Life Summary:

Brahan had it rough; he was still just a teenager when his planet got bombed from orbit by people from some other world.  You can guess what happened next; retaliatory-survival kicked in.

• 2494:  Born on Athens to a family of ranchers.
• 2495-2511:  17 years old, Educated in public schools, decides to enlist on the side of the Browncoats after seeing the Alliance bombardment of his world’s major cities.
• 2512:  18, Enlists with the Browncoats informally and is trained mostly in mobile field camps and Forward-Operating Bases (FOBs).
• 2513-2515:  19-21,  He becomes a valued member of the remaining Browncoats forces on Athens after helping them sabotage several Alliance salvage efforts to restore the major cities they had bombed.
• 2516:  22, He is recruited to travel off-world and assist remaining Browncoats forces continuing the fight after Unification Day.  Is subsequently labeled a “terrorist” by the Alliance, placing him as a “Most Wanted Fugitive” in the Cortex (which is what humans call their Internet out there between the worlds of the 34 Tauri system).
• 2517:  23, Happens to run into Mr. Himmler while exfiltrating from a firefight with local Alliance-loyal law enforcement officers attempting to bring him into custody.
• 2520s:  30s, Stays with the “Persephone” crew for a full decade before parting ways, having finally made peace (largely thanks to Himmler’s wise social-experiment research-project (the USS TNH) which used thousands of Companions and Inisfreeans to keep things civil and productive between the two post-war sides) with at least a few members of the Alliance that hit his homeworld
• 2530s:  40s, Returns to his homeworld to see what he can do back there to help.

“Father,” Nyria professionally lets me know her analyses are ready for my decisions, “I have scanned all human brains on this world. These are the images of the people whose personalities and exteriors would suit us as a crew member.”
“Thank you, Nyria.” I begin checking each out, deciding on Brahan, Cyd, and Sasha, world by world, as we go through this S.O.P. of ours.
“You are always most welcome, daddy,” she purrs.

2530 Update:

After the great work he did for so many years aboard and deploying from TNH, Brahan’s record is now considered exemplary by the UAP, his name cleared.  He has resumed normal planet-side life back where he came from, and is enjoying that change of pace there.  His role there is more of intelligence and consulting and the kind of proactive and retaliatory protection of his world/people he originally engaged in.
