’t feel a need to think or organize their schedules like that.  Weeks are based on jobs/work, which they don’t really do here, at least not at all like people in the working-class on Earth.  Months are based on the lunar phases/cycle, and somewhat on distinct seasons, both of which are very different over here.

New concept:  True Brujah can ‘weave’ (make) designer timelines.

Satellites:

Vampiria has one declassified moon, and possibly more.  What has been revealed about its moon is that it is a major civilization-extension, complete with cities, military bases, and more.  It is not known if it is a Death Star-like creation (an artificial satellite).

Its moon is not tidally-locked; it rotates similarly to how Vampiria does.

An unknown number of people (mostly vampires) live/’work’ (are stationed upon/within) this moon.

Size:

Vampiria is a bit smaller than the Earth, but bigger than Venus.

Gravity:

This force here is very close to the Earth’s.  One has to get slightly closer to Vampiria-orbit to feel it, and it takes a little less escape-velocity to get out past that range/layer/area, but most people from Earth would never notice the difference (unless they were monitoring very precise instruments).

Atmosphere:

The vampires on this world cleverly built atmospheric generators/powerplants to do the opposite of what humans would on a colony-world needing terraforming; here, they use those devices/towers to make it more difficult for anyone who needs breath to breathe.  This helps them keep control of their ‘farmed’ population/demographic; anyone who is not a vampire, thus ‘food’ for the vampires here, can only survive comfortably in the biodome-like farm-enclosures, while anyone outside them… will struggle to walk, let alone exert themselves.

Again, vampires don’t breathe, so they have no need of an atmosphere at all.  The only reason they still have one is twofold;

  1. first, they never breathed it up, thus never converted it all to carbon dioxide (since there are no plants here to convert it back to oxygen),
  2. and secondly, they like leaving just enough of this world’s natural atmosphere that it looks amusing when they occasionally let some of their ‘farmed’ people out to roam or be toyed with, thinking perhaps evasion, hiding, or escape is a realistic option –before being tracked, cornered, and again fed upon.

Weather:

This is entirely controlled by the minds of the vampires here who have mastered atmokinesis.  Every weather pattern, and even individual clouds, are like their form of painting and shielding; they use the sky like a global canvas, and they make their skies overcast before any local starlight from any of their local stars might ever become painfully too bright for any of them (such as their weaker youths; newly-sired).  They can make it water-rain, blood-rain, or a mix of both.

When there is any blood-rain, it is almost globally-popular for every vampire here to take time off from whatever they are doing to instead just stand outside, if only for a few minutes, and do nothing other than enjoy feeling the sustaining red liquid now peppering them from their skies, allowing them to skip their next ‘normal’ ‘meal’ (based on biting and drinking blood from someone).

Surface Arrangement:

Continents and oceans are comparable to those on Earth, both on the outer and inner surfaces of this world.

The continents are naturally divided into regions by their rivers.

Most of their continents have lakes big enough to be visible from Space, and some of their continents are so peppered with smaller lakes that they sparkle when viewed at certain angles from orbit; relative to the local starlight/s.

Surface Composition:

There is no soil on this world, as nothing here ever decomposed to become soil.  There is only rock in some places, sand in others, and, of course, the bodies of water –and blood.

Bodies-of-blood are, in shape / sizes-range, a lot like bodies of water on Earth; there are puddles, ponds, lakes, seas, and oceans all of blood, as well as tributaries, hot springs, streams, creeks, and rivers (also all of blood; no water in them) that connect many of those things.

Bodies of blood are either ankle-deep streams and puddles, knee-deep rivers and ponds, waist-deep lakes, chest-deep seas, or neck-deep oceans. The waves on the later are no more than one story high.
Vampires love taking their yachts out on the seas and oceans, and take smaller vessels out on the lakes and rivers.

With so much blood flowing around like that, vampires walking barefoot on blood-saturated landforms can often sustain themselves, if only barely, by osmosis; right through the pores of their feet.  This is more-so the case in marshes and swamps.

Creatures Details

Species:

Fauna:

  • ~half vampires/vampiric, all immune to starlight –at least from their main/big/red star (and not all of the vampires here are humans/humanoid; there are vampire-hellhounds, for example, and vampire sea-creatures)
  • ~half ‘farmed’ animals and volunteer beings/people (including humans, minotaurs, and many other races/species)
  • the vast majority of both/all choosing to stay inside the planet; in its hollow core
  • ~95% sired, ~5% born (as gestating and giving birth the mammalian way is usually only possible with powerful magic / enchanted devices)
  • blood-red color has aphrodisiac effect on locals/natives (vampires here)
  • green (and other things):  less or no such effect
  • People who were ‘born’/sired and raised here, especially if they spent most/all of their time here, see/regard grassy fields and forests, bright blue oceans, and starry night skies… as alien-looking and interesting as humans on Earth might think a blue desert, pink ocean, or starless sky would look.
  • Consuming the blood of the planet (by swimming in its blood-ways, or standing under its blood-rain) never overloads any of the vampires here, as their kind have spent generations and millennia adapting all the way to such exposure.
  • Consuming the blood of people they farm or bring to this world CAN overload them in some ways, such as if they drink from a person with diseases or drugs in their system at the time; the vampire will quickly heal from that, but the blood will not taste right/good, and will leave them in a mood, craving good/clean/pure blood to ‘chase’ it; to wash that bad taste out of their mouth/system.
  • People on Vampiria are on some thought-level able to instinctively suspect or forecast/estimate the possible actions their own kind can and probably will choose. This goes beyond just knowing their friends and family very well. It is also a mix of being able to deeply read people… and the ability of some of them (True Brujah) to look forward through time.

Flora:

  • N/A; none (except for crops imported to start farms once non-vampire tourism was expected/approved; no indigenous plants on/from this world); everything on this world is an animal, and none need to breathe, so they don’t need air-producing creatures, and don’t exhale anything that Earth-plants would need to inhale

Population:

Tens of millions (not hundreds of millions; more than 20 million, and less than 199 million) of vampires and millions of ‘farmed’ and volunteer people live here.  They come from just about every world in Creation where vampires operate.

Spread out on both sides of this world nearly as big as the Earth, that results in a very pleasant countryside/wilderness-like dispersion almost everywhere, inside (the hollow core) and out, the only exceptions being in their big cities where skyscrapers have people stacked upon one another like that.

Since most people (more than half) here are vampires, most population centers are right up against sources of planet-blood; blood-rivers, blood-lakes, blood-oceans, etc..

Power Levels:

It all starts with the top; the First Generation vampires.  Everyone naturally feels most-loyal/sired to them.  Successive generations have a terraced/cascading set of powers; older vampires can sire and compel younger (newer) vampires, with one look or thought from their superiors/elders often being more than enough to completely change or control their minds (though this is rarely needed, as they are all one big bloodline/family, thus they almost always understand and agree with one another).

  1. First Generation vampires here are basically demigods; they can wield various elements/forces like Grand Sorcerers, but not at/to the level of changing their whole world, let alone destroying it –accidentally or intentionally.  These are the High King and High Queen of Vampiria, and the High Kings and High Queens of the other planets this empire of vampires controls/rules; those who are able to easily maintain control over –and favor from– an entire planet or local interplanetary business/fleet.  Like Caine in legend on Earth, they are considered the first of their kind on each of their respective worlds, 2nd only in power to the goddess who taught/raised/sired them all.  They can shapeshift effortlessly into just about anything –even a mist– and can telekinetically levitate/fly.  ~128,000/+ Earth-years old, as of 2023 A.D. (but not eternal; they may be hundreds of thousands of years old, but not millions and more)
  2. 2nd Generation vampires:  very superhuman, but not demigods; able to compel or fight off armies, but not really wield the elements like a sorcerer can.  These are the Kings and Queens of Vampiria; those who are able to easily maintain control over –and favor from– an entire continent or nation.  They can easily shapeshift into numerous things, such as giants or beasts, and can jump so high and far that they are almost flying.  ~128,000-64,000 Earth-years old, as of 2023 A.D.
  3. 3rd Generation vampires:  average superhuman; similar to a Kryptonian, but dependent upon blood, and not vulnerable to Kryptonite.  These are the Princes and Princesses of Vampiria; those able to easily maintain control over –and favor within/from– an entire state or province.  They can shapeshift into a few things, usually whatever is very close to their normal human-like body-size/dimensions.  ~64,000-32,000 Earth-years old, as of 2023 A.D.; enough to live through more than a full Precession of the Equinox
  4. 4th Generation vampires:  barely superhuman; stronger, faster, and with better senses than any normal human on Earth, but not able to foresee everything, dodge every bullet (such as supersonic ones, especially when they didn’t expect them), or heal from everything (i.e. sometimes needing more blood, or magical assistance, etc.).  These are the Dukes and Duchesses of Vampiria; those able to easily maintain control over –and favor within/from– an entire county or district.  With a little effort/focus, they can shapeshift into one or two different forms, something like how werewolves do.  ~32,000-16,000 Earth-years old, as of 2023 A.D.
  5. 5th Generation vampires:  not superhuman in terms of strength or speed, at least not without practice/training, but certainly able to heal from more things than humans can, and more quickly (but not instantly; just more rapidly than humans).  These are the lesser royals of Vampiria; those able to easily maintain control over –and favor within/from– an entire city.  With effort and focus, they can shapeshift into one other form, something like how werewolves do.  ~16,000-8,000 Earth-years old, as of 2023 A.D.
  6. 6th Generation vampires:  sometimes barely superhuman in one or two ways, in terms of strength or speed, at least after some weeks practice/training, and able to use blood to heal and add to their knowledge –at least once an older-generation vampire shows them how.  These are the lesser royals of Vampiria; those able to easily maintain control over –and favor within/from– an entire suburb.  With a few minutes of effort and focus, they can indefinitely shapeshift a portion of their body, similar to putting on a mask to completely change their facial structure.  ~8,000-4,000 Earth-years old, as of 2023 A.D.
  7. 7th Generation vampires:  barely superhuman only in one inherited-ability way, and only when they drink blood enough, based on usage/exertion.  These are often Generals and Admirals of the lesser royals; those able to easily maintain control over –and favor within/from– an entire group of neighborhoods.  With several minutes of effort and focus, they can shapeshift one part/area of their body, but this effect only lasts hours.  ~4,000-2,000 Earth-years old, as of 2023 A.D.; enough to live through more than a full Zodiac period of 2,160 years
  8. 8th Generation vampires:  barely superhuman only in one inherited-ability way after weeks of training, and only when they drink blood enough, based on usage/exertion.  These are often Captains and Colonels of the General and Admiral vampires; those able to easily maintain control over –and favor within/from– an entire neighborhood.  With ~1/4-hour of effort and focus, they can shapeshift one part/area of their body, but this effect only lasts an hour or so.  ~2,000-1,000 Earth-years old, as of 2023 A.D.
  9. 9th Generation vampires:  barely superhuman only in one inherited-ability way, and only when they drink blood enough, based on usage/exertion.  These are often lower-level officers of the Captains and Colonels; those able to easily maintain control over –and favor within/from– an entire house or office, though some are just assistants or general family-members, specializing and helping with the full range of jobs/tasks/duties on/of this world, such as tending to a particular business, farm, house, or even just one room or subset of any of those.  With ~1/4-hour of effort and focus, they can shapeshift one part/area of their body, but this effect only lasts half an hour or so.  They are the least-efficient when it comes to gaining increase/enhanced abilities upon consuming blood, and the most-ignorant in terms of how to balance themselves, perceive memories or wisdom from blood, and so on.  Their nature is to seek more guidance from their elders, the more-elder the better, and they are sometimes needy or clingy in that way, albeit very professionally.  ~1,000-700 Earth-years old, as of 2023 A.D.
  10. 10th Generation vampires:  N/A on this world, as none have been sired by the 9th Generation, and none were created more recently than at least half a dozen Earth-centuries ago.

For reference and comparison, see this source of inspiration.

No newer generations have ever been allowed –nor even desired; once a certain number of vampires was reached on this world, and on most of the equally-stable/stabilized worlds this race/species now controls, they curiously stopped feeling any worries or urge to sire more.  Vampiria is the most-pronounced of those cases; on this planet more than any other, vampires sense when they are in harmony/symbiosis with it –even to the point of that awareness and siring-cap’ nature being felt by their fellows/relatives/allies (vampires) on the nearest of their interstellar empire’s worlds.
(*And, having never fallen into separation or infighting, there were far fewer distractions for vampires on this world, thus they have always known a synergy between themselves, enabling more of their generations/elders to see farther in both directions of their timestream, which of course should hint at the fact they knew allowing too many generations of their kind to be created… would lead to “thin blood” and total collapse.)

Based on the population-range of this world (its exact population not declassified here), we can ballpark the following:

  1. First Generation vampires:  2; Vampiria’s High King and High Queen, both made by this world, and raised/educated/trained by its goddess –in charge of their planetary government and all levels of its service branches (army, navy, Space Force, etc.) on the global and somewhat-interplanetary level (out to the extent of their Space territory/region, its jurisdiction ending/barely-overlapping where that of their adjacent colony-worlds’ Space-territories begin/meet it)
  2. 2nd Generation vampires:  several, all made by the High King and High Queen –in charge of a national government and multiple service branches (army, navy, etc.) on the national level
  3. 3rd Generation vampires:  dozens; ~several made by each 2nd-gen’ –in charge of a state government and multiple service branches (militia, etc.) on the state level
  4. 4th Generation vampires:  hundreds; ~several made by each 3rd-gen’ –in charge of the county government and multiple service branches (first responders, police, etc.) on the above-city level
  5. 5th Generation vampires:  thousands; ~several made by each 4th-gen’ –in charge of the municipal government and multiple service branches (first responders, police, etc.) on the city level
  6. 6th Generation vampires:  tens of thousands; ~several made by each 5th-gen’ –in charge of the municipal government and multiple service branches (first responders, police, etc.) on the suburb level
  7. 7th Generation vampires:  hundreds of thousands; ~several made by each 6th-gen’ –army or fleet commanders
  8. 8th Generation vampires:  millions; ~several made by each 7th-gen’ –military-unit commanders and business owners
  9. 9th Generation vampires:  tens of millions; ~several made by each 8th-gen’ –and these are typically who greet and tour-guide tourists upon arrival/return to Vampiria

It is said that First Generation vampires of Vampiria (i.e. its High King and High Queen) are 128,000 to 1,999,999 Earth-years old. This does not mean Vampiria is that old; those 2 vampires are able to move very differently through time, and their goddess is able to move Vampiria itself through time. It is entirely possible their world is even held in a time bubble in a point in Space/Helheim where nothing else was, thus people on Vampiria perceive time as passing, while anyone within visual range of its location, unless there at the single moment its time bubble holds/anchors it in, would see nothing there at all.

While First Generation vampires can levitate/fly and need no air, they don’t risk telekinetically flying into Space without spacesuits or spacecraft… because the light from stars can burn and disintegrate most of their kind (though it is suspected the eldest of them; First Gen’ and maybe even experienced/focused Second Gen’, are able to resist, if not fully overcome / become immune to, this).

Communication/Language:

Vampires love to show off their flawlessly-sexy bell-like/quality voices, so they speak audibly/normally a lot, though they all also have telepathy to one extent or another (based on genetics, training, practice, environmental factors, etc.).  A cool effect they sometimes like to show off –or intimidate outsiders with– is their bi/dual-voice; they speak verbally/audibly while also telepathically directly into someone’s head, one sounding normal while the other sounds like an overlaid ghostly whisper.  Sometimes they even make sure one voice sounds completely different than their other.

Their alphabet/symbols look halfway between angelic/magic sigils… and an ancient Earth language.  It looks close to Theban, and not as crude/basic as Sumero-Akkadian Cuneiform, both of which it predates.  You’ll know it when you see it; it looks more like curved claw-marks or smoother Mandarin Chinese “letters” than any other language.

Culture:

There is no Masquerade here, and such would be illegal; vampirism is the status quo –out in the open.  No non-vampires are allowed to be in charge of anything anywhere for any reason.

Art, dancing, singing, and many other hobbies and pass-times are also the norm.

Fine clothing is proudly produced and worn, but no one thinks anything of being naked as much as they like, wherever they like.

They only worship themselves and this world of theirs, and they have no Sunday services or even temples to gather in.  They consider their world and their own bodies to be their temple-equivalents.  Every day of the week, and every conscious moment, is when they like to be worshipful to it and one another.

Vampires here fast sometimes, always careful not to do so long enough that blood-frenzy/withdrawal might set in.

They have a hierarchical governmental system headquartered on this world, in its capital city –which happens to be its biggest city (almost to the point of being like the mega-cities of Judge Dredd’s era on Earth).  Ambrosia is one of their beloved and trusted goddesses, and beneath her are High Kings and Queens (one pair for each vampire-dominated/ruled world in their empire), Kings and Queens (one pair for each continent or nation on each of their worlds, inside and out), Princes and Princesses (for each state or province of each of those nations/continents of theirs), and so on.  Non-royal/authority vampires sired/made by them are, at the very newest/lowest level/class, in charge of maintaining their own individual homesteads/’farms’, these lowest-level members of their society still being treated well… and typically having a dozen or more ‘animals’ (which can double as servants, not just ‘food’ (blood) sources) on their ‘farms’.
*There are no politicians, political parties, or elections on this world.

None of the vampires here get out of hand or seek to ‘drink’ anyone to death; theirs is a very civilized culture, and only makes non-vegan things when they either absolutely have to for some reason… or when it is to extra-conquer/crush an enemy which once wronged any of them.  How can they be mostly vegan when there are no plants on this world of theirs?  Most of their products come from the mines/lands and liquid-bodies (water and blood) of this world, with usually only blood and cum coming from their ‘farmed’ animals/people.

To reach their greatest orgasmic state, vampires fuck while drinking a living liquid (blood and/or cum, for example).  Picture a female vampire straddling a male or two… while gently and slightly keeping her mouth and fangs on a donor.  This has been developed into a tradition and a science, as it can infuse conceived embryos with the memories and wisdom of the donor/s.  (Vampires still have normal sex, but it is almost never to reproduce that way, and it rarely is as fun for them as when paired with their normal way of intaking sustenance.)

Vampires do not always need blood; their nature is to accept sustenance from living sources, so pure water, cum, and vegan food can all work for different types of their kind.  Blood became common for them to consume on Earth because it contained both sustenance and knowledge that had been separated by things such as the expansion of the realms… and the petrification of their outer layers…and the activation of tech’-based energy fields… and the generational curse caused by over-fragmenting/breeding… and by race-mixing (which can dilute/confuse blood of very different lines with conflicting purposes).

Bathing in bathtubs and hot springs is very popular here, though most of it is by vampires in blood, not water.  There are ‘normal’ (water) bathtubs and hot springs, but only ~5% of homes and towns have them, as most just aren’t geared toward non-vampire tourism.

The Space Whales hibernating in their world have always allowed the vampires there to drink from their internal juices / blood-equivalent.  Only a few drops at a time are ever consumed, as that is nearly enough to overdose any vampire with an amount of memory so extensive… that it is nearly as overwhelming as when a mortal touches an Infinity Stone.

Vampiria citizens (vampires) are always very careful not to harm their friends or allies in any way –even when drinking from volunteers.  They employ powerful analgesics topically from the start; before any biting occurs.  Sometimes they even use aromatics, aphrodisiacs, massage oils, and milking tables to provide the most-pleasurable experience possible for those people so kindly and bravely offering their own life-force/blood to vampire-kind.  (Vampires from here only let pain be felt by people they are biting when those people have been intentionally rude to them.)

Playful at many times, vampires here –especially the younger ones– enjoy the occasional messy pass-time of squirt-/water-gun fights (though they usually fill theirs with –you guessed it– blood).

Spas have worked out how to infuse facemask goo and other topical solutions with blood which takes a while to absorb, held/suspended by those substances. Applying blood directly to vampire skin results in nearly-instant osmosis/absorption of it, so spas mix it into thick caking/layering agents to produce a time/delayed-release.

Blood baths (literal; bathtubs full of blood), blood showers, and so on, are filled from blood towers or blood tanks (like water towers/tanks) from non-animal sources; from the blood-rivers, etc.. Only during wars or purges do these vampires ever drain animals of that amount of blood. Even the blood-farms here only produce a small amount from those farmed, such that it never leaves them feeling light-headed or weak.

  • Buildings here are sized for people with the same range of heights as humans.

Unless you were invited to the outer surface where you can see the nebula-based sky, or unless you were invited into one of the blood-farms, you might not even be able to tell any difference between Vampiria and Earth –though, of course, literally everyone here is very attractive; all the men are handsome, and all the females are beautiful.

Why have couples; a king and queen, for example?  Why even have two sexes when they almost always ‘breed’/spread by siring others to become new vampires?  There has always been a special and nearly-godlike power and free-energy source that can only come from the interplay between two distinct sexes, even complementing and expanding vampire senses and other superhuman abilities.

Education:

People here are taught first by whomever sired/created them (i.e. made them a vampire, if they weren’t that way from the start).  Then others in their clan (vampire family/pack/coven) start helping teach whatever they specialize in which is desired to be passed on to any particular new member.

Schooling can take decades, not just one decade like is normally the case for humans back on Earth.  Sometimes schooling takes centuries, as a variety of skill-sets and superpowers are desired and honed.  Thaumaturgy is a good example of a subject of many subsets, each of which can take about that much time to be truly understood, let alone wielded, let alone mastered, let alone expanded/enhanced.

The higher up one is in this planet’s hierarchy, the more knowledge and teachers they have access to, and the more natural ability they have to memorize and wield that extra amount.

Everyone here starts in public schools.  Those who are ‘born’/bred/destined/inclined to learn more than the masses/norm… end up going to private schools.  The most-elite and esoteric of the private schools are often faraway in remote barrens no one ever goes to on their own –or even has heard of.

Industry and Infrastructure:

Whatever helps these beings/people maintain their blood-farms/operations better, they think up, prototype, and mass-produce.

Vampire farms (blood-farms vampires of this world manage) here are of unconscious or conscious slaves of the races which mistreated them.  People who volunteer to let vampires here drink from them are not farmed, but treated more like tourists or even friends, in some cases.

Vampires are careful to not drink 2 different peoples blood at the same time, as the/that mix of memories, ideas, and natures can get them (the vampire doing the drinking/mixing) confused, drunk, dizzy, or upset.  There are exceptions to this, though, such as at bars and parties; some vampires like the unexpected rush/thrill/weirdness of such sensations when in those predictable environments/settings/venues (and there are police-vampire on this world who keep an eye out for such things, ensuring none of their kind ‘drive drunk’ like that).

With their regular supply of blood (which nearly-instantly restores and toughens them), their feet never blister, so they can super-speed run and, in the case of True Brujah, step around / “outside” of local time, so they rarely have automobiles.  Aircraft and spacecraft are fairly common, though –about as common as they are on Earth; millions have at least one, some have multiple and millions don’t have one at all.

Some ~90% of their civilization is highway-connected cities like Tokyo, but inside the hollow core of their world.  The other ~10% is mostly just below the outer surface; in the bigger cave-mouths of the outside (Space-facing side) of this world.  The same ratio is true on their known moon; 9/10 of it is inside the hollow core of that satellite.

They have extensive mining operations and many other types of facilities/factories on their planet and at least one of its moons.

They also have a vast armada of multiple military and scientific fleets which can travel across more than interplanetary distances; they are an interstellar empire.

On many of their numerous colony-worlds, they have long-established industries/infrastructure almost as extensive as here.  They produce a vast variety of things, all mostly useful to their own kind; to vampires.  There are long and well-patrolled Space shipping-lanes which maintain constant trade between these places owned/ruled by them.

There are plenty of normal farms on this world, too, always near the bodies of water; normal (all-water) rivers and lakes, etc..  These are for the growing of crops and other things non-vampire guests and tourists here typically need.  Like on Earth, with ~6% of the economy based on tourism, ~6% of the water-based / non-vampire farms and related operations/businesses on Vampiria produce the food and other things non-vampires may need while visiting this world.

~94% of the civilization of this world is in close proximity or direct contact with a planet-blood source; a blood-river or blood-ocean, etc..  All tourists start by arriving at a spaceport in one of those population-centers.  After that, they are free to go out to the countryside(s) where there are towns closer to bodies of water, thus much better-able to cater to the needs and habits of non-vampires.

Sprinkler systems in vampire-owned homes and other buildings are usually able to mix in blood with the water they release, thereby instantly healing any vampires who may be recovering from burns. In the more sophisticated buildings, sprinkler systems are also able to determine how much blood should be released and where.

Even though plants are rare on this world, they are not regarded as a high-value or luxury item, as they can not be exchanged for much –even though they are a need and potential lifeline for non-vampire tourists.

Transportation:

Bare feet are used for distances up to dozens of miles; vampire-feed are much tougher than human ones, and heal rapidly/instantly, anyway –at least when they have enough blood in their systems/bodies.

Vehicles are usually chosen when one needs to cover a distance of hundreds of miles (though this is considered a normal jogging-distance by/for many vampires here, not even their version of a marathon).  They have motorcycles, cars, trucks, vans, buses, semis (cargo trucks), trains, “the whole nine”.  There are many luxury and custom vehicles, too, such as amphibious ones.

Aircraft are for making quick work of thousand-mile/+ journeys.  (Vampires can still jog or swim such distances impossible to normal humans, but a lot of them often like to relax in style while being transported there.)  Since solar-flares sometimes get pulled/channeled/sucked into the North Polar Hole as part of this planet’s normal process/es, air- and Space-traffic there is extremely well-timed, and the local Air Force patrols the north polar region constantly, making sure no one ever gets too close anytime a solar flare is predicted or detected to be incoming.

Spacecraft are for anyone making a trip off-world –such as to their moon/s or Space stations/ships.  Since their whole world is unified under a single monarch/goddess/structure, this is usually the only point where Customs / Border Patrol comes into play.  This means some of their Customs agents/officers have not trucks, but Spacecraft.

For the very special/elite, such as High Queen Ambrosia LeMorte Himmler (Time It/Herself / Incarnate; the humanoid living form/shapeshift of an element/force itself, not just a realm), transportation to and from this world can be instantaneous; beings as naturally-powerful and omni-present as her can step across any 3D-distance by use of the Darkness Dimension (how shadows are linked/networked somewhat like how The Webway is).  She, in particular, also has a stargate-like portal in her biggest temple on Earth.  Her tier/class of vampires never has to go/wait through their Customs/Border office/checkpoints, either; they have diplomatic clearance.

History

Like its location, the history of this world remains highly classified.  Its very existence only became known/revealed telepathically to High King Auzdein von Himmler in the 2020s.

It is believed and sensed that maybe Lilith (a.k.a. Morrigan, a.k.a. Ambrosia Shadowheart/LeMorte), upon having enough time to look ahead far enough in the time-steam of Caine, saw how divided and weak his descendants/”childer” would become, and/thus decided to secretly make a paradise hideout realm for others of her kind. This doesn’t mean Vampiria got formed after Caine became a vampire, though; Lilith is First Generation pre-True Brujah, thus she doesn’t just have the ability to perceive and skip forward or backward through the timestream, she also has the ability to change time itself, create entirely separate timestreams, and shift entire worlds forward, backward, or even sideways through time (i.e. into other time-steams/universes), so Vampiria could have been made by her commandeering a world in the distant past, or time-relocating a barren or abandoned world from the distant future or a far-flung corner of Space, or it could be something else entirely.

It is also possible that it was the very first world any vampire anywhere in Creation ever existed on, that person perhaps willed into existence by Vampiria itself, maybe like how the first Elves were willed into existence by the first World Tree.  After that, of course, there would have been a long time of getting used to Vampiria, followed by eventually curiosity about The Abyss; about figuring out Space-travel in order to get out to those distant things in their sky –and then colonize and benefit from them.
(And on that note, isn’t how humans on and from Earth spread to other worlds, mining them and so on, literally vampiric, too?; they accelerate themselves with special means toward targets they only intend to pierce and ‘drink’ from.)

Special Feature:  Solar-flares as Sustenance

The planet itself is vampiric in that it intakes tiny portions of the blood-equivalent of nearby cosmic-bodies at regular distant intervals.  Since the only cosmic bodies near it are its stars, this means the solar-flares from those stars are not triggered by the stars themselves, but caused and tapped into by the planet itself –each time it feels its equivalent of thirst/hunger.  It is always respectful of those stars, too; it only ‘drinks’ from them like this after requesting their permission, not doing the planet-equivalent of vampire-compelling them to surrender for it to ‘feed’/drink.

During these solar-flare ‘drinking’ events, the solar-flares are naturally funneled into the North Polar Hole of this planet, never burning/harming anyone.

Solar-flares, then, sustain this world in some way.  Its product/secretion is the fountains/springs of blood which feed/fill its blood-ways (not its water-ways, which it also has).  Its only seasons are between this process; when it is not in the mood to request a solar-flare or two from one of its stars, it doesn’t produce as much planet-blood, thus those bodies of water become shallower, some of them briefly running dry, and that means less blood-rain, which means a proportionately-spanned/increased demand from the vampire-people for more of the farmed-blood/beings (thus farmers on this planet are all monitoring not clouds/weather, but Space-weather; solar activity; all farmers here are also highly-trained astronomers / cosmic-weathermen).

Views:

Rarely ever able to see any stars other than their local/own/nearby two, the people on the outer surface of this world instead see a sky of an all-enveloping nebula their solar-system is stably-nestled deep within.  The rotation of Vampiria as it orbits its main star results in there always being a gradual transition from one dominant sky-color to the next, always based much more on which part of that nebula one is facing any given time.  Sunshine/starlight from Vampiria’s stars is red and dim by comparison to that from the Sun to the Earth, thus a blue sky on Vampiria doesn’t always mean daytime; you might just be facing the blue part of its surrounding nebula.
