Introduction:

This is the route all first-time guests of this special mansion are ushered along from their convoys taken by the valets back outside under the porte-cochère. These VIPs have the mansion’s front double doors opened for them by the Governor‘s Secret Service ladies, and are then greeted by the hostess-on-duty at the time of their arrival, asked if they wish to leave their over-garments in this room’s coat closet, and then invited to begin the room-by-room tour of this gigantic mansion (which is more comparable to the fusion of a castle and a skyscraper).

Dimensions & Layout:

Though technically one of this mansion’s standard 1st and 2nd story rooms (measuring 100′ x 150′ across its floor, and standing 100′ tall), this room is divided into a few sections which take up large fractions of that space; two massive, curving, mirrored staircases swoop down from the balcony overlooking this foyer from the start of the 2nd story (which is from 100′ to 200′ up), then there are the coat closet and bathroom beneath those two staircases; two rooms which each have about 100 square feet of floor-space, and lastly there is the room beneath that 2nd-story balcony; an equally tall room (100′ tall) with a floor measuring 100′ x 50′, and which has its center dominated by a radial tree reaching nearly to its ceiling. There is also a massive, circular fountain in the middle of the floor of this foyer right between the two staircases leading up to the inside balcony overlooking it, and its ceiling reaches up to the ceiling level of the 2nd story; this foyer is 200′ tall.

Special Features: The World’s Largest Chandelier

The chandelier hanging above the fountain of this room is dozens of feet tall and wide, made entirely of rare gemstones, such as diamonds and rubies, and both hovers and rotates thanks to hidden, miniature, silent Repulsines. Many of the diamonds and other gemstones which make up its form are the size of baseballs and even basketballs, and, like Christmas lights on timers and fades, they beautifully light up from within –and in changing patterns.

Where did all its priceless pieces come from? They were donated to Inisfree by the Naga (who have migrated down into, and mastered, the caves and mining –even more-so than the Dwarves have), after how well its Governor, Lord Auzdein von Himmler, treated Tempest Thema, one of their people they’d thought lost to the wars on the surface. Many more (of those huge gemstones) are on the way (as further and ongoing donations in deep gratitude and ongoing trade), and have already started being displayed as functional works of giant art –in places such as Inisfree’s Civilian Air-&-Spaceport. There will even be enough to layer the entire foundation of Inisfree (a circular disc or plane, level with the horizon, and with a diameter of 15 miles, the 100 square-miles area resting upon it within the Perimeter Wall) with them; just like in that old religious prophecy, the capital of reunited Heaven and/on Earth will have a foundation of vast layers of the finest gemstones, all thanks to the serpent-race once demonized by the very printers of that book when they’d chosen to blame-shift after their failure to behave well enough to stay in the first paradise. Oh, what sweet irony. That is called ‘coming full-circle’.

Every time the founder and lifelong leader of Inisfree, and the re-uniter of all the worthy realms, enters or exits his private home through this foyer, he sees that chandelier and is fondly reminded of the brilliant Naga, Drow, and others now calling the cave layers their home. Tempest comes to mind in particular, along with Xull’rae. Now you know one of the many reasons he is always smiling when he passes through here.

* This room is often used to show off not new dresses, but new girls; the main attraction and literal sex object of the day’s or night’s (or both) party or other event walks into view, posing on the balcony between the staircases, then struts her stuff down one of them to be received by her first orgy partners who then lead and command her around for the rest of the event.

Forever Present:

This main entryway from the porte-cochère into the rest of the house has a 24/7 staff of Master Females on duty as part of High King Auz’s all-females Secret Service, all of them wearing their diaphanous black-sash uniform (which is the Inisfreean’s equivalent of a tuxedo or evening gown; as formal and elite as can be), and their hair styled in amazingly-complex braids, sometimes up in buns, other times down in pigtails, a ponytail, or even “quad-tails”. There is more than a full squad of them in here, each one capable of taking on entire cities or armies of adversaries, cleverly stopping them all from fighting anyone in/of Inisfree, sometimes even by rapidly changing their minds. As long as you are sexy and polite to Auz and everyone he loves, these Secret Service badasses will treat you like a goddess –even better than royalty.

*This Secret Service’s meeting/control/monitoring room is also located in this part of the mansion. It is hidden beneath the staircase that goes up from the balcony above the Tree Foyer… to the floor-stream hallway between this room and the indoor wraparound-balcony above/of the dining room. The following image shows the top-down live-feed view always on the middle wall-screen/TV in this hidden Secret Service room (except that, of course, its surrounding terrain is not ice and snow, but the grassy plateau/ledge halfway up Inisfree’s central mountain).

Novels Excerpt:

Around that tree they continued, coming out into the 20-story foyer. Above its smooth, circular, white-marble fountain was an even more-impressive chandelier. Composed of baseball- and basketball-sized gemstones, including diamonds, emeralds, rubies, sapphires, and others, the whole thing cast a slowly moving kaleidoscopic set of colorful spots of light all over the higher areas of the foyer walls and ceiling. Somehow it all hovered, its rings and levels of the large gemstones orbiting, as it were, its central axis, none of them attached to the white-and-gold chain attaching its pinnacle to a point straight above it on the ceiling. Most people’s houses outside Inisfree weren’t as big as this one chandelier.

Double-doors rising to an arch 2.5 stories above the floor were opened by another pair of those Secret Service girls in their uniform diaphanous-black sashes. Their hair was colorful and expertly braided, hanging down behind their backs. Their eyes, if Faith looked closely, were equally as colorful, and subtly became more colorful and aglow whenever anyone cast appreciative looks, thoughts, or emotions their way. “Your Majesties,” they bowed their heads lovingly to the King and Queen, “and honored guest,” they greeted Faith, not using the term ‘lady’ until they were informed whether or not Faith owned a productive land.
