Details:
‘Ray’ is a woodland elf who was still in her young elf-years during mankind’s modern era. Auz stopped a racist (anti-elf) mugger in NYC from assaulting her. She was just an overwhelmed empathic passerby that day, and he noticed and could completely relate.
Having spotted her empathic side, as well as that the city notorious for its conflict and negativity had overwhelmed her even before she’d been assaulted emotionally by the would-be assailant’s hate energy, he was careful in how he approached her after neutralizing the man who would have likely crippled her. Helping her get to a part of town where she could regather her wits, he secured his place in her heart just by being a watchful friend. Auz was always a softie that way.
He traveled back out to see her at an upstate wilderness elf-family event just before the Rapture, followed by more of them soon after. He became fast-friends with the rest of her kin and community there, and they marveled at how he’d made it so much more comfortable and safe for their empathic kind to travel around; he’d swept away all the haters of the world without even disrupting any of their sleep cycles! Now he is a regular at their picnics, reunions, and other countryside parties, and he always bring the best of what he and the other Inisfreeans can culinarily offer. The Inisfreeans now affectionately call this elf friend of his… ‘Rayv’. It sounds like ‘rave’, another of the words they have fond associations of. She, in turn, calls them her sisters, and Auz ‘Auz’. They all have grown very supportive and close.
When visiting Inisfree, Rayvan divides her time between its group of Shires and the neighborhood of cabins. She also likes to explore their castles, the Kathedrom shops, and the Ridge-line Buildings Chain. When she needs even more seclusion than this, the glamp’ sites are what she turns to, and sometimes even the private meditation room of Auz’s well-protected home.
Since 2019, she has become friends with others of her kind, such as Naurhin and Felanelle. In the years and centuries ahead, other elves will also befriend her when together in Inisfree; Azshara, Flair, Galadriel, Taja, Tauriel, Valeera, Varda, and Yavanna.

2022 Update:
Having now been a regular visitor of Inisfree for eight years, and Auz a returning visitor at her own land outside the rebuilt urban areas of New York, the two are automatically happy, smiling, and warmly reconnecting every time they get to meet up again. They kiss all over each other’s face so sweetly before hugging so tightly and hanging on a good long moment every time. It takes them much longer than that to finish making love, at that point finally able to actually talk and ‘catch up’.
Not everyone wants to go on a grand journey across multiple realms, or be involved in the biggest of projects; Rayvan’s nature and destiny is to remain in, and help maintain, the healthy forest around her family’s modern home. She loves that Auz loves this about her and them, and often kindheartedly lets him know. His visits and help are always welcome there, and he only ever offers to chip in with whatever local projects they happen to already be working on, never attempting to advise or steer any of them, always listening much more instead.
