Yes, this entire building is made out of blocks of ice, just like an igloo.

Introduction:

The maker of Inisfree loves the cold.  He learned this about himself when he lived in Montana and Alaska, among other places.  Even when digging snow-caves to sleep in while he was visiting an old war-buddy in Wisconsin one Winter, he felt very excited, happy, and healthy.  When he learned that “ice hotels” “were a thing”, he dove right in, drafting up these plans to add one of his own… here to the top of Inisfree.

Dimensions & Layout:

The ice hotel; the largest of the structures up here (even bigger than the Spire Temple, though not at all as tall), is located in the center of the clusters of igloos, and stands a few stories tall above ground, with two basement levels below.   Like the buildings at the Harbin Ice Festival nearby, it is completely made of big blocks of ice.  The interior is well furnished and decorated, and, like snow caves, is kept surprisingly pleasant in terms of temperature and lighting.  Single rooms and suites are both available, and each comes with a bed, chair, desk, tub, and wardrobe.
