Bio:

‘Juli’ is a prodigy specializing in Exobiology, and her parents are both formidable scientists in Earth’s Space Navy. Her upbringing and natural talent allowed her to develop intellectually at an accelerated rate, graduating from high school at 14. Socially aloof, she had few friends until college, and even then she was often too busy to truly form any meaningful relationships. Juli found herself able to better relate to her lab specimens than her own species.

She enrolled in the premier science academy available to members of Earth’s Secret Space Program (SSP), earning a Bachelor’s degree by her 16th birthday. She was in the doctorate program in Exobiology there when she met her best friend and current shipmate, Sylvia. The two have gone on many adventures together since.

Juli possesses an insatiable curiosity and an apparent lack of fear. This, along with her natural talents, has helped her succeed professionally, though it has put her in more than one life-threatening situation. Overall, however, she has remained a rising star in the first-hand off-world studies of many dozens of alien species.

Juli & Auz:

Once Auz learned of the SSP, it wasn’t long after that his high-tech creations had searched the entirety of the SSP’s populations both in orbital platforms and on colonized worlds. Later updates to that technology allowed him to predict the details of gestating and likely future offspring, of which Juli was one anticipated form. Once she was born, Juli became one of Inisfree’s top finds, and she was naturally invited to come check out Inisfree (which she was still in high school; ~age 13!), Auz being alerted straight away. While completing the 41-day tour, she became completely fascinated by him and his city’s Underway, and has helped test, develop, and engage with the special A.I. devices down there, frequenting them on a daily basis as part of both her work and leisure.

She and Auz ‘nerd out’ all the time, especially when their fellow science buff friends, Dr. Katherine Anne Pryde and Dr. Diana Violet Fairchild, are around, and Juli loves putting on a show for them in the labs and field environments, always motivating them in that way to carry on their unprecedented work. Together, they have invented many life-improving techniques and technologies, and pioneered much of the research and prototyping that makes the communications with worlds such as Ba’al possible. (The planet named after the ancient angel, Ba’al, is one which naturally and automatically deletes Spaceships entering its orbit, allowing only people to remain, and which consumes anyone on the surface not engaged in sexual activity with its land-forms, plant-life, and wild-life.) Juli, by the way, has remained proactively and voluntarily on-call for all such discoveries and needs; anytime her talents and expertise can help with the Inisfreean-level interaction between such species or planets, Juli is right there, ready to suit up –and suit down.

From King Auz’s journal: “It is Juli Mackey’s 5th year with us. All told, she spent a week, here and there, during most of the years of this century, having sex with each one, one at a time, only parting ways once they felt they had satisfied and really ‘come’ to know each other.

Obviously almost all of them invited her back for many happy reunions whenever she has time.
